It used to be great I never could make up my mind on what shoes I wanted. Now they had nothing, the buy one get one half off, I let my kid a get a book bag just so I could get the half off. I also had to ask the staff how they were doing, they definitely didnt acknowledge me first... so I am moving on to other stores where I know they have a wide variety of shoes!!

This was my worst experience at the Rack Rooms Shoe store (in the forum), everytime its a problem, no sizes in stock, no customer service help. The 2 employees on duty never even asked if they could help me, even though I circled through the store for over an hour. Once I was ready for checkout I proceeded, they had both lines open but as soon as it was my turn (only person standing in line) employee #1 just walked away like I didnt exist. Employee #2 said one moment then walked away helping someone else. I was very patient. Both employees clearly did not want to deal with me, I had not even came to them with my problems yet of not finding any correct sizes and that I needed help to order in-store pick-up at another location or delivery. They said one of the shoes I was looking for wasnt available for delivery, it was pick up only, then after bouncing between both employees muttering under their breaths, employee #1 proceeded to tell me that they didnt even know how to do in-store/curbside pick-up and that I could do it at home on my computer. Clearly they didnt want to deal with me, it was close to closing time, time to clean up as employee #1 stated in front of me to employee #2. Customer service is not their strong suit. Making Rack Room Shoes look bad. I will NEVER shop at Forum RRS.

Great places to purchase footwear. Staff immediately greeted me as I arrived. As I wandered the store several staff offered to assist me in finding shoes. But I was not having any problems but appreciated their offer.

Great selection, very good service from the staff, good prices made better with their sales. I took advantage of the buy 1 at the regular price and only pay 1/2 price for the 2nd pair. Got 2 pairs of Sketchers for less than 95 dollars. Good experience.

Had a pair of shoes that went bad in 4 or 5 months. Showed the manager and able took great care of me. I usually buy my shoes from here. Its a good place to get shoes!

Well I always love the sales but couldnt remember the phone number I used when I used to go there every couple of weeks sometimes twice a week. Because the prices are great the shoes are great the employees are helpful and friendly the cashiers were anyway. But the girl working as floor was having a really bad day I guess. Knowing you say anything bad we all have bad days

They have everything all the top shoes and sneakers. If they dint have it they will get it or send you there other store in the area. I like there services.

Never ever left this location feeling satisfied or happy. Always bad stock and some issue or another with staff.

The problem was that they didnt let in a customer four minutes before close. The schedules are for something. If they close at 6,:00 at 5:56 are open. Simply.
