The people at BC Automotive were very professional and very informative on the problems on my car. They were able to get the parts and do the work on the car in a reasonable amount of time as they said. They even went above and beyond giving me a ride home when the car was not finished due to a part not fitting properly and I didn’t have a back up ride.They’re pricing was fair and I would definitely use them again.

The cost of customer credit card use is to be figured into the cost of services rendered. Admirable, deducting 4% for cash sales, SHAMEFUL for adding 4% to the cost of services rendered.

I broke down on the highway during my move to fort myers on a saturday. they were the only ones i could find on google maps that were open. george told me to have the car towed to the shop and leave the key in the slot. over the next couple days i got bad news of an engine block cracked. george shopped around and quoted me a fix but getting it towed to a scrap yard was a no brainer. i apologized to BC auto for having my car take up a spot in their lot without spending money with them, but they were empathetic to my situation and said no worries. they never tried to fake fix something, and were very friendly the entire time. i will take my new car straight to these honest gents anytime. thank you for helping me through a tough situation BC!

I recently took my 2012 Ford Edge to a different dealer and was told I had 3 major issues with my car costing $2,900 not including the $300 diagnostic fee they charged me. After speaking to some family members and being referred to BC Automotive, I took my vehicle to them for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. They found out that only 1 of the issues needed to be replaced and saved me almost $2,500. They were very friendly, very informative, and very quick with their diagnosis and repair. I will be going to BC Automotive with any car troubles I have and will definitely be sending others to them!

Absolute rip off! Get any diagnosis or repair quote on paper before you leave your car with them. The lady on call stated theyd check our car without any fee but charged us a whopping $75 for diagnosis. I understand no service is ever free but I expect honesty and upfront pricing.

I brought my 2004 Nissan pathfinder in for repair. I was told by two other repairs shops that i needed a new steering rack to the tune of 1200-1800 dollars. BC automotive was able to repair what i had without replacement for 130 dollars. This shop has an honest owner and trustworthy mechanics. All of my future repairs will be done here.

A good friend suggested this company, and we are so glad he did! we are a small local company, we have one box truck that we use for business, it had been at another automotive company and still wasnt running properly, BC Automotive brought our vehicle in without an appointment and in less than a week they had us out of the door and back in business. The price was affordable and the work impeccable, these are the only mechanics we use! This company told the truth gave us an affordable price and fixed the problem thats what I came there for and this is why Im coming back!

Called twice no answer and voicemail was full when the man called me back he was very rude when I told him his price was higher then usual places he responded “then go somewhere else and hung up on me” very unprofessional and I disgusting behaviorthe company I work for uses him and that’s why I called for my personal vehicle but I will be talking to the owner today to push for another company to work with.The right thing to do is to explain why he is higher or work with me ,For a business to make $30 less is better then zero.There’s enough nastiness in the world.

These people are cheats. I needed a ignition coil change and the guy priced me for $700 to change all 4 coils and said some rubbish about Nissan ignition coils being expensive and hes only going to change me $150 for labor and also that it takes an hour to change the coils. Well that all was a lie. The coils sell for $200 for 4 and it only took me 20 mins to change it myself. My car is working fine now and I am glad I didnt waste my money at this place with its rude employees.

I had an annoying problem with my S-type Jaguar. It would shut down in traffic and was difficult to restart. Brenden at BC Automotive was great, even though the codes were confusing. He patiently worked through the problem, even bringing in someone with access to the Jaguar codes. The problem has now been fixed and my car is running great again. The parts/repair charges were very fair. I can highly recommend Brenden and BC Automotive. He is a professional and will treat and charge you fairly.

Brendan and staff are highly competent and caring people who also have high ethical standards. They are well worth considering any time one has an issue with a vehicle.
