Nova Countertops exceeded all expectations from the design to the fabrication and to the the installation. We would highly recommend them and give a FIVE STAR rating.

Overall, we were not satisfied with NOVA’s performance due to one major issue and a few other concerns as follows:NOVA’s completion of our project did not fully conform to the terms of the contract that we had agreed on. The contract [prepared by NOVA] required us to provide three slabs of stone: the estimate clearly stated: “This estimate is based on the use of three jumbo slabs.” We later learned that NOVA needed and used only two of these expensive slabs to complete the project. [Presumably they will sell or reuse the third slab on another project.] Nevertheless, NOVA insisted on full payment as though they had used all three slabs, saying that the project was actually based on square footage, not the number of slabs. Nowhere in the contract was there any mention of square footage, only the number of slabs.Other concerns: a) we had asked to see where the pattern was going to be on the stones before the cutting and they said that would be fine, but when we came to see it, the cutting had already been done. b) With no warning, the people installing the countertops informed us that they could not proceed because the electrical outlets had not been disconnected. c) when the workers cut holes in the stone to accommodate the electric receptacles, they made the cuts about 1/8 inch too high so the electrical boxes would not fit the assigned spaces. d) There were a number of occasions when NOVA either did not keep the appointments (arriving for an appointment with Monique only to find that she was not available) or they arrived so late in the day that very little could be accomplished.

We tend to be indecisive. They held the piece for us for quite while because certain aspects of our bathroom renovation was time constrained. From the very start to finish Monique was a pleasure to work with. The original granite we picked out came in slightly different, Monique went above and beyond to solve the issue and eventually found us an even better slab that we loved so much and kept the price down! We will definitely be using Nova Countertops again in the future. Alex and his partners were very professional, on time and cleaned up all of the mess during templating and installation!

Had an art studio put in my new house. Wanted my workspace to have a granite counter. I got to go to the warehouse and pick out my own granite. They had a lot of beautiful choices. They needed to come and make a template. I thought theyd show up with a large piece of paper or something. He actually made a template with strips of wood. Balsa I think. Even made a template for the pop up power outlet. My workspace was really large and had to have one seam. They brought the 2 pieces of granite and seamed it in place. I know its there but the casual observer wouldnt. He matched it up so well. My workspace is a piece of art on its own. Im very happy with it!❤

Nova Countertops did a wonderful job helping me select new countertops for my kitchen. Because of Nova, it was the easiest remodel I have ever done. I requested they not damage the current wallpaper in my kitchen and I’m so pleased to say, not one scratch on my walls! The kitchen is beautiful and it was completed in 2 days.
