The manager at this branch (Kat) should be fired! Last time I checked, a customer’s experience should be the core focus of any business. Speaking to customers in a derogatory or demeaning manner is completely unacceptable and she should be removed from this location. I reluctantly use this location for both my personal and business needs and this was not the first time I had an issue with this particular manager, but I can guarantee you this will be the last time I will ever use FedEx services. I have spent thousands of dollars on shipping at this location and you have now officially lost a customer! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Thankfully there are other providers to choose from, UPS is right next door!

One of the best shipping service center in the area? No probably in the entire county. Tia was super awesome to help me as my service was needing some back and forth with printing, return label, copying and finally sending it out. If you guys are coming to this center, ask for Tia and she will get your work done. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place with 6 ⭐.

Was trying to drop off PPE gear for doctors and nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic and the manager named Miguel, who clearly does not care or respect FedEx customers, told me to go elsewhere because the boxes were tightly wrapped in plastic wrap. Zero flexibility and understanding during these unprecedented times. Thank God UPS is a couple of stores down. They’re great.

This location has been having some sort of issues, either with personnel, or maybe the physical store itself.I have stopped here to make color copies & send out some small packages & the store has been closed WAY before the closing hours posted on the door. You would think that such a large company like FedEx would have procedures in place & train their Staff properly, but NO. There isn’t as much as a handwritten sign stating why they’re CLOSED, or when, & if, they will reopen!!!FedEx Linwood Plaza, have some decency & respect for all the customers who are coming to the store only to find it CLOSED. Post a sign! Especially if you’re out of business & won’t be reopening so we know NOT to return. I advise anyone heading here to call first, save yourself a trip!

I visited here to drop a returning item but they REFUSED to take it! Since the original box was not available, I used other box from grocery, and they said thats the reason! There was no problem on the box at all and returning sticker was attached on the box already. But the employee said I SHOULD BUY a NEW FEDEX BOX at the office, or not its not acceptable! Since the item was delivered with a returning sticker at fedex, I visited the office. Or not, I must use UPS or post office. I never heard I cannot use other box when I drop returning item. This is so ridiculous. The employees at the office are absolutely rude and dont make sense at all.

I asked the worker before placing my package in the drop box when it will be picked up to confirm it will be picked up that day. Was told 6pm. I was there at 2pm. My tracking never updated so I called and apparently the guy “never showed up” so it will go out the next day. The problem is this package is my covid test- and it being delayed a day causes my test to be invalid. I am having symptoms and had to wait 5 days for it to come in the mail, and my insurance paid for it. Now I have to get it paid for again by my insurance if they will so close to the previous test and wait another 5 days just to receive it to redo the entire test. Fedex is very unreliable and frankly, they do not care.

I went here to ship a package. When I entered into the store, a guy came and said No. You cant ship it. avoid it I didnt know who that was because he didnt greet me or say anything related like you came for dropping off? and he didnt wear the FedEx uniform.. I asked him why, and he said I taped 2 boxes into one and it is against their policy. I thought it was reasonable. So, I was about to ask him, then what shall I do? how to avoid the label? because all he said was No. You need to avoid the label. You cannot ship it! take them back but he didnt give me a chance to speak. Then, Zachariah came. I knew he is the Fedex employee because he wore the FedEx uniform. So, I told Zachariah. Ok. then, I will take these boxes back and create new labels and come back Zachariah told me I dont have to. I could just keep the boxes there and create a new label. Then the guy who just moved to the counter kept saying He bound two boxes into one. thats the end of the story! something like that... Well.. I understand that maybe he saw many customers who outlawed the policy to try saving pennies or he just had a bad day. thats why he was so upset? I dont know the reason.. I dont want to talk about the rude guy, and dont want to even mention his name. However, I would definitely want to mention what Zachariah did... He suggested me a solution which was win-win for both and apologized to me for what just happened. I think it was a great experience and I think Zachariah did a great job.

Worst experience ever. I was trying to ship some signed documents internationally. First of all, I was told I would need to get the EEI (Electronic Export Information) for sending my 5-page document. The phone number they gave got me nowhere, just transfer one to another.After 40 mins holding, I was directed to customer satisfaction survey call. Unbelievable!!! Tried again, same pattern.I asked staff if they had another number, “you need to ask for international shipping” LOL, thank you for pointing that out ??!! as I probably don’t “understand” what services I am asking today. Tell me to call again would be more helpful than this.During my forever long hold with “wonderful” FedEx customer service, I started to do what we all do - google to see why sending a document will need this and my quick research told me it was not required. It will only be required if you are shipping things over certain value, software, restricted items, things in that nature. My notarized Power of Attorney is not going to make to that “important” category. And again, no one would even bother to help me or talk to me to confirm this.Training of staff is important, so they know what to do. What really got me today is how they handled the communication. Very rude and unfriendly. You don’t need to say rude words to be rude and unfriendly, but I can easily sense that “you trouble, get out my store now” from every interaction I had today.Luckily UPS is just within walking distance, took me like 10 mins in total and it costed like $90. Yes, it is quite expensive for sending several pieces of paper. The staff was efficient and friendly and know what they are dealing with, so whatever service they told me, I just said yes. I used to ship FedEx a lot, now with this experience and my Amazon purchases, likely I wont ever visit any FedEx again.

My company has a corporate account with FedEx and we use these stores to drop off mail, DAILY... In this particular store there is a medium build lady (I think on the lady part) with some short puffy hair... She is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I literally asked two simple questions and she responded with such a nasty attitude that I had to call her out on it. I asked for the manager, who was polite, but you can tell she’s not the type to reprimand her employees for this behavior. All in all, I will from now on be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t bother to give this store your business- they don’t deserve it.How that employee is allowed to continue with her* attitude and work there is beyond me. There any many people out there looking for work...

Had to return a rug and had no idea how to ship it. Kat ( i believe shes an assistant manager there, I remembered her name tag) went over and beyond to help me out. She made us a customized box so the rug would fit. It required lot of measuring cutting and tapping but she took her time and made a perfect box. Her customer service was very professional and friendly. We were glad we went to this Fedex location. Thank you so much Kat!!

There is no line for drop off, even during the busiest time. Clean and organized shop. Staff goes above and beyond: They have printed labels for me numerous times, added extra tape on the box, etc. Easy access to highways and plenty of parking. 5 stars.

I would give FedEx at Fort Lee NJ, Linwood Plaza zero stars if I could. First off, at the night shift there are were no customers there. I had to wait 10- 15 min while the employee was working on his private homework on the computer. Employee had the nerve that I could have used self-service and just leave the package there. Why is FedEx paying you a salary then??? Second of all, on eBay it stated I would be paying $18 when I printed the label. Now my eBay invoice says FedEx is charging me $42. That employee must have adjusted my package information. What a scam!

Went in after a knee replacement. The employee was so very helpful to me, allowing me to sit while he packaged my things and sent them out. He even came over to have me sign to pay with my credit card. What a great guy! This African-American teen was so polite, helpful and kind. I hope all people are waited on by him!

In the space of 8 weeks, I shipped about 50 boxes of varying sizes and weights, and had nothing but excellent service and a pleasant experience every time at the Fort Lee location. And different people waited on me each time. During that period I also had need to print and scan documents, and their personnel cheerfully and patiently showed me how to do it. This center also provides little niceties likes paper clips, scissors, pens, and a paper cutter. They live up to the office part of their name, as I was able to accomplish tasks I would otherwise need to do at my home office or work location.One suggestion for FedEx national, though: publish you prices! I was shocked that a package that was half the weight of a previous one was twice the cost to ship to the same address. Apparently, you are penalized if the length of your package is non-standard. But they wont tell you what the standards are. Instead, I was told to call ahead of time with the measurements of any proposed shipment and FedEx would then tell me how much it would cost. Uh...nope.

At a time of need, especially during these corona covid 19 times, the staff at this Fed ex office was very dismissive and would not allow me to pick up my package. They instructed me after I told them that I’ve been waiting for a package for a week to go home and wait some more. I spent over an hour on the phone waiting fora FedEx representative only to find out that my package was at that specific Lynnwood Plaza location. The woman that works there was very very unaccommodating and very rude and dismissive only because it was 10 to 6 and it was time for her to go home.

Came here to print stuff because staples down the road was absolutely horrible. The staff here is always super helpful and nice. One time I was just standing around looking confused and a staff member came and helped me without me even asking. I like this place and will continue coming here to print stuff

I will be very honest. Employees seem nice. However, this isnt the best kind of work environment where employees can be nice about, and not really do their job properly/seriously.I saw an employee: (not naming or telling who because they were nice)1. small chat with customers when there are people lining up.2. asking a customer to retrieve the package for them because its too heavy for them.Management seriously needs to consider these complaints.

I was there to make copies of my prints and laminate. Besides laminating, everything else is self-pay which was convenient. But Just to pay laminated paper I had to wait 40 mins on-line and most of people there were who came much later than me. I still dont understand why they would make people pay to the register for the laminating only.

Place needs more employees. Manning the store with only 2 employees had customers waiting for hours (yes, freaking hours) for a simple printjob. Shouldnt really have to tell the manager to do a better job, but yea if I have to wait 2 hours for a single printjob, then theres definitely something wrong there.

If I can, I want to give minus stars. they and their manager dont feel any small responsibility even after they give my $1522 price of package to wrong person without checking full name and tracking number. The managers excuse to me was that they have so many customers with same last names, so its not their fault (then why do address and tracking number and FIRST NAME exists in the first place?) and they are avoiding my call without any single update. this is so emotionally stressful.

Not so happy with the services. I asked for a carton box to packet something to ship. They chose a properly size carton box for my item and they packed it for me with out asked me if I wanted to, although I carried my own packing tape. Then, they charged me for the services of packing and for the carton box itself. It is not a money issue want I am complaining, is the fact that they did not ask me if I wanted the services for witch they charged around $10 (to put some tape in a box ???) with out asked me first.

I waited for 15 minutes. No one greeted nor acknowledged I was there. When I asked if anyone could help me please. A short Indian man gave me smart ass remark saying I can wait because im not the only one hes helping instead of saying he will be with me shortly. Rest of their staff acting like no customers are in the store. Asian guy seemed like he was miserable didnt want to be there. Should quit and go work somewhere else with that attitude. I am never going back to this location. Also will be calling corporate to make a complaint about this location and their unprofessional untrained piece of work staff.

Something not right with this place. I sent items and they were badly damaged during shipping and I have do a claim through FedEx. Did not even ask the value of the item and puts down zero which is funny. Did not even ask for insurance and the delivery guys made a mess out of a simple shipment of 2 20 lbs boxes of speakers. And I told them items were fragile. And they took 45 dollars and it got to the location on time but damaged and causing problems. No fun like this.

Not quite sure where all the one star reviews are coming from, but I was in and out in 3 minutes on a Sunday. Walked in, received a cordial greeting from an employee, he scanned my prepaid label, handed me a receipt and thanked me for coming in. Done and done.Perhaps its new management or it was one employee generating all the negativity. Notes I dont really have occasion to go here save for when an e-tailer uses FedEx for free returns, so I cant confirm their shipping and printing knowledge.

This place is the worst the gentleman by the name Edward has the worst customer service skills. He treated me like I was a child. Edward should understand that the people that go in to this business are consumers, and he should treat those consumers with respect and be polite just the same way i was with him. Politely i said hi and totally ignored me after he served me I wished him a great weekend and just ignored me. To the management of Fedex pls get this gentleman some customer service classes, he is dealing with human beings. Unfortunately i wont be using Fedex services in the future i will pay the extra $$ and do UPS or USPS.

Run, dont walk away from this store. A man tried to up sell me on packaging materials on a prepaid drop. It would have been one thing if it ended after I said no but he went so far as to pop the air-pack I already had in the box- then pushed his fist through the top of the box after cutting the tape further compromising the packaging.

This shop employees often refuse to accept have already wrapped parcel. Every time they always use different reason asked me to buy their boxes and charge me extra packing fee. But I take the same package to other fedex store, they dont have no such problems and just take my package. I think the staffs ( who working in fort lee fedex store ) are on strike or want to cheat us. their attitude bad.Sometimes counters also not seen anyone. FedEx company should be a good look into this store, and dont let these people just destroy goodwill.

The woman who works there is a complete bafoon. She is unable to solve any problems. She wouldnt accept my phone as a media device even though i brought a cable, the plotter was broken so she was going to charge me more for a color print, she said they she couldnt work on it right away even though there was nobody in the store. Terrible experience there.
