Bought a 2012 grey Camry from here and it is slowly falling apart. Only 63,000 miles when I bought it and now 67,000. Needs new AC compressor, battery, struts, and a few small things. Of course their warranty does not cover ANY of these. This will all cost a few thousand dollars. Never go here. Always go to a dealership! Very disappointed.

I have been thru alot of car dealerships from Indiana to here and I was even married to a car salesman wow that was ugly- the lies -- the misconseptipn ii saw just to sell a car --BUT not here at Pennant--- the Best I have ever seen-- Larry worked with me for weeks-- to put me in the right car-- I am a YOUNG senior citizen-- not much money --- It wasnt like he was gonna make much off of me---BUT thean took time HELPED me out so much with payments--- everything -- and even took back the first car cause he found out it was a bad one--_- No I dont give this place a 5 it gets a 25-----:Really gals-- if you need help --you can trust this place----- I havent had a car in 7 years --- I am the happiest gal today!!!!!! ANDREW is AWESOME!! He made my first car buying experience pleasant and stress free! I found my Jeep on Facebook marketplace and sent him a message. He responds right away.. I work a lot and he brought the Jeep TO ME while I was on my break so I could see it! THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY A USED CAR! Since I am 67 years old, I have bought a lot of cars both new and used. Never in all my years have I been treated so well. I have become a skeptic over the years expecting to find rude and arrogant sales people who want nothing more than to get your money and forget about you. Larry Lusk made our purchase absolutely PAINLESS. From the time we arrived to the signature on the sales contract took about 45 minutes. Even though we bought the car as is when test driving it I heard a noise in the steering. Larry made that a part of the sales contract that he would fix that and not only did fix the problem on the right front he went ahead and had them replace the same parts on the left side. Larry went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and restored our faith in sales people. He is not your typical used car salesperson/ owner. He makes sure you are happy and that you will come back to him, refer others to him. We will do that. One of the owners larry is a dis honest business man I flew all the way to buy a navigator and I repeatedly ask him will it pass emission is check engine light on he said yes yes then I sent him a check for full price ahead of time I get there check engine light on door n windows dont automatically lock no alarm for car lift gate ront work after I take home less then a month

I was completely conned by Larry. My car isnt even 7 months old and is ruined after spending 10,000 cash for my car he gave me a fake warranty I sent 2000 of my own to get car fixed while waiting for a call back that never came. They be lied on paperwork saying my car had lower milage then it did so the warranty is void . No way I drove 50,000 miles in 7 months. Place is a complete rip off I wish I never went there all these positive post are from the workers there. Place is a robbery

Dont buy cars from them they tweek their carfax, found out a year later that my car was involved in multiple car accidents and nothing on what the information they gave me of the car.

Rented a UHAUL and unfortunately chose this as the pick up location. We had an appointment to pick up the truck at 10am and when I called to verify the order the person on the phone stated that we could pick up anytime today as the truck would be ready for pick up at 8 am. When we arrived at 9:15 am the truck was not ready, our supplies were not even at the building yet, and the employee at the front desk didn’t care or apologize for the terrible customer service. I’d never want to do any kind of business here.

In my opinion they are scammers I bought a truck and the next day I had a problem in the transmission when I returned to claim they told me that if the guarantee covered it but what happens next is that I had to pay the transmission arrangement and the owner thats where the personals went to buy, but youre going to claim your rights, treat the wrong people in my opinion, never again buy a car there or recommend anyone to do it.

We went to get a U-Haul truck, the owner left us waiting for about half an hour and kept interrupting and talking to anyone that arrived after us to see his cars for sale.
