Cant reach anyone. Elevator hasnt worked in going on 3 weeks at the Central Ave location and cant get to my 2nd floor space. Both gates have been wide open for a couple of weeks. This is the worst storage facility.

9 days ago I was told by Andy the manger I will receive a reimbursement. For my storage unit since I was trespass last year from a different location. I was told him never allowed to rent from Life Storage again. They agree to refund my money 9 days ago. I have not seen a single penny in reimbursements yet. I have called about 10 times to corporate office. They dont have any answers. District manager hasnt even called. After I request to speak to her three different times..

My man Zyenn was a beast. Got me in and out with no hiccups. Best service i had so far. Thats how fast and easy it should be.

This is the first place that Ive ever stored anything at. They have the cheapest rate in town for climate controlled spaces. I also like that I was able to use my home owners insurance because they require that there be insurance on the locker. With mine there was no additional expense to have a storage locker on there so it worked out perfectly. $26 for my climate controlled space, great deal!

I just rented some storage space and found Life Storages representative, Zion, to be pleasant, knowledgable and very helpful.

Great place great staff they keep it clean the run a tight ship theyre always available when you need them and they usually respond to you within a few minutes if you leave a message definitely recommend them as their prices are the best in town as well

I was looking for information on cost and basic unit size availability. Andy was extremely helpful in explaining what was available and how much furniture could fit in each unit. He was polite and knew what he was talking about.

I have had several experiences in the past with storage units but none as good as the experience I had with Uncle Bobs. The unit was clean and ready to move into. They actually offered to lend me a truck to use for free to help with my move.(although I didnt need it the offer was un expected and appreciated) Way to go Uncle Bob! I feel my items in storage are safe and secure and I can rest better knowing that!

This facility and its employees have been and are far superior for their friendly service than any other facility that I have used in the past.

These guys do a great job. No one likes moving, but Jovan and Kevin really do empathize with you and go a long way to make you feel comfortable and satisfied when storing here.
