After taking my vehicle to another local business and their lack of service, I contacted Concept Auto Body and they got my car in right away. They fixed my sunroof and had the job done just as we had discussed and in no time at all. The cost was more than reasonable. The customer service was excellent, much different than the other business I had originally reached out to. I have used them in the past as well and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Concept Auto Body. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at Concept Auto Body. Tom and Sheila (the owners) were both so helpful in the process of having my car repaired. They even drove from their shop to the Hertz location to pick up a rental car. They also kept me up to date on my repair and were very professional. My car came out looking like new and I would recommend them to anyone! You can definitely tell they take pride in their work!

They did a great job of making the experience of having my car repaired painless. They handled everything with the insurance company which decreased the stress for me. Tom did excellent work with great attention to detail and made sure everything was done with the highest quality; no shortcuts. I felt like I could trust him and my car came out looking fabulous!
