A few weeks ago I brought my 2015 BMW 535 Diesel to EuroTech for some service, repairs, and diagnostics. What a wonderful experience we had at EuroTech-Auto Service and Repair. From the minute we arrived we were treated like family but were also impressed with the professionally run operation. Before they start work you are given an estimate for your review and approval. The office/waiting area is very comfortable and was well stocked with snacks and beverages. The receptionist, Aileen, was extremely personable and friendly. Once the service was completed the tech, Samuel, came into the waiting area and went over everything with us. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Got must say that I’m wowed by the level of service provided by Eurotech Auto Service. After reading some of the reviews from other customers I called them and scheduled to have the brakes done on my wife’s Jaguar.I come from the automotive service industry and know the ins and out of this area. Excellent, friendly and professional service! We had an emergency suspension airbag blowout on our Mercedes SUV on our way down from NY. They ordered the parts asap and took the time to show me the failed part before performing any work. I highly recommend them.

I brought my Porsche Panamera to Euro Tech as my AC had stopped working. A complete checkup on my car was done and and the AC needed the compressor replaced. Milko and crew provided me with an estimate and delivered as promised on the repair timeline. The repair was completed on time. The AC works great. A 2 year parts and labor warranty was included with the repair. Euro Tech communicated with me throughout the process and followed up after the completion of the job to insure my satisfaction. I needed a purchase review of a BMW 235M and am not from the area. After speaking with Sam they scheduled me in the morning and promptly reviewed car and sent thorough pictures of concern. I bought the car and drive to Nashville that day. Sam and Aileen were very professional .

At times they could be a bit more proactive in communication, but overall Milko is really good. They never ignore my text or phone call. Honesty and customer happiness is clearly important and thats always a sign of a good business. I would recommend him to my family and friends for sure.

I brought my car here to get the ignition fixed and have an overall diagnoses done to ensure there are no other problems. After the ignition was fixed and I picked up my car, I asked several times if anything aside from the ignition seems to be wrong. He assured me that the rear brakes needed to be replaced but everything else is just fine. I tried to pull away and my car would not start. He decided THEN would be the right time to tell me my battery is also weak, but assured me it’ll be okay for a while longer as long as it doesn’t sit for a long time. I drove about 10 minutes until the battery completed died for good. If he had just been more detailed or honest with me, I could’ve replaced my battery right there and avoided a tow truck and 4 hours of my day wasted to solve the problem myself. Extremely disappointed in my experience.

WARNING! the owner of this business, Milko, has been illegally recording all customer calls secretly without their permission, a felony violation of Florida Statute 934 - Security of Communications; Surveillance.The crooks at Eurotech are everyones worst nightmare mechanic scenario come true. They changed their name from M&S Protech to Eurotech for a reason, probably to escape their previous reputation. The fact that the garage was dead empty with no cars being worked on or waiting to be fixed is the first red flag.I went to pick up my unrepaired car at 1 pm on Friday. The shutters were down, shop was closed, not a soul to be seen. I called him to see when Ill get my car back, I heard restaurant music in the background. He was out to lunch, literally.After I waited outside the shop for an hour, he showed up. On the diagnosis, he was unable to tell me anything more than what I already told him BEFORE I dropped off the car. He simply downloaded the error codes from the cars computer with the OBD2 Scanner app that any kid with a $5 dongle and an android device can do and repeated them back to me. I asked him what other diagnostics tests he ran. He refused to divulge anymore. He claimed he was simply going by the manufacturers repair manual. Meaning he hadnt done any other diagnostics. Evidently he had never done this repair before.His estimate if you can call it that, was a paper with just a few dollar numbers he made up - no details about what the diagnosis was, no description of planned repairs, no part numbers, no part prices, no labor, no warranty, nothing. He didnt even note the odometer reading! Maybe thats how auto repair is done where hes from, but does that allow him to trash US standards and conventions? When I asked him to put those details on paper, he bluntly said no, we dont do that. But his pricing was the same as the BMW Dealers! He was obviously trying to hide the cost of the parts, labor and hidden profits. The incomplete paperwork allowed him to legally put in used parts while charging me for new parts.By this time I was getting nervous about the legitimacy of this business and I declined all repairs. He immediately demanded a hefty diagnostic fee even though he promised a FREE estimate and he hadnt done an indepth diagnostics at all! We got into an argument about what the diagnostics should include, and he turned menacing, and implied that I wont get the car back until I pay up. It was a hostage situation. As soon as he got his money, he threatened to call the police if I didnt leave the shop immediately!

Milko is an honest & trustworthy mechanic. My complete tune up was done with care & concern. Even after having an engine light come on he researched the problem & informed me of the situation so I could make the proper decision. I would recommend him to anyone.

I sent my car because of white smoke coming out of the hood, within hours, to my surprise I received a video of the problem from Milko, engine oil dripping onto the hot exhaust! He started replacing the engine valve gasket and then called me and said the PVC system would need replacement sometime soon and would save me money if replaced while the engine was already open, which I agreed to. I have been impressed by Milko’s careful husbanding of money and resources, not just this time but the previous time I went to him. He is also within a day of his time estimate of the job every time. I have been very satisfied and recommend him wholeheartedly. He is very professional and, unlike many other places gets back to you quickly.

We brought our car to M&S ProTech from another shop who I felt was charging us too much. I am new to the area and needed a reliable shop. Milko looked at every single inch of our car to diagnose what was wrong. He kept us informed on price and time frame the whole time he had it. It ended up needing a new engine which they picked up from Miami for us. When we got it back, it ran like a brand new car! Super impressed with their business practices and customer service. I have 3 BMW diesels that intermittently have been giving me expensive problems to deal with. Once I met Milko, the owner of this shop however, most of my expenses have been cut in half. You can just tell he loves what he does. Ive seen him re-build a totaled car just as a fun side project. The shop itself is spotlessly clean & very friendly. If youre lucky, his golden retriever Dino might be there to keep you company. If you have a high performance car, this is the place to go. To me, it feels like the same if not better quality service as BMW, but at a reasonable price with a very personable mechanic.

I had problems with misfires in my car had to change the spark plugs coils and some injectors. Milko diagnosed all the problems and worked on the car to get it just right. He is really a great mechanic and very knowledgeable. If you have a problem he is the man to do the job. Honesty goes a long way.

The best thing about M&S is that I know my car is in good hands. They take special care, with attention to detail; also they are in constant communication about the progress.

He is very nice, but I question his abilities. Initially, he quoted me a price of 800.00 for a motor for my BMW (without labor), then it turned into 1100.00(without labor). then when I drove an hour to pick up my car I was told that the clutch was about to go out and needed replaced, this should have been discussed when the motor was out to be courteous and save the customer some money and hassle. then on way home I ended out with a service engine light and a really rough ride, I had to pull off the interstate, my car did not want to stay running and I really had to work at getting it to a parking lot off the interstate without breaking down in the middle of the road. I had to pop my hood in the heat of summer in business casual and try to figure out what happened. My intake was not properly installed and he even forgot to reinstall my custom air box that supported the intake (he mailed it to me later). I managed to reattach my intake (burnt my arm in the process) and made it home with no help from M&S. I was never able to get that check engine light to go off. within 3 days my clutch went out completely and I had to have the car towed back to him. I actually had to purchase AAA at this point to cover the costs. the clutch took a long time to get done, he didnt think I provided him with the correct clutch, but I did. He told me he sent my car to the dealer (W/OUT consulting me) to see what the problem was, and there was no problem at all! Eventually he completed the job, but DID NOT take care of the service engine light. About 8 months down the road, my motor began smoking really bad, so bad I thought the car was going to catch on fire. So, towed it to him again. He warranted replacing the valve cover gasket, it was also time for an oil change, which he insisted on doing in order continue the motor warranty. I also asked him to take care of the service engine light as this was a problem stemming from the motor swap. He flat out refused to take care of the service engine light, claiming that my computer was not able to be read by his scanner and it would need to go to the dealer. Since he sent my car there before without telling me, I asked him to please sent it there again and find out what the problem was. once again, he refused and told me to come and get my car. So I called BMW myself only to find out THEY NEVER had my car in their shop, EVER!!! He had completely lied to me from the start! Additionally, I took my car up the road to auto zone and they had no problem reading my code. this tells me he was either unable to fix my car or something very expensive went wrong in the motor swap that he is refusing to fix. I really felt like he was a stand up guy, but I was deceived and wronged. I still have a service engine light on. I would hesitate to trust him in doing more than an oil change. he most certainly does NOT fix problems that BMW has issues figuring out like he told me in our initial conversations. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!RETORT: You wanted to replace unnecessary parts. My husband is a BMW enthusiast and knows exactly what needs to be replaced. I would have to assume you replaced the seal as that definitely should be replaced. That is stupid if you didnt, you simply dont reuse seals. Maybe you should service domestics that any monkey can fix, and if you ever thought I would bring by vehicle back to someone who blatantly lied directly to me then copped an attitude when they REFUSED to fix a problem they created you are out of your mind. I was nothing but kind and understanding and you eventually showed your ugly head by telling me my DME was damaged. Here is a quote directly from your text to me. If some wiring was mistakenly pinched or damaged during the motor swap, causing dme issues, this is you responsibility so if he damages your vehicle YOU are responsible for it. But this wasnt even the issue because there is absolutely nothing wrong with my DME. only the lying mechanic who didnt want to take the time to find and fix the actual problem as it was beyond his scope of practice.

We purchased a 1998 BMW Z3. We wanted someone to look it over mechanically. We found M&S ProTech on line. We contacted them and told them we are only there for a short period of time, they fit us into the schedule. They called us the same day to tell us what they found. They where very good about trying to do the repairs correctly and with minimal financial impact. We got the car back and it drives like it was new. I have been bringing my cars to M&S for close to 5 years now. Milko has always gone above and beyond to help on sometimes very tight schedules, which isnt always easy when dealing with Porsche parts. But hes always come through with great prices and phenomenal service. Hes a different breed of mechanic: one who truly stands behind his morals and ethical values and always delivers with honesty, integrity, pride and value and treats each of his clients with the personal touch of a friend more than a service provider. I dont typically leave reviews as I prefer word of mouth recommendations. But this is one instance that I feel genuinely deserves all the praise possible. I never look forward to having to take a vehicle to the mechanic, but at least with M&S, I know its in the very best of hands.

Dealer said I need a tuneup but his price was very high. I found Milko on yelp and got a quote. He detailed explained to me what it is a tuneup. I am very happy with the job, the price and the customer service. One special thing that I liked is that he documented the repair process and he sends you the pictures and the used parts after the work is done.

Milko did a great job fixing my A/C on my Porsche Panamera. He is very professional explaining the issues on your vehicle and gives you few solutions to it. I highly recommend him.

I needed work on my vehicles after I moved to SWFL a couple months ago. I was experiencing problems with my transmission on my ODYSSEY.  Milko replaced the transmission valve body, added fluid and replaced the trans oil pan gasket. He even looked at all my fluids to make sure they were topped off.  Very knowledgeable, honest and prices are fair! STOP wasting your money on dealerships and give him a call to set up an appointment with him!

When you bring your car to M&S let me assure you that youll never be scammed for unneeded repairs or jacked up prices. Milcos integrity is beyond reproach and I absolutely love my mechanic. Besides the man that does electrical work at the BMW repair shop, Milco is the only other person locally that can fix your BMWs electrical problems. Please dont get this shop mixed up with the other one with the same name in Fort Myers. This shop is on Drew Circle and the owner is Milco.I just had my Totyota Highlander fixed by Milco in his new shop, and as always. You could eat off of the floor of his shop, and Milco wears gloves while working on your auto, and youll never have your auto returned with grease of any kind on the inside or out.He had so many things to fix including a new oil gasket where anyone else would have charged close to $2K, not Milco always reasonable and honest.

Milko fixed the transmission on my 2014 Mercedes c250. I went to a dealer with a transmission issue, they quoted a price of 3.5K to replace the valtronic circuit board. I took it to Milko and he easily diagnosed the problem, he said he was familiar with that issue and a speed sensor replacement in the circuit board would fix the problem. I trust him and I recommend his services. He will offer you alternative solutions for affordable prices.

I had a ABS, brake and other lights on my bmw. The dealer wanted 4.5K to replace the ABS module; so, I researched for a bmw specialist and I found Milko on yelp. He was very professional and outstanding with the options he offered me to fix the issue. He rebuilt the ABS module and gave me 1 year of warranty for a fraction of the dealers price. I highly recommend Milko, if you are lucky enough to have him working on your car, you will get excellent service, a lot of knowledge, quick fix, and warranty for a good price.

M&S ProTech of Naples, FL lives up to its business motto: “Trust, Protection, Value.” Milko is very knowledgeable, courteous and honest... … a true gentleman. His prices are very fair. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem of the faulty A/C on my 2006 BMW ci330c, repaired it on the spot, and had me on my way within one hour. By his own admission, Milko is selective about the customers and auto issues he takes on. If he services your auto, count yourself very fortunate. You will be impressed as I was.

This is the second time I have taken my car to EuroTech. I urgently needed to remove a large can of oil that I had and change the transmission sensor. I took the car at 9am, they gave me a vehicle to be able to move to my work. Already at 3 in the afternoon they were calling me to tell me that the BMW was ready.
