They always seem to have great deals especially their two for ones although its kind of hard to get away from them special they put right by the front door cuz theyre always so good of a deal

Electric shopping for handicappers clean floors well stocked.Cashiers very knowledgeable and friendly Baggage help us to the car and place groceries in car.

Weekly Deli Specials like $4.99 Catfish Dinner or $6.99 Chicken Tenders Dinner is often a real good deal. Tenders are very thick but lightly breaded. Sometimes IMHO they can be overcooked and get a bit dried out. Also nice clean well stocked grocery store.

It was ok the only thing was they were out of peppermint candy and they discontinued Arbor Mist wine in the small bottles( they have the big bottles ) and not the flavors we like

I love this place. They have everything I would need plus cut fruit in a bowl. All the staff is kind, helpful, and cheerful. Im traveling away from my hometown and a Publix is welcome home coming! Thank you!

I live near a Publix supermarket up the street where I live. I rather drive 5-10 minutes (depending on traffic) to this one on first street. Love it a lot. Been a value customer for 2 yrs. The employee OM Goodness, A for amazing.

All employees always are nice and helpful. However, this is not a big store, so you may not find the brand you want. I love the fresh market! Yummy veggies and fruit.

This store is convenient for me; but doesnt always have the items or cuts of fish that I look for ( my preference ) maybe they have yours... Overall a good store. I do go to another Publix at Colonial Crossings which I can find most on my list about 95% of the time.

Publix at the First Street Village in Fort Myers is the place to get all your grocery wants and needs. The store is ADA accessible, very clean, has public restrooms and fast helpful customer service.Their produce section has a very nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The bakery has good selection of pretty much anything you would desire, from just a snack to cakes for parties.Great prices with a large selection of grocery items is what you will find at this Fort Myers Publix.

Not one can of Friskies cat food on the shelves! Went to Winn Dixie they had two shelves of it!

The last few times, I requested just plastic bags. But I got paper bags instead. It is easier for me to carry plastic bags, I can make less trips. When someone makes a request, shouldnt they get it ?

Ive been to this Publix a handful of times and I cant say too much about shopping here due to the fact Ive never shopped here. The few times Ive been here I delt w customer service for Western Unions and smokes. They have always been very helpful and accommodating.

Went on Thursday 6/10/21 to purchase Silk Almond Milk yogurt and the expiration date on each of them was dated 5/18/21. I asked someone to check to see if there was anymore in the back, and had to wait almost 10 mins for them to find someone in the dairy department because the person didnt work that department and had no idea where anything was because the bulb was blown in the back. The excuse I was given by someone in the dairy department for expired yogurt still being on the shelf is that people dont buy it enough.

Just walked in feeling alittle gloomy and the customer service I received there was unbelievable. Everyone went out of there way to give a welcoming hello searching for my face and I had someone ask me if theres anything they can do to help me find what I needed. Everyone was super nice and store is always nice and clean. I left feeling much better !

I typically go to Publix to buy my lunch. Hot foods arent bad. But sometimes there wings need to be cooked for about 5 minutes longer.

The publix deli has horrible customer service! I ordered 3 hot subs online and expected to pick it up at 7:00 pm. Arrived at the store at 7 pm to pick up the subs and they were not even ready! I had to wait for them to prepare the order for 25 minutes! I was so disappointed ☹️ because I got the subs cold when the subs were supposed to be hot (Philly cheese steak subs) I was such in a hurry to leave the store to go home and enjoy my sub I didn’t say anything about being cold because I waited so long. But I realize now I should have said something! I only live 5 minutes away from Publix so when I got home I opened the bag of the subs and there was liquid in the bag and took out the subs and the subs were leaking! The subs were super soggy and cold! I couldn’t eat it I had to throw it away so I lost my money and couldn’t enjoy my sub. My dinner was ruined! I’m never going to order from this Publix store again! I would rate a zero if permissible.
