Products are great. Service was and still absolutely terrible. Took forever to get greeted in the show room. When I called to place my order it took 3 days and 2 emails that were never returned to get in touch with someone. Then when I did my actual sales person had her assistant call to get my card number. After asking the assistant to not charge my card prior to me speaking to My sales person. My card was still charged, I was charged for shipping yet shipping is free when ordering online and then my order was incorrect. It took another 48 hours to get in touch with someone to get a receipt and then to correctly place my order. Now here we are 3 weeks later. I am still missing 1 item and I just found out she incorrectly ordered something again. As I write this review I have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to find out where my missing item is. Horrible communication. Still no returned emails.

We shopped for about 30-45 to find the fixtures we liked and asked for help. The man at the desk told us someone would be with is shortly so, we waited about 20 minutes. Another couple walked in after we waited and were helped immediately. We left and won’t be going back. Rude employees

Nice selection of all appliances and fixtures, but extremely disappointing after purchase support. Their dryer vent installation caused the vent hose to collect water, which drastically reduced the effectiveness of the dryer over time. I had to pull the dryer out, disconnect the hose, empty the water into a bucket and reconnect the vent hose every several months to keep the dryer working properly. I tried to get in touch with their installation/service team, but was transferred around the business until I was disconnected. I tried again and was put on hold. The third time I did get through, but the agent wanted me to collect a long list of information and e-mail it to her, after which she would forward it to the installation team, and THEN they would call me to schedule a service visit. (I tried to point out that they already had all the information in their system, but the agent indicated that it would be easier for the agent if I collected it). In the end, I gave up. Too hard. Ill try to get a local handyman to fix their flawed installation.

Rude receptionist!! She has no customer service skills! Acknowledge customer greet them with a smile! Sales person helping us with bath vanity total ignorant and has no listening skillsI’ve been a frequent customer in Massachusetts Vermont and they know how service is done!

I would give this place no stars if I could! The customer service there is terrible, no follow through. You wait weeks for delivery with no explanation. And you have to prepay everything even before its delivered. You dont know if youre going to get your items in good condition or not. I will not be going back.

One of the area’s most extensive showroom collections of moderate- to high-end kitchen (Wolf, Thermador, Viking, etc.), bath appliances (Toto toilets included) & fixtures and an excellent selection of unique lighting options for all rooms in your home. There’s a wide variety of prices from moderate to high, but Ferguson posts that they will price-match. Iv been a realtor in the area for 15 years and doing remodels and sales. I have to say I expected a different experience this time. Shame on me. Terrible customer service for the 3rd time in a row! All different jobs all different workers. Have no clue how this place stays open! Third time Im done!Also, not allowing children to enter at all! Most of the children are off school and home! Dont want someone else to waste their valuable time on this place like I have! Good luck! 👍

I was a little apprehensive to visit a showroom in a small market since my only Ferguson experience had been in major cities. I can honestly say that this location did not disappoint. I have dealt with two different sales ppl in Ft Myers and both were knowledgeable and professional. I even received a phone call after some lights were delivered to make sure that everything was satisfactory.

Wow, we just experienced the worst customer service! As my wife and I walked in the front doors a lady at the desk said, hello we acknowledged her. For the next 15 - 20 minutes we walked about the showroom, we passed several employees with their heads buried into the computers. Not one single employee asked if we need help, we were ignored! I guess we will take our money elsewhere.

Fantastic store with nice options from lighting to bathtubs and faucets, kitchen appliances. only thing was not greeted or approached during my 15 min walking through the store even a simple hello or welcome would have been enough. Would have got five stars for a simple hi.

Great Customer Service!I purchased 3 valve assemblies, for our bathroom faucets, from Ferguson. It turned out the external body was the same as the one I had, but internally they were different. I only learned this after installing and testing them. I went back to the store, expecting to have a hard time returning them, as the packaging was damaged and the units had been installed. Instead, the gentleman that assisted me took them back and gave me a full refund - without any grief. I will definitely look at using these people when we remodel our bathrooms and kitchen.

Arrived on a Saturday morning at 10am and waited out front with another customer until someone showed up 10 min late. Then he goes inside to open and trips the alarm, its wailing for 15 minutes straight.. We finally get inside and walk around for 10 minutes and neither of the 2 employees said a word to us. The other customer waiting with us out front said she has had the same experience with the employees.
