The Water Heater Guy made everything quick and simple, with quality work and excellent value.I called yesterday afternoon about replacing our non-working water heater. After sending them a couple pictures and basic information, I got a quote in minutes. The price was much better than other quotes, and was similar to what I saw advertised on the website.It wasnt a major emergency, but Jordan finished the job today before 11 AM, less then 18 hrs after I called. Everything was installed, cleaned up, and paid for in well under two hours. The price I was quoted never changed, and it covered the entire job, including disposal of the old heater. The installation looks great and weve been running the hot water for all sorts of cleaning throughout the day.Also, Id like to add, honesty is part of what keeps their prices low. They knew I didnt need a permit for in-garage installation in my county, and told me right up front when I asked. Other businesses, however, included the cost of an unnecessary permit in their quote.Overall, its pretty obvious that Im extremely happy with the service we got from the Water Heater Guy. ☺️

They were very good; Id give them 4 1/2 stars if it was possible. They could be a little better with their internal communication, but overall the technicians were professional in their work and demeanor. The price? Excellent! We couldnt be more pleased. I admit I gave them a tough time here and there but only because I was unfamiliar with them, but no more. I will have no issue calling them again if/when the need arises. They are good people.

I contacted the company late in the evening (7:30pm) through their websites email link. Within 5-10 minutes I had a response from the website and was quickly coordinating a plan to restore water services. They were professional, prompt, and was at my house by 9:15 the next morning as scheduled to replace. The technician was quick, polite and professional (and masked!) and completed the work in under an hour, including arrival and clean up. Keep in mind they did all this with by far the lowest quote around! 20 out of 10 would recommend and use again!

My experience with “The water heater guy” was terrific!! I contacted Chris on Sunday and he replied right away even though it was the weekend. Chris was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered every question we had regarding the different brands offered. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well and within 24 hours we had a brand new hot water heater installed and the job was flawless. Hands down the best customer service and pricing in Collier county. No need to look anywhere else if you need to replace a hot water heater. These guys are the best!!!

I scheduled for them to come out and replace my tank expander and they told me that in order for them to come out tomorrow at the time I needed them to, that I needed to pay them half in advance and the other half when the job was done. After getting squared away with scheduling and paying half, I receive a text message and they stated that they were not able to come out at the time I needed them to. I called, they wouldnt answer and when I finally got them on the phone, the lady stated that she was not able to have a tech come out there because the tech was to be out of town at that time. I asked for a refund and she didnt hesitate to hang up the phone on me. This place is a scam and please dont pay for anything upfront regardless of scheduling. Lessoned learned.

I highly recommend The Water Heater Guy! I was able to text pictures to receive an estimate which made everything so much easier! Once I approved the estimate, they quickly came out to install the hot water heater. They also contacted the electrician and coordinated with him to do his part of the work. They communicate through text and email or will call if you prefer. They made everything so quick and easy AND they were affordable!

I’m editing my review due to me just noticing that Mr. Perez did not put the top back on my water meter box. Glad I finally noticed it due to it being like that since Monday. They will provide you with a quote via text. All you have to do is send them the pics of the hot water heater then they will provide you with a free estimate. These guys and gals are great! This is the second heater I’ve had installed by them. Both times went very well. This time they went above and beyond. I was texting them at 10pm on a Thursday night. They had my leaking heater removed, warrantied out and the new one reinstalled by 11am Friday morning. Outstanding service!!!!

Called last night got service today.The plumber took time to explain everything and was extra careful about double checking for leaks. He even shortened the drain for the dishwasher so it would drain correctly. Highly recommend this plumber. Very satisfied customer.A little expensive.

Excellent service and competitive price!We called on a Sunday because our 30 gal electric hot water heater was leaking and we needed a new one installed (old one was 9 years old). We live in a second floor condo in the Naples area.We got a fair price over the phone, including everything. They showed up at 10 am the day after and it was installed and ready at 11.30 am!No surprises about the price, professionally made installation and helpful service; what more can you ask for? The installer also mentioned they do other kind of plumbing work, something we definitely will keep in mind for the future.

Very poor attirude. I was cery nice asking if he would like water or soda. The he told me there are lots of problems. Raising voices at me when i asked simple question nicely, such as if he could fix the faucet leak at the same rome too. His reponse was i was told to do nothing else and not to touch anything else in a not nice manner and vouce. I let go the first time thinking i was thinking too much. Then he moved to another bathroom drain hook up and told me that he couldnt do this without opening the wall. All he needed was sone extra pipes to adapt to that existing pipe. I told him that there was a sink there before. He started yelling at me that it cannot be done without opening the wall. I have done at least 5 houses renovation in my life. I have basic knowledge. Cannot imagine if i am an inexperience homeowner who believed him and would have to knockdown the whole wall.

The only thing i did not understand was that i thought it was a flat $75.00 but became $160, There were new hoses and whatever fittings that were ;put in with my faucet and it is understandable, I think that the advertising should say clearly that installation ;prices START at $75, All in all i would definitely use the com;;pany again

I have been using this company for many different services (water heater and plumbing issues) practically since their inception. Its always been amazing service. Unfortunately, I called a month ago because I had issues with my septic backing up and standing water in my showers. They told me they could fix the problem and itd cost around $90. They came out, tore up 1/4 of my front yard, never put it back, told me they couldnt fix the problem, charged me a $40 trip fee, and have yet to return to put my sod back into my place. My front yard is a disaster. I called back, and the owner said he would come back and fix it to the way it was. He has never returned or called. To top it off, he was dodging calls from my cell phone for 2 weeks. I finally wisened up and called him from a different cell number. He immediately answered. Then he started yelling at me, asking what I was trying to start with him. I wasnt trying to start ANYTHING with him. I just want my sod put back into place in my front yard (like it was before their atrocious visit)!! Buyer Beware.
