My car had stalled at Auto Zone in town. I have years of auto mechanics knowledge and come from a family of mechanics. I would turn the key to the on position and hear the fuel pump prime among other things.I paid $75 do have my vehicle towed .03 miles to A-Lust Automotive. They were able to get me right in. They banged on my gas tank and she started right up. Diagnosis was Fuel pump working intermittently. They changed out the fuel pump and used the old fuel pump gasket. Now as you can see below I have gas leaking into my car due to a bad or kinked fuel pump gasket due to using the original gasket and codes being thrown that were not previously a problem. Got about 10 mikes down the interstate and my car’s check engine light turned on snd she went into limp mode. Not to mention I had two kids in the car with me. I took it in the next week and they claimed to have pressure tested the fuel system and cleared it all looked good. They cleared the codes snd sent me on my way.Well as you can see I still have fuel leaking. My fuel pump is a drop in one that is located under the rear passenger seat. Nothing to complicated to get to.So for them to diagnose and install a new drop in fuel pump I was charged $838.01 Ridiculous!!!!!You can see the invoice below.

I was in from out of town and had some issues. They were very upfront about charging an elevated hourly rate (for rush service) and the total price still seemed fair to me. All total, they had me back on the road within a few hours, and i would definitely return if needed. A list gets an a plus

Great customer service, very nice and can take a few jokes. Very satisfied with their speed of service, we pulled into the parking lot, explained the situation and they took the keys and pulled the vehicle in right away and had us in and out back on the road in about 35 minutes possibly less than that. Highly recommend this location.

Great service today! My 19 yo son got a nail in the tire on day 2 of a long cross-country trip to Utah. I saw A LIST had good reviews and sent him there first thing. They repaired it for under $20 and had him on his way 30 mins later! As a father with a young son on the road, it means a lot to find an honest business that didnt try to take advantage of him. If I could have given them no stars I would have. Went in to have a fused changed for my wipers and two blinker bulbs replaced. They told me they would have to do two different tests that would cost about 200 dollars and then they could let me know what was wrong with it even though I told them I just wanted the blown fuse replaced with a new one and the burnt out blinker bulbs replaced. So I told them to forget and bring my truck around and they did. Had a friend of mine take a look took him 3 mins to replace the wiper fuse and Im gonna have him change out my blinker bulbs. They charged me 35 to try and greatly overcharge me for an all too simple fix. Very disappointed in these people.

The people at A1 are good people. We had tire issues so the tow truck driver from A and R Kenneth, brought us to A1 to purchase a new tire. Unfortunately no one on the area had this tire so they had to order one from Denver. Being without a car, the folks at A1 drove us to a hotel where we spent the night. The work was performed expeditiously and A1 picked us up from the hotel to pick up our car. I would give these people the highest marks for honesty, workmanship and compassion for their fellow man. Traits which this country could use more of!!!!!!!!

Horrible place to go to! Went in for a simple alignment for my Jeep. They messed up my car and 500 dollars later I got it fixed somewhere else!!! And they didn’t want to take any responsibility for their actions!!! I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option!!!!!l

Saved us a lot of $! Our 4x4 was not working and I thought it was the transfer case. Turns out it was actuators and wheel hubs. They were honest with me and being from out of town it really ment a lot to not be taken advantage of especially being a female. Highly recommend these guys!Thank you!

I went in about a month ago for a second opinion on my brakes. Everyone at A-List Automotive was extremely nice, knowledgable, and transparent with what needed to be done. A-List worked with my schedule and got my Jeep back to me within 24 hours. The staff here are both knowledgeable and friendly. I had nothing but positive encounters with all the employees here. With both my pre-buy inspection as well as having new tires put on and all new brakes installed. It was done in a timely manner and for a fair price. They even went as far as to come in on a day they are usually closed, to meet me and help take car of my cars needs.This made the whole stressful situation of buying a car out of town, much easier. We were passing through on our way home to Indiana when we had a blowout on our camper tire, the 3rd blowout on this trip! Jeff made some calls and was able to get us much better replacement tires for the camper. He let us store the trailer in his lot overnight and had us on the road by 10:00 the next morning. I really cant thank him enough for his kindness and efforts to help get us rolling again.

My car was experiencing problems and had 2 warning lights on including check engine. I had never been to A List, but didnt think this was a major problem so I thought I would give them a try. They hooked my car to the code reader to diagnose the problem. Based on their diagnosis, A List recommended replacing a part. The part was replaced & I thought the car was fixed.Next day I was driving to Nederland when my car started experiencing the same problems. I had to turn around & come back & came back by A List to show them problem not fixed. Their mechanic was not there that day so I had to bring it in following day. The mechanic was unable to diagnose what was was causing the problem. When I asked if the part replaced was actually ok & replaced in error, he shrugged his shoulders & said he didnt know. The next day I took to the dealer & they quickly diagnosed the problem.From where I sit, I paid $231.81 for an unnecessary repair & was told they could not accurately diagnose or fix my car. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable repair shop. Unless you have something simple like an oil change, I would steer clear of this place.1/3/2020 Update. Owner got in touch with me & offered to reimburse me for everything except the $35 diagnostic fee. I thought this was fair & accepted the offer.

Overall the experience was very good. It was apparent this is a family owned business. Each of who are striving to understand the needs of their customer base having a desire to improve the business model and increase profitability to effect the bottom line and improve the customer experience a to grow their customer base. Hats off to the leadership, your efforts and action come through in a positive way.While my experience was very good at the service level, the bottom line price was higher than expected. I came in with a coupon for an oil change for $35 my bill was about $60. A $27 charge for a full and detailed multi point inspection which was added without me knowing it was being done. A service I didn’t ask for. I paid it though without hesitation because the outcome of the inspection was quite detailed and specifically identified work that was needed. Further showing what was needed now and what would be consider preventative. What could be done later. I was initially shocked when I saw the bill but again had no issues because the value I received from the I formation provided outweighed the cost significantly. The costs for the proposed work were in line with industry averages.Perception:As a first time customer I found it hard to find the place. While the company logo is attractive and creative. It is also very hard to see on the signage they use. I would recommend either signage be enlarged so it can be more easily seen or the logo be more simplified to show the services performed and the company name.The premise was very clean and professionally laid out. Coffee and water is provided while guests waitEd which was great. Friendly conversation was engaged with customers while they waited. The space available for the point of sale interactions i.e. is very large and spacious. Almost to a point where it seemed to have too much space, it appears a bit empty. My observations while waiting was the the waiting area could be better optimized adding simple things like a tv and perhaps some comfortable couches or sitting chairs. Adding device charging stations to a waiting area would set them apart from local competition.With the extra space available I feel they could better promote the services they perform with mark up displays of products they sell such as tires, struts, brake parts etc.The bike repair business is clearly a vertical services concept they are building which is fine. This spacious area should have a customer counter of its own and the work area behind it should be better organized. I.e. fixed bike stand stations and parts shelving organized to reflect what you would see in a typical bike shop. An over the counter bike accessories rack could be added to sell basic things like lights, tubes and other Misc. Parts. People often investing in getting their bike fixed are more likely to buy additional products they need.My overall rating:4 stars.
