I would like to personally say Thank You to Vinny and all the guys at Auto 1 Plaza for taking care of all of my familys needs when it comes to diagnosing and completing the auto repairs. My wife and I, as well as my sister and all of my adult kids have visited Auto 1 with car issues of all kinds and these guys are the BEST. They are always ready and waiting when we get there to help figure out what is wrong and they always give us a fair and honest price. Perfect place, i come her often to get my cars tinted. Max is the best, the atmosphere in this place is nice too. A1 did an excellent job striping my van. 20 year old vehicle with low mileage that I love. Took it there after some body and paint work for removal of old stripes and replace with new ones. We gave a basic idea of what we wanted and Matt took it to another level. Outstanding results that really showed his experience and artistry . Could not be happier! I will definitely be back! I first went to Auto 1 Plaza Fort Myers Florida on the recommendation of my nephew - the large propane supplier he worked for depends on this company for all their truck service.Ive stayed with Vinnie, Luch and the crew because of the way Im treated - theyre honest even when they could have gotten away with charging for unnecessary work, they prioritize emergencies and generally make me glad to have found them.

For about two weeks I was having issues with my car. I dont trust many people to fix it but Id say these people made me feel really comfortable and were very understanding and patient with me. Definitely will continue to go there. Recommend anyone to them :)

Excellent experience. My car was towed here after it broke down on a road trip to Key West. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and stress free. I absolutely recommend.

Though I blew up my transmission and instead it was just a line. They replaced it and I was on my way.

Went in to inquire about tint and guy at the desk was on a personal phone call,he did acknowledge me and said he would be with me in a minute. No problem so I sit down and wait. Ten minutes pass by and 3 different guys walk in. He finishes his call and takes care of each person. After finishing with the second guy I became upset and just left. Customer service is very important and you shouldnt pick and choose who to give it to. I decided to take my money elsewhere.

Super Thankful to all the guys here at Auto One Plaza! They put me in an Amazing vehicle and made sure it was running great too. Most mechanic shops want to charge you an arm and a leg to fix your car and nine times out of ten you end up bringing your car back or having more problems after its fixed. Dont change breaks in here. They installed the most cheapest breaks for $20 and charged me $100 for that.

They are scam artists and dont do the job they charge you for .they quoted a price to us for tires then when we were ready to pay they gouged us $200.00 more for labor.
