I went in to get my vertical labret done and I couldnt be more pleased with how it came out. It was very straight, looks amazing, and the healing is going wonderfully. Also the piercer was amazing! Great vibes and everyone was super sweet. Favorite piercing place hands down.

Taul is amazing at what he does. Hes doing my 16 year old sons sleeve and I couldnt ask for a better job to be done on him.we actually went to a shop in Port Charlotte when we first started and that shop did a terrible job and Taul was able to fix it and make it look perfect... The tattoo artist Manny was the best tattoo artist I’ve ever met, not only has he been an artist for more than 30 years; you can definitely tell the quality of his work by the work that is displayed along the wall. They offered me pizza and drinks( non alcoholic). It was a very welcoming shop. I’d post a picture on this review however Google will not let me. I’m COMPLETELY satisfied with the work and he also keeps you very entertained while he’s working on your tattoo. Went in for a nose piercing. The man at the counter was super helpful. When the lady showed up to do my piercing, she didnt say a single word besides okay lay down. No hello, how are you, anything. Next thing I know, without a single word, shes shoving the needle in my nose. Love how the piercing looks but very unprofessional.

Recently went to get a nose piercing , Mikaila did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable through the whole process , made sure the placement was in the spot I wanted and offered many color options for the starter jewelry. The process didn’t take long at all, the healing process is going great, no pain at all even when I clean the wound. I will be going back to her to get the other side done !

If I could give them one start I would !I came here to get my pierced, I was told in the phone that the procedure would come with jewelry, when I got there I was not able to pick it myself , she did for me , it didn’t even had a pearl on it cause it fall off , so I don’t even know if it was new or used . She gave me no info I had to ask her to go care for it ( I am amateur ) she suggested saline water ( wound spray ) twice a day . That’s exactly what I did and still got a dimple , and infected . It has been 3 weeks and I was still sore and in pain . I couldn’t take the pain anymore so I took it out to put some compress on it , left it out for 2 hours or less and I tried out it back in ! I could not so I called them next morning and they suggested to leave it alone and let it heal to them come back and charge me another 50 Bucks even tho I just needed help putting the pierce back on , not make another hole !Do not come here to get pierced !

Mikaila did my back dimple dermal piercings and seemed very unprofessional during the process. It was my first time getting one so I didn’t know any better and I already payed so i let her continue they weren’t placed evenly at all and she struggled to get the piercing in. a week after getting them they started having issues and poking out i went to another shop to get a second opinion and they had to remove them for me because she didn’t use the right size diamonds and my skin started to form on top of it instead of around it mind you when she did them she didn’t educate me on them at all or explain proper after care. Bad experience and waste of $170

Marcos was absolutely wonderful. This is my first tattoo ever and I am 53 years old almost 54 right after Christmas. I did this for my son who had cancer. Marcos was absolutely patient and caring and talk to me it was really awesome experience

If I could leave no stars, I would. Ive gone in this place three times. The first time the woman at the front desk was too busy flirting with the three guys leaning on the counter to acknowledge me. The second time there was no one at the counter but the artist quoted me $60 after I explained what I wanted. She seemed nice. The third time I went in to make an appointment and the entire encounter was laughable. The woman who again had two men leaning on the counter broke free just long enough to ask me what I needed. I explained I just wanted to make an appointment for a very simple three digit tattoo above my wrist. I explained I didnt have a preference for an artist as it was a small simple font tattoo. The woman then pointed to an artist who was sitting directly behind me and asked him if he wanted to talk to me. He didnt - that was clear from the way he spoke to me. He told me the tattoo would be AT LEAST $80.00..(three small simple numbers!).. . He told me that was because of the location.... I showed him on my arm that it was above the wrist and small. Yet he kept telling me anything below the wrist was more expensive - kept telling me it would be a novelty tattoo because of the fading caused by high traffic like putting my hands in my pockets.... Clearly this guy hadnt been near womans pants in some time because Ive never been able to get my hand passed the knuckles in my pants or any other womans pants let alone get my hand passed my wrist..but, ok, whatever. I stopped trying to get him to acknowledge that it was above my wrist and just asked how much it would be NOT below the wrist and he told me $80-$120...he then told me the font would dictate the price... Which I get, but I told him simple font..by the way I have a tattoo where I asked for the new one, just on the other arm. Its not faded in 4 years. Needless to say I thanked them and left. Their customer service, attitude, and prices suck. Dont waste your time.

Worst shop I have been too. I should have known not to go to a mall tattoo shop to begin with. Showed up for my appointment both times and the guy was late. Second time he never even showed up. This place is very unprofessional... get it together. I ended up going to a nice shop in downtown Fort Myers where I was helped in a professional manner. And if there is a problem good luck getting ahold of the owner.. Let that sink in for a minute. I never leave a bad review if I can avoid it, but this experience made me cringe.

It was my first time going to this place and I got really angry since I did a septum piercing but the boy who did it , did not know how to do it well (he did it to lower and the piercing was really big that touch my lip ) literally I had to go somewhere else on downtown forty Myers to do it again, they are good at doing tattoos but pierciengs I don’t believed to much !!

STAY AWAY! I went in for a tattoo with Chris, and all he did during the tattoo session was sexually harass me and even tried grabbing my wrist to kiss me. Not only was he inoppropriate and unprofessional, he was so distracted with his intensions he messed up my tattoo with uneven lines and blown out points. After the tattoo was done he proceeded to text his “sexual intentions” not knowing how to take NO for an answer. I was appalled. Even though he was clearly embarrassed that I declined his advances, he kept trying. As the tattoo was healing I noticed more and more mistakes on his part. I texted him multiple times giving him the opportunity to work with me and correct his errors, but he ignored the messages and never responded. I contacted the shop owner Julie, who seemed to be helping me get the help I needed to correct his errors but after multiple attempts my feelings were that she was pretended to care. She kept saying this and that would be done but I’d never hear back from her. I always had to be the one following up. I did not get any help and every attempt I made, which was multiple, were ignored and pushed aside. Eventually I got a text from Miguel, the supposed shop manager, saying he was going to fix it. I set up a time with him to go over details. Went to the shop on that day, and he wanted me to lift my top in his room while he had another customer lying down to get tatted. This was as unprofessional as the previous situation and I had requested another space to show him. After that humiltating experience I didn’t hear from him about what was going to be done, and I was left being the one always following up with him. He then told me he’s dumping me onto another tattoo artist, Vic. I was told then that I had an appointment at a specific time and day with out ever being asked if that day/time worked for me. Almost two months later, I went to the shop to meet Vic. Miguel greeted me but proceeded to ignore my presence and seemed to be more interested in whatever he was doing on his phone. With an unprofessional manner he told me Vic wasn’t in yet and it seem to really not bother or matter to him. I requested some ideas on paper to review and discuss about how this was going to fixed and never got any drawings of the corrections or call/text from Vic as promised. He again shrugged and said he’ll draw it on you. While I was looking for Julie’s phone #, Miguel came out and said I wasn’t going to be very happy and 15 minutes after my appt was suppose to take place I was told Vic wasn’t coming in. I called Julie and she again didn’t seem to care but said she’d call Miguel and get back to me. He later came out and handed me a cash refund which wasn’t even the full amount. Not only did they waste almost two months of my time when I could have gotten this fixed somewhere else, they laughed it off like I was the problem. This place is beyond unprofessional. I doubt I’m the first female Chris or any of the guys there have sexually harassed. The owners obviously don’t care. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and posting this review everywhere I can. I will never go to another Tattoo Shop in a Mall or one owned by someone who does not even tattoo. I advise you to look for another tattoo shop. Save your money and your time by avoiding these unprofessional bigots. Why some tattoo wanna be artists think any female sitting in their chair is a piece of meat is beyond me! Maybe they think this act will cover up their terrible work.
