I had my 2018 Ram repaired there this year and then traded it with a dealer. They could not find where the repair was, I had a great experience with Ruiz Autobody and will use them again in the future.

Ruiz did a great job when I needed a quote, they literally had me a quote written up in an hour after getting my truck there. Where I first went wrong was having my insurance company send them payment in full before they were finished with my truck. At first they told me it was going to take 2 weeks to finish repairing the damage and 2 weeks turned into 6-7 weeks really fast. They used every excuse in the book for why my truck was not finished. They said the radiator was on back order 4-5 weeks ago which is 100% a lie, I drive a popular truck and there is a dealership that sells the brand truck I drive in town. Then they said the fender was on back order 2 weeks ago and now they are still saying they don’t have all the parts. Which tells me that they just have not been working on it since they have already received payment. They guaranteed me that the truck would be done on a Tuesday which it is now Tuesday and they ask me if they could pay for my rental car for a few more days. Which is nice of them admitting fault I guess but if I had it all to do over again I would have used someone else.
