I will never go to this snobby, rude, unwelcoming, uptight, and judgmental consignment shop again. The lady named Mitzi was behind the counter when my boyfriend and I drove all the way from Lehigh with our items. There was another customer in the shop when we got there. We told her to take her time. While she was helping the customer we walked around the shop checking out the items. We noticed a lot of them looked like the pictures and painting we brought to put on consignment. When Mitzi was free she gave me paperwork to fill out, while I was doing that my boyfriend looked for a bathroom. While I he was gone I made small talk, telling her how we run a resale business out of our garage, and if the items didnt sell in the shop we would come pick them up to try to sell them on Letgo or OfferUp. After I told her that, her whole demeanor changed. When my boyfriend came back she walked out to my Mazda CX-9 SUV to look at our items. She glanced at them for a second and said no those arent good enough for this store. Then while mumbling something she just walked away and went back inside. These pictures are of just 3 of the items we took in to the shop today. It was raining when I took the pictures so they arent the best quality, but all of the items, save for a couple, were top quality.

We love Pakratz and go in every few months either to browse or because were looking for something. We have a house full of rescue animals including ones with special needs so good quality, used furniture is perfect for us (fact of life for us is that we need to cycle our items every couple of years - our furbabies come first). Weve bought a sofa, 2 very comfortable chairs, ottomans, lamps and an end tables among other items.The people work both own and work at the store are all great - theyre knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor. Going in there to browse or buy is fun and comfortable.

Excellent consignment shop! Sold our chair in one day at a great price. Scott the owner, is very honest and funny. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Love Pakratz. Good selection, some even affordable. Bought two rattan side tables for living room earlier this year. They offered me a price within my budget. Highly recommend stopping by on a regular basis.

Very nice items for sale and friendly staff. Just a lot more pricey than most of the other furniture consignment stores. I would definitely try to negotiate a better price before I would purchase anything.

Very nice quality of merchandise, tasteful, well-presented, not cluttered or cramped space. Easy to shop, good pricing. They will consider offers and negotiate a bit. Everyone was friendly and talkative.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. They are with out a doubt the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They think they’re so high end. Newsflash, you pedal used furniture. Maybe you should consider changing your name because the name Pak Ratz doesn’t exactly conjure up a high-end image in someone’s mind.

Absolutely wonderful and the owner is so kind and generous. He has a personality like no other. I wouldnt shop any other consignment store !!

A very interesting business model these people have, they give you a contract to sign for your piece, if they sell it they do not notify you, your contract is for 60 days, if you do not call they simply keep your item, if they sell the item they will not mail you your money, they keep it until the sixty days are up, then they will keep the money an additional 30 days, if they still do not hear from you they keep it all. Also we told them if not sold within 60 days, give to charity , they didnt do that either. Its not really the money, it the principal of how they do business, very crude.

Pack rats Fort Myers Florida lost our respect by taking our grandsons desk, selling it and refusing to pay us the agreed 50% of the sale.Their reason was we left it past the agreed time, we did tell them due to a medical surgery we were unable to get back to Fort Myers at the agreed time, they did not care, we also notified them we would not be willing to donate this desk, because our grandson needed the desk or the $$ to continue his college studies after his mom died.How could they be this cold?The agreement was under Diana Morrow
