To me Publix is the heaven on Earth food shopping center. always neat and clean. always well stocked with a large variety. they always have the best cooked and prepared food ever and the chicken wings are to die for!

Patty and Maryann in bakery save the Day. These two are always helpful when I come to the bakery at this Publix. Theyre polite respectful and cater to their customers. Theyre the best I dont know how this store would do without them. Publix staff dont get any better these too

The Store itself is fine but the Deli leaves much to be desired. First of all, it takes forever to get your food. Secondly, the workers are very rude. My girlfriend simply asked if she could get her sub toasted and the worker gave her a dirty look, huffed and said If thats what you want, Ill do it. Otherwise Im not doing it. Which is a very basic thing that should be asked by the worker herself anyway. It was such a rude and jarring comment.Also you cant pay at the the deli which makes no sense. They have a cash register and everything but throw a hissy fit if you ask them to process your order. This makes ordering combos very difficult and is ultimately not worth the hassle. So to recap, it takes forever to get through the line, the service is rude and then on top of that, you have to wait on ANOTHER line at the main cash registers just to buy your sandwich. So good luck if you come here for a quick lunch break.Its just not worth it folks. Find another Publix deli if you want your Pub sub. This deli is the pinnacle of awful.

There was a lady that answered my call because I needed if the kiosk was working so I can renew my tags. She literally went and checked for me. Which was a blessing because I have to drive about 30 minutes to that location, because the other ones are down at this point. Thank you for the great customer service.

Has good quality stuff compared to other stores like Walmart, but not much of a variety compared to Winn Dixie or fresh market, sprouts and so on.

Kristen from catering was fantastic in making sure my wedding cake was amazing. And it was perfect! She met with us multiple times and called before my wedding day to ensure that everything was going to be perfect. She was a gem 10/10

I live between two Publix stores: the Publix at University Crossing and the Publix at Colonial Crossing. The Publix at Colonial Crossing is most often, very busy. Also, I do not like how they have invested in the space, so it feels small and claustrophobic, especially when one is trying to get over to the produce section, which intersects with the pharmacy, so it kind of bottlenecks right there, and one feels as if he or she has to take an alternative lane or even go through the pharmacy aisles to bypass that intersection. Other than that, I will say that the service is exceptional. Customer service employees, in particular, work very quickly and very efficiently. Its not a large Publix, so some specialty items may not be found @ this store.

Wendy was the one who assisted me with making my dream wedding cake a reality! She was incredibly kind and fun to talk to! She listened to me, gave a couple of very helpful suggestions! And, in the end made my husband and me extremely happy and grateful with the look and taste of our wedding cake on our big day! We can not thank her enough!

Anytime I shop at Publix, I always have great experience, nice and clean, good food, the employees are wonderful and helpful, and always find what Im looking for and then some. Keep up the Good Work! Its truly a pleasure to shop at Publix.😀

This particular Publix grocery store is nestled within the historic McGregor district. Easy access off of Colonial boulevard just a block away from McGregor boulevard. This store has a great management team. Super friendly staff!! And this store is super Clean. Youre gonna love shopping here!

Worst Publix I have ever been in.Old food..expiring milk...Im appalled truly.I have shopped in Publix for years because of quality but this was not your normal Publix...very disappointed

I love this store BUT the people at the pharmacy just don’t understand how payment through the PUBLIX APP works. Every time I use it I get a hard time. Once they made me wait 15 minutes while the “payment cleared.” I checkout lanes have no such problems - so why does the pharmacy?

We ordered a cake, pizza platter, and wrap platter for our sons 1st birthday.... I cant begin to tell you how amazing it was! The bakery here just went above and beyond to make his birthday memorable!Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Speaking with them on the phone and the ordering online was SO easy - they were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable.Again, I cant express how grateful I am to the bakery for making our kiddos 1st birthday absolutely fantastic! Thank you all so much!

This is by far the best Publix compared with the downtown, Six Mile, Daniels, Lee Blvd and all of San Carlos/Estero locations. It always has fresh and delicious seafood options, their pre-made selections are prepared with more care. I can rarely go to a different location because this one is so special and I can’t recommend it enough!

One of the better Publix in the area. By no means a Great grocery store though. Fully stocked like Walmart but with a nice salad bar area.

The store is super clean. The staff is attentive and nice. Joceline who works in the deli made my sub just the way I like it and was helpful.

Was able to get my sun pass very quickly. Employees were polite and friendly.

The meat was so full of gristle it was not the great Panda Inn experience that we were used to in Cali. The shrimp were good. Plus, what authentic Chinese food puts potatoes in their dishes? This was a treat and I had expected leftovers for lunch there was enough to fill me up for dinner.

Ordered subs only due to me being at work and paid for them online so I could eat on my lunch break ended up have to wait 40 mins AFTER the pick up time and missing my break completely. Wish I would have known it takes an hour to make a sandwich

Publix with a sitting area and wifi. Grab some food from the deli, have your meal and do you computer work. My favorite place.

Thought it was W-Dixie. Mgr Ernie and staff were more interested in each others lip service..than customer service. Was taken back

Ive been to many publix floral departments and their flower arrangements most of the time are half dead and scarce Your employee Gloria Healy at your floral department does an amazing job. Her floral arrangements are absolutely stunning. I will always shop at your publix from now on for flower arrangements.

My boyfriend was there to get subs and there was this Hispanic that did not speak good English at all and was very rude and took 20 minutes just to make two subs, on the other one only put things I liked on the whole sub even though it was half my things I like and half things my bf likes and she just put everything I like on it and the bread was very hard on both subs it’s really disappointing !

Consistently the cleanest food store around. Variety of items is awesome, and the staff were as helpful as can be.

Great service on the covid vaccine but terrible service in the deli. Although there were 4 people in the deli area but only one was assisting customers . Making a sandwich required getting some if the makings in a back room. One sandwich took 10 minutes to make.
