After waiting an hour for an exhaust service. We were told that since we are close to closing time. That they were going to charge us more money based on the time of day.If you can’t complete a service due to closing. Tell the person to come back at another time not tell the customer that you are purposely overcharging them in a rude and demeaning tone because they wanted to go home.Would give ZERO stars if at all possible. Be smart with your money and most of all your time!!! Find a reputable place to have your work done.

I found out that my brake lights weren’t working. So I swapped out some bulbs and they still didn’t work. Apparently if you own a 20005 Toyota Sienna, all the brake lights are chained together so if one of them goes out, they all stop working. They found the bad bulb and replaced it. Seems like a very dangerous design flaw as I may have driven across the country with no brake lights. They only charged for the bulbs and a little labor and didn’t try to get me to fix anything unnecessary. I think I have found a trustworthy auto repair shop in my new home town. I will be bringing both my vehicles here from now on.

HOWEVER!! MY mothers car was returned back to her with a few signal lights that she did not give them the car with. They want her to bring back for a whole other day. She will be taking her car vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. She paid over $1,300.00 just to be sadly disservice.

Thought we had good service until a couple of days after fixing the brakes the car was sounding worse than it did before and then while I was waiting to take it back into the shop that day something broke on it that they had fixed earlier and had to have it towed there. They said oh were sorry one of the bolts that we put in broke but we fixed it and youre all good now. Almost immediately it started making a terrible rubbing sound and come to find out when the bolt had broken it had bent a piece around the brakes and they didnt bother to straighten that out so I had to pay someone else to come and take care of the damage they caused. I definitely would not recommend this place unless you have a lot of money you want to get rid of and to be able to take your car back multiple times.

Went in for an oil change and asked for my ac vent to be changed. Guy came out and told me I had 1400 dollars worth of repairs that needed work. He was so busy trying to upsell me that he forgot to fix my filter on the ac. I said you are joking about this estimate ,he said it is a diagnostic. What a moron!!!! I paid 35 for oil change and left. Nice try you hillbilly

On 4/16/21 I called for an estimate on a fender liner repair. The guy said he doesnt have anyone to do fender liners. I didnt believe him. I asked again. He said he had a line full of customers. Then he got off the phone. I called back. I said I want to be your customer. I want to get something fixed on my car. The next guy laughed at me. I asked whats so funny? He said its nothing funny about that. I said I just want to be your customer. He said you can take your business elsewhere. Thats horrible customer service. And thats bad for your business too, to turn away customers. I would not recommend this place.

I specifically told them that I had my own mechanic but he was 3 days out. I needed someone to do my car asap. They told me that he would get it started asap. Which that was a lie because he didnt start on it till he was done with his cars, I told him why didnt he tell me that. I had things to do thats why I wanted it done asap. Long story short. They bent my rim and they went on more then just a test drive plus they never called me back. I had to come over and my car was just sitting there. After he got his money which they charged me 1700 just for that when they gave me an estimate of 1500. Worst experience Ive had and Ive been to a couple of shops. I just felt like they werent handling me with care. Cause I had to keep calling in just to find out what was going on. Never again will I come here or recommend.

Excellent service. I always use meineke for my service in my home town of New Hampshire. I brought my Ram in for an oil change and check my transmission fluid as I was about to haul my camper 1300 miles back to my home state. After a prompt oil change and a check of all my fluids I had the piece of mind knowing the trip home would fine. Thank you the service! Absolutely recommend for all your car repairs.

I brought my own flex pipe with me for them to install (along with another box in the trunk that I planned on returning to the store due to incompatibility). We physically pointed out which one to use and which one NOT to touch beforehand, intentionally putting the correct one on top to avoid any confusion. So not sure where the communication breakdown occurred but for whatever reason both boxes were completely and unnecessarily destroyed (it was already wide open to begin with...) And one of the mechanics came to let us know that one of them was not the correct part as we had already established. That just had me question their sensibility and reliability..Otherwise, they did a great job with welding and installing the *correct* part, and the guy inside was very down to earth and accommodating while we waited. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the boneheadedness in the garage.

First time I came in for an oil change and to get my a/c looked at since it was making a noise and not cooling properly. Workers were nice and said they would call me with the quote since I had to return to work. Missed a call from them and they went ahead on “fixing” the a/c. When I finally gave them a call back they said my car was ready and it was just acorns causing the noise and lack of cool air. I was charged $300 something for “acorns”. $90 charge just for labor. CRAZY. When I picked up my car as I was driving home there was still a noise . I called them back immediately and Don asked if it was blowing cold air and at the time it was. He said give a day and call back if it’s still a problem. The next day I called back because the sound was still there and now it was blowing hot air. I brought the car back to the shop. Second time they said I had a leak and will need to replace a part. I dropped my car off on a Friday and didn’t get it back till Monday. My bf had picked the car up so when I finally drove my car late Monday there was still a sound and my a/c not getting cold. This is so frustrating because I’m $500+ in the hole just to still have the same problem. Super annoyed and now I have to find another place to look at my car so they don’t charge me another arm to fake fix the problem. Highly annoyed!!!!!

I went in because my muffler blew out the side I asked him when I went in to check to see if my Cadillac converter was stopped up I sat there and waited for about an hour and it came back out it said that its just the muffler that it wasnt the Cadillac converter so I said fine sold me was going to cost $250 so I did it I drive for a couple of days and boom it does it again close out another hole at the back end of the my new muffler took it to another shop and they tell me my Cadillac converter stopped up why cant I just get an honest answer from somebody lately so taking him back today hopefully everything will work out we shall see

He took time to accurately look up what it would take for extensive brake service on my 2012 Smart car with 95k miles. He even offered to order the parts ahead of time so that I would not be wasting my time when I got there. This shop cheated me out of $43.98 on a wiper blade scam. They changed my wiper blades without permission. I came early and paid for the service and left my vehicle to pick up later, I did notice on my invoice they charged me for the new blades so I call David Schall and he told me he found my original Honda blades and put them back on my car when I went there today they claim they never changed back by wiper blades and showed me some other blades and claimed they were mine, which there were not. I have owned this car for 14 years and I know what original Honda blades look like! They refused to credit me.. this is a total scam... do not go to this shop‼️

Great experience. Sometimes I worry with a large company if they are going to take advantage of you. The staff and mechanic were honest, professional and very upfront. They found my problem, fixed it right and didn’t try to add anything else. Will definitely be back. I definitely recommend them. I wasn’t disappointed

Absolutely amazing! Went to dealership prior to coming to them when my window broke. I needed it fixed quickly dealership quoted a ridiculous estimate and then said they could possibly do today or tomorrow. Went to Meineke not only done in 2 hours was able to get me a great price (a third of the dealership quote). Honest and trustworthy people definitely recommend them!

Great experience at this place. Arrived for a morning appointment at 7:30, was called around 8 with an estimate for my brake job and the work was completed by 10. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else

Ive had multiple cars worked on here and i love these guys! Not once have they ever tried to sell me stuff i didnt need or over charge me. When i bought a Volvo at a dealership, one of them spent over an hour on the phone with me as i fought with the dealership because they were trying to screw me over. I trust these guys 100%! Repairs have always been great with no issues. Wont take my cars anywhere else!
