What an effortless experience. We were leaving town for a few weeks the day after I contacted Collision Clinic. I thought I would just have to deal with it when we got back, but Kenneth suggested towing it to CC that same afternoon. He even offered his truck for the tow (for free). I arranged the tow through Geico that afternoon. The work was pretty much done when we got back. The work was excellent and Kenneth worked smoothly with Geico. Like I said, EFFORTLESS. Strongly recommend.

After some very poor customer service at Auto Collision at Toyota I decided to seek out another option. My Subaru dealer recommended Collision Clinic and I am super pleased with their recommendation. Very professional, courteous and went above and beyond on a special request. Hopefully I wont need a body shop again but if I do I know where Ill be going. I would much rather support the small businesses anyway. Oh, and it was nearly $200 cheaper than the other guys. Thanks for doing things right!

The guys at Collision Clinic are the best in the area if you need someone to get your ride fixed right. After getting some damage to my vehicle, I was able to set up everything with them to repair my truck.My initial estimate through the insurance company was a little conservative so Ken worked with them directly to get the repair done properly with the right parts.Once that was squared away, Brad got the parts ordered and delivered quickly so the shop can do what they do best and get the repair done.The body work that was done was top notch and the final finish and paint work by Tom would make it hard for an experienced body guy to spot the repair.Upon pick up the truck was detailed and all the work was explained and reviewed.After any type of accident the last thing you want is to have to deal with what do you do next, the guys at Collision Clinic take care of it all and then some. Great job by all!

Great experience!! I had an issue with my paint from the manufacturer on my GMC Yukon and was able to have it repainted under the warranty. Very professional and knowledgeable and if they didn’t have the answer they were sure to talk to the people who did. Kenny was very helpful up front and Tom does a great job with the paint. I will be sending all of my friends to them for any body work.

They completed my repair in a very timely manner, the estimate was fair, the staff were all extremely courteous and professional, and best of all my car looked great. I can’t say enough about Kenneth and his entire team. Extremely professional, very communicative and informative. I came in with a bad rear end accident, Kenneth not only took the time to explain how they were going to do the repairs, he took numerous phone calls from me and was always happy to explain what they were doing and what the next steps would be. When I picked the car up, it was clean and ready to roll. Kenneth made sure I gave it a good look over and that I was happy with how everything came out. Once I got home, I did have a tail light out, but as soon as I called them they had me bring it right back in. It was just a burnt out tail light, but they took care of it anyhow. Would recommend them to EVERYONE and ANYONE without hesitation! Thank you Kenneth for making a stressful situation as easy as possible!

Took vehicle after I was rear-ended. You can tell that they did not look at the ENTIRE vehicle because there are broken parts inside the vehicle caused by the accident. Now there is a significant road noise (only after repair) and shop told me it was something they would have to take my word for. They repaired my lift gate and now, the road noise is so loud, it sounds like we are driving with the windows down ---loud af. And now they suggest that I take my vehicle to Honda to see if something is missing. Disappointed with service and they were also not very willing to relook at vehicle. Disappointed after spending 2600 here. And they had my vehicle for a total of 3 weeks for a subpar job.

Dropped off some car parts that needed to be painted. Kenneth and his team had them perfect and ready to go the next day. Professional and quality service.

THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I am a very demanding customer and have very high standards and expectations. I know this and try hard to not be mean or difficult when I am having service done. I also rarely leave reviews because they are not always accurate. But in this case I can not recommend this group of guys enough and praise their work and work ethic enough. They under promise and OVER DELIVER what they say they are going to do. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into repairing my car to new condition, and I mean NEW CONDITION! Great work at a great price. Collision Clinic was able to beat the price of some of the more reputable shops in the area. Was skeptical at first because of how new the shop is, but when I came in to get an estimate I knew I was going to get my vehicle worked on here. Kept me up to date through the whole process and gave me various options for my repair. Cant recommend them enough, car looks brand new again!

Had a really nasty scratch all down the left hand side of my truck. Unable to simply touch it up due to the heavy metallic paint, Collision Clinic had to basically repaint the entire side of my truck. Needless to say, I was worried. But after talking with Brad, he not only instilled confidence about the job, but made the whole process very easy. They came and picked up my truck, and then delivered it back to me only 4 days later. Upon delivery, Brad then walked me through the repairs and together we inspected their work. 5 stars all the way! Not only exceptional service, but the quality of work performed is second to none! I would highly recommend Collision Clinic!
