I got my nose and ears pierced here. i definitely recommend. the lady who pierced me was very calming and they brought me water due to me panicking. anyways i definitely recommend going here for your piercings!

I have gotten a total of 4 piercings here all on my ears. This will be the only place I ever go to for anything. They are all very nice people and clearly know what they are doing. Everything is very sanitary. They open up new packages, clean everything and explain everything to you. They make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family. If you want a piercing this is where you want to go.

Clean, private rooms, talented artists, professional. Not the typical hipster poser hangout. I have gotten work done several times at Famous, and I will recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect. Was super easy to talk to employees working there and I was in and out. Made me feel comfortable like I could just come back and hangout if I wanted to. Did great on my piercing too it goes hard. 🤙🏼

Me and my sister were visiting from out of state and decided to get a tattoo. Looked at a few places and thought this was a perfect find. When talking to the artist he was in a horrible mood, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all, threw a pen and basically made fun of my sisters tattoo so we walked out. Lost out on over $200 for a random walk-in.... unless you want an artist that’s going to rush and be angry the whole time I highly recommend that you stay away from famous tattoo.

The guys working the cash registers on both the tattoo side and the Halloween side were SO NICE. I got my first tattoo done by Vic- he gave a fair price and was really honest about what will/ wont look good so he helped me tweak it to make for a great tat. He did a great job. I can see how people might think that hes rude but hes great at his job and if you talk with him more, the blunt exterior fades a bit.

Im glad this place is closed. Had two helix piercings done 2 months ago and they were both pierced at 20g and stainless steel butterfly studs. My bottom helix ended up developing an irritation bump and constantly hurt and bled like crazy. My top one the same minus the bump. Went to an actual reputable piercer today and he repierced me with the correct gauges and used the correct jewelry (implant grade titanium labrets) he had to use pliers to remove the butterfly backings that were stuck to my ear! He actually mentioned that wasnt the first time people had gone to him due to this place messing peoples piercings. If I could give 0 starts I seriously would. AWFUL!!

Just got my nose pierced by Vick. He was great, quick, and informative. Shop was clean and friendly staff. You must listen to the professionals though!!! I wanted a hoop, but Vick doesnt Pierce with hoops, due to the care and healing process. So I got a stud for now and will switch out to a hoop in 3 months They are the experts, listen to them, be open minded. My piercing was painless (this may not be your experience) but I have had my nose pierced before and I remembered it hurt and this time it did not. I highly recommend Vick for future piercings.

My girlfriend had gotten a nose piercing and the piercing was totally wrong. The temporary jewerly had fell out while sleeping and she had visited another tattoo shop to fix it and they said it was wrong and she called and the guy on the phone was rude about it and seemed stuck up.

I came into the shop because a piercing I had got at home in Toronto was really irritated - the wrong sized jewelry was used.Stephen helped me out huge, it was painful but he made the experience easier - water, fan, cold cloth, sugar pill etc.He is awesome and I would recommend him for any of your piercings if you’re in the Fort Myers area!My nose is feeling a million times better now that the proper jewelry is in there, swelling is gone and everything.Thanks again!!!

My brother in law, Bryan, recently got a tattoo done at this shop by Vic. He said he didn’t even tell him his name when they got there. He wanted to change something in the design and the artist got mad about it. Then he told Bryan not to talk to him or make conversation, and when his girlfriend took pictures of the tattoo, Vic told her to stop taking pictures and to “go watch TV or something”. Bryan says that he went so deep and his arm bled so much that he almost passed out during the two hour session. The lines are so deep that they’ve scarred intensely and that when he goes outside the scars hurt in the sun. I believe that this is unacceptable behavior for someone that calls themselves a professional and action needs to be taken, because a good tattoo should also have a good memory. I’m positive that people who have come here to get a tattoo by Vic can agree and they did not enjoy their experience here either.

Went to see Vic twice in the past couple weeks. The first time to have my daughters cartilage pierced and then again a few days later to get a tattoo for myself. His work is absolutely phenomenal. (Both piercings and tattoos) My husband also has multiple tattoos done by Vic. Each look just as good today (years later) as they did the day they were done. Staff was great and the shop very clean. I highly suggest anyone looking to have some amazing work done to go see Vic. We will definitely be back!

Vick did matching tattoos on me and my mom last week. He was super fast, did a great job, and made my mom feel comfortable for her first tattoo. Vick kept us laughing and smiling the entire time even though it was the very end of the day and I’m sure he was ready to go home.The guy up front was awesome too. He was super informed about aftercare and even printed up a fresh t-shirt for me when they didn’t have one ready in the size and color I requested.We will definitely be back soon!

Was definitely a good experience, as you may see, every review about Vic entails a very fast experience. And it did go by quickly and really well. I got two chest tattoos and it was a breeze. He was very straightforward and honest and told me exactly what was needed to be heard. Would Recommend.

Every person that I spoke to there, from the walk- in quote for my tattoo, to the day of my appointment, were all genuinely so nice. If it wasnt time to get my tattoo, I could have sat there and talked to them all day! As far as my tattoo, Monica did an excellent job! I didnt come in with font ideas or outlines or ideas for the birds because I wanted to see what her opinion was and what she came up with was perfect! It came out beautiful, healed better than any tattoo Ive ever had and it may be bigger than I planned but the way she did it, any smaller it would have looked weird so I love the font, placement, and she did an excellent job on the birds! Its beautiful and I highly recommend.Beautifully Flawed is my favorite part of a great quote to help kids send young adults with arthritis, all my followers who are insecure from the arthritis, deformities or anything that make them different because that makes them unique which Is beautiful. I will bring some friends there and when I can afford more tattoos, I will be going there for a tattoo for my parents, for my daughter and when my friend comes to town well be getting tattoos with different color ribbons to support different causes personal to us. Awesome experience from Lacy at the front to Larry who is an absolutely amazing artist! I gave him pictures of my beloved cat that passed away to turn into a piece to honor her. What he came up with was better than anything I could have ever imagined. He is a master at his craft. Within an hour of leaving the shop I was stopped five times and given compliments and asked who did my tattoo. I will definitely be returning for more work from Larry in the future!!

I had the best experience for my first time, especially as nervous as I was to get my belly piercing. Vick was very helpful, funny and made me comfortable through the process by explaining what was going to go on step by step. I walked in scared and left happy. I did not feel anything but the clamp and it was only pressure. I’m so happy with my piercing and if you want a piercing Vick is the gentleman to ask for!! 👍

Walked in to inquire about getting a small tattoo done. The girl at the front was extremely rude. When I asked if they had time she said no and said later. I completely understand if they were busy but instead of having a nice attitude and saying when we could come back or make an appointment she was inconvenienced by us and just kept saying later. We ended up just going somewhere else to get our work done but I really could not believe how rude she was to new people walking in.

My wife and I have had tattoos done by Vick. He has done both upper arms to my traps . My wife had a big piece on her upper thigh to cover up scars. Vick was very professional and a knowledgeable about our skin tone and explaining what colors would work best. Ive had tattoos done in NY, PA. I would have to say Vick is one of the best Ive seen. Brought my daughter in for her first tattoo. The staff was great and a huge help in advising her what will look good long term. This shop is one of the cleanest I’ve seen lately. My only complaint is that they need a new couch in the waiting area. It’s really rough and not a good look for a place of this caliber. Sorry, I’m in the business of building businesses and it just doesn’t make a good first impression!

My most recent experience here was with Vic, who is a resident piercer at the shop. In his bio it says that he has a “no-nonsense approach” which is as simply put, a euphemism for being rude. I even noticed one of his female coworkers be visibly flustered and stressed out just by his presence. No, you will not leave with a smile on your face as the description said. More accurately, you will leave with furrowed eyebrows and some harsh words to describe your experience to your friends about going to this tattoo shop. Upon my most recent experience, I remembered why I had not wanted to come back to this shop ever again following my experience for one of my birthdays. Vic was condescending to everyone whom was present, and not in a comical way. The only reason I ever returned to this shop was because the service with Lacy made me think twice if it really was such a terrible place. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant! If you must go to Famous Tattoos for your needs, definitely ask for her. She brings the no-nonsense approach without making you feel like you want to get into a screaming match with someone who is supposed to be providing you a service.

I visited this place and was pierced by lacey. I had the best piercing experience of my life here. Ive had many things pierced over the years, and Ive pierced my nose 3 times previously, and had taken it out since a teenager, i can honestly say it didnt hurt at all after the earring was in it. It didnt hurt that day, nor any day after. Ive NEVER had such a great piercing experience in my life. She was very quick and knowledgeable and the way i healed showed her level of expertise. Loved it!

I got my first tattoo with Vic when I was 17 (with the right paperwork) and it is amazing, he gave me amazing advice about that its for me and not for other people. I still get compliments for it and Im going in soon to hopefully get a piercing from him. Other staff was also very friendly

I went to famous tattoos to get an elephant tattoo done. I was extremely impressed with the artist Vick Fiore. His bluntness and experience is exactly what everyone should want in a tattoo artist because what you’re about to do is permanent. I have had multiple sessions with Vick to complete my chest piece and half sleeve and the results exceed expectations. I couldn’t recommend the tattoos more!!

These guys do not mess around. They mean business. They get the job done, so you have to be 100% sure walking in on what you want. My experience was quick, facility was super clean and not intimidating. Staff has a very dry sense of humor with the no BS attitude.

The artist rushed doing my tattoo, and rushed sketching it out. When I tried to tell him how I wanted it he rolled his eyes and was huffing and puffing. I didn’t feel comfortable with the sketch he did nor did I feel welcomed. He drilled in my skin so hard that you can feel every outline of my tattoo like I got branded..

Daughter got her a industrial bar in January and it was hurting all the time. I took her to a tattoo shop closer and they said it was pierced wrong. So I had to pay for it again after I paid 85.00 the first time. The place that I took her too said to call and let the place know about. I did that and the guy on the phone said I said her nose was pierced when I never said that. I asked for the manager couldnt get a hold of the manager. I will never go there again. The guy on the phone said its the customers responsibility to keep it clean which we did. And there is nothing to tell me. Except if my daughter had questions she should of call them up or came back in. I also believe when she got it done the girl was training the other girl and the trainer did it.

Called around for a good price on 2 industrial piercings for my friend. They said to come in and they would give us a great deal since he was getting both done. 65.00 for each piercing is way too high. Lacy the piercer was so rude, no personality, miserable, made us feel like we were bothering her, acted like she is the best. No advice, cold face, acted like she was doing Us a favor, couldnt show us anything just insisted because of his ear shape it had to be straight piercing then did it at an angle anyway. Shut door in my face, scolded him like he was 5, never showed him the pierce spot, could barely push bar through, then didnt show him it finished. Just a very unhappy and rude girl. I was not impressed. Gave us a free t shirt as I if wed EVER promote her piercing . lol. Miami shops, CT shops all professional and pierce for 10 to 20. Too bad we didnt go to one back home.Oh, and she gave me 5.00 off for doing both his ears. Great deal, it was still overpriced Thanks Lacy. Buy yourself a personality with that tip you got but didnt deserve.I was going to get a tattoo and a piercing but couldnt wait to get out of that shop. No other customers BTW.

Happy with piercing, not happy with the piercer. He was very rude and did not explain how to properly take care of my piercing and didnt even say what to do. He left the room without saying anything after the piercing. He was harsh and quick. Didnt take his time to talk to us and gave me attitude. Overall happy with piercing. Not the piecer.

I wanted to get a small tattoo but as soon as I walked through the door the super rude ass receptionist guy just has this blank expression on his face and was like oh, why do you want it? You dont really have any tattoos why start now? When I have 3... I just felt super discouraged and Ive had my other 2 tattoos done there so I felt comfortable. Not anymore.

Most of the people working here are extremely rude. While the place is very well kept and clean and they do a good job I walked in and talked to an artist about a tattoo idea I had and everything that I said was shot down and I was called stupid for everything. I was charged $150 for a simple paw print on my neck. Also I had my belly button pierced here and it came up to almost $100 for just a piercing, jewelry and H2ocean plus a small tip.

Walked in ask the guy at front( which was very nice and welcoming) if any of the artist could draw a certain thing for me, as I was asking one of artist came out answered very rudely and was a dick on something simple.(there was a customer gonna get tattooed on showing what he wanted) I wont go back there at least to him. I have delt went many different types of people but he was a prick.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Walked in two girls were upfront making shirts, said hello and asked if there was an artist available to speak to. They just looked at me didnt reply just screamed for one of the guys in the back. I heard needles going so I assumed they were busy, so I said Id be back another time, they just nodded. Just as an artist walked out another customer walked in. I began to explain what I was looking to do, he looked like he didnt care, never made eye-contact with me and he decided this was the time to have a very vulgar conversation with the woman that walked in after me.(dont get wrong, I have been told Im worst then a drunken sailor, but theres a time and place. And the lobby of a professional business is not one of those time) So if you want to be ignored and have to listen to a very profane conversation this is the place for you.

I got my nose pierced here two days ago. I went back today because my nose had swollen around The piercing overnight. My experience was painful and horrible. The tattoo artist in the next room was having a conversation about black supremacy being more powerful than white supremacy. In the female piercing artist was rude as she stabbed me constantly in my swollen nose trying to get the piercing out and replace it. I ended up telling her to leave it alone and ask for refund . She will be declined my request and told me they dont do refunds. I have seven piercings and each one the piercer left enough room for swelling on this tattoo my bar was fitted absolutely tight to my skin when I walked out with no room for swelling .
