Blew a water hose on engine and they sent a service truck right out and sent a guy to greely to get the hose and got me back on the road.±++++++

They missed the problem all together. I had a broken spring on the rear axle. They wanted to bill out over$$5300.00 for a bunch of stuff not needed. They charged me for work I didnt agree to. Then wrote a statement on the bill saying I didnt want to pay. But I did!!! I took the truck to another place. Bought the parts myself. BTW Mike said it would void the warranty and hed raise the labor rate if I supplied parts. Funny thing was the International dealer didnt even sell the bushings for the back torque rods so they were an aftermarket part any way. My fix included brakes on the back, new radiator hose, new hose for the steering pump the inspection and a few lights replaced. Saved over $3800.00 Better double check these guys, theyre only human just like me. They charged me for a clutch adjustment, the estimate and the inspection which was bull.

Truck was shut down by the CO DOT at the scale for a leaky wheel seal. This shop came and gave me an escort to their facility so I was able to avoid a tow bill. I decided on new breaks for my steers and they sent a guy after hours to Denver to get factory drums from kenworth due to gap issues with aftermarket drums. They went above and beyond expectations and got me back on the road as fast as possible. Total bill was probably less than the tow bill would’ve been. They had to sign my fix it ticket before I could leave and could’ve put the boots to me before signing my ticket butt instead were fair and helped me out quite a bit. Friendly helpful and professional.

Just after leaving for a trip across the country I noticed my air conditioning stopped working. In mid July. In Colorado.Luckily, Slick Spot was willing to see me without an appointment. These great people got my truck in on very short notice. Had the problem fixed and me back on the road in record time. Could ask for anything more. If I’m ever in the area and need help again, they will be the place I call.

Cheap and unprofessional.Came there with 5 mph derate - they were doing diagnostic for 2,5 hrs just to get codes, and then asked for another 5 hrs of diagnostics.All right, not wanna do anything here, asked to park a truck for a weekend, cause can’t go anywhere with that derate - 50 bucks a day was the price, just used my poor situation.Not recommend to anybody.

They were fast attentive and had me in and out in no time. Their rates are one of the most reasonable in town!!! About the only place Ill go thats a non-dealership.

Wicked storm rolled in on Christmas day and left us with a flat tire the day after. Only shop in town to even answer their phone. We aired up, loaded up the portable compressor and extra warm clothes. Owner called back and said he had guys at the shop, though they were not open, encouraged us to go there. Fortunately we did, having a razor blade in our tire and prepared to drive 100 miles back to Denver. I believe we paid double, given the holiday, worth every penny and more. 3 generations of their family helped keep my family safe. God bless!

I was in a bind on my roadtrip, and these guys were one of the only places open on a Saturday. I managed to barely get there, but when I did they helped me quick. Thankfully it was just a radiator cap not holding a seal, but they seemed determined to help me out even if it was more. Friendly, respectful staff. Big fan.

The gentleman that help our family out did an excellent job providing the service we needed to get back on the road after a tire blowout on our camper trailer. Not only did he get the spare on right away, but after I let him know I was concerned about the other tires on the trailer he offered to open up the shop on a Saturday evening and change the remaining old tires. I could not have asked for better service.

Needed my trailer brakes worked on. Very frustrated that the first option they have me was to replace my my axles for 7000 $. Then later called back and said that we could get parts to fix them but they were 3 weeks out. They should of lead with the cheaper option. All in all paid them 350 $ to take a wheel hub and brake assembly apart and put it back together. Guess i should of fixed it myself.

Great customer service and such a timely matter

I would give a zero star rating but 1 star is sadly the lowest I can put! I had originally taken a Ford F350 in for an alignment after I had the front end mostly rebuilt by a Ford Master Technician. The Ford tech had replaced only what was necessary to get the truck back to a properly functioning condition. He warrantied everything he did and even assured me that if anything he did not replace had failed that he would replace it under warranty. The Ford tech had replaced the following:Passenger lower ball jointPassenger axle sealsDrag linkSteering stabilizer shockPassenger inner axle sealFront shocksThis was all that the truck needed other than an alignment. The Ford Master Technician was unable to align my truck due to the truck being over 10,000lbs. This is when it was taken to Slick Spot.When the truck was taken in for an alignment I received a call from slick spot saying they were unable to align my truck due to the driver side upper ball joint being extremely worn out ( which it was not, I know for sure ) and they continued to explain how they could not align the truck until they replaced the upper ball joint. Upon further inspection they also said they needed to change out:Driver side inner axle sealDriver side outer axle sealDriver side upper ball jointDriver side lower ball jointDriver side axle u jointPlus an alignmentI told them whatever just do it. I needed my truck back and they were already tearing into the truck.All of the above listed parts were installed and just under $700 later I get my truck back. After picking my truck up the steering felt kind of odd. If I steered just barely off of center and then back to center the steering would stick and continue driving that direction instead of going straight. I thought hmmmmm maybe it just needs driven a little bit to loosen up because it has all brand new parts. I was wrong it was so tight I had to pull over and leave the truck on the side of the road after only driving 100 miles because the steering was sticking so bad I had to constantly turn left to right to just keep the truck going straight.After leaving the truck on the side of the road I had called slick spot and talked to the lead tech/ manager and he told me the power steering pump had a leak and was probably going out thats why it was sticking. So I crawled under the truck, and found no leaks on the PS pump or steering box and the power steering reservoir was right under the max mark on the reservoir.So I loaded the truck on a trailer drove it 100 miles back to slick spot and had a technician go with me and drive the truck to get an idea on what they thought it was. After we got back to the shop the tech lifted the truck in the air and found that the driver upper ball joint was binding because it was tightened down so much on the drag link that it caused the steering to stick.They said they would fix it and they would let me Know when to come get it. I stepped out from the service desk to call for a ride and the lead tech/ manager guy was yelling and the service writer lady and other gentleman because they were telling me too much information and it was going to throw their tech under the bus and theyd have to eat the bill! Then the tech/manager guy saw I was standing there listening and he started rambling and studdering about something else to cover himself and walked off like he wasnt being shady about something.I leave and get a call shortly after saying the passenger side ball joints and axle seal were bad along with the passenger axle u joint needing replaced, and that was why it was acting up. This is just a few hours after being told directly from the tech that it was the driver side upper ball joint causing the issue and I even watched him messing with the driver side and not the passenger side that had zero issue.So long story short they charged me $1650 to align a truck after a bunch of unnecessary parts and negligence. The lead/manager guy is extremely ignorant and rude to his employees and absolutely screws people over. Not happy at all!!!

These guys know all equipment and engines! Having car problems while traveling for days is a problem. The guys checked it out, fixed it and told us what we would have to have done when we get home. What a relief. Hardly delayed us at all. Trustworthy and reasonable.

Got two steer tires they were bad an when came back to get warranty they tried to blame it on my truck instead of standing behind there product

Went in for an alignment of our RV. called in advance making the appointment and to be sure they could handle our 30 foot rv. The day of the appointment dropped it off and was called a few hours later being told we cant fit your RV on the alignment rack. Grrr. I even heard one guy being told that it would have to be done on the floor it is too big for the rack but apparently it was too big to do in the garage that was the size of a walmart. Was not happy at all here the are other issues but the manager handled them fast so I wont list them here
