Very friendly and helpful staff here. I did stop by today dor some last min school supply shopping for my girl, surprisingly they still have a lot of stuff in stock. Staff here helped me finding some last items. Overall a good experience here.

I tried to print business cards but the back side of the cards were shifted. I asked the manager but instead trying to find a solution he blamed me for submitting the design wrong. I double checked my design and called Staples customer service. They sent the job to a different location and this time it came out perfect. AVOID THIS LOCATION. The manager will not help but blaming you.

Do not rely on their printing services. Sent a job for business cards and each card was printed differently. They did not take the time to look at their job, just very poorly executed. They blamed ME for the design and then they blamed their printer (I sent the SAME design to another Staples and each card was printed exactly the same, job was perfect). Avoid this location!

I just wanted to say that I wanted to get a large poster size blowupof a painting in a book done in high definition. I have been working withKIM who is also a manager there she was beyond helpful and herknowledge of scanning and using photoshop resulted in an amazingpost size print she also did several tests. I have been to other place butnone compare to staple fort lee, everyone there was very helpful andfriendly. KIM AND COMPANY ARE A GREAT TEAM I AM A BELIEVERps I am a retired creative director from a large New York ad agencyI am experienced with graphics and so know a great job.Thank to all

The woman in the copy and print section is super rude. She doesn’t care about customer service at all. While this asian gentleman next to me was nice and polite whole time, all she did was yelling. What makes this woman feel this mad?

Why is there an extra rush fee of 20% added to your order for something simple done on the spot at the copy center when there are no machines running, or anyone working in the copy area to complete something?The computers next to the copy center are super slow, to read your credit card, start Windows, load your program, print.

The associate Dawn at Staples in Fort Lee NJ helped in printing additional Obituary pamphlets for my cousins funeral that was occurring the same day. She was empathetic, kind and most of all patient with this order. I initially went in to print it myself however when she saw I was having difficulty she jumped in and assisted me with the completion of order. Dawn helped alleviate the stress tremendously of completing this order on such a difficult day.

NEVER WALK IN TO THIS STORE, bad costumer service, I ask one of the workers about a item that I looked for, he told me that they dont have this, a few minutes later I ask him about a paper sheet that Im looking for, he start screaming on me and he said I told you we dont have this item and we dont have similar like this dont ask me again, and the end I was looking all around, and I FIND THE PAPER SHEET WHAT I LOOKED FOR, I didnt bought it from them I just walked out and now I know what Im looking for, I will buy it from another store....

I just went in there to get a mouse, online it was showing one in stock. Couldnt find it on the shelf, so I asked an associate. He appeared to be a new employee, and didnt really know what he was doing. (probably thrown in to the floor with no training) he asked another associate, to help, and the second experienced associate stated that they dont have it. This all happened as a drive by. He didnt even have the courtesy to stop walking as he spoke to me. Staples, touts over one million products, so this associate must be a genius, to remember all the inventory.I asked for the manager, (blond hair woman) standing there with another associate so I walked up to her and the manager asked how she could help. I started explaining my situation and the associate standing next to her, interjected by asking me which product.I wanted to talk to the manager and not another associate. As I kept explaining my situation, the manager actually said, she is talking to you OMG!!!Fully aware that I would be paying 15% more than Best Buys, I still decided to go out of convenience. Is Staples of Fort Lee asking me to pay more and be berated and be treated like a 5th class citizen?Sycamore Partners.... Not sure if your getting your 7 billion dollars worth, with the 4 employees I met today.

Limited selection and several times I ordered online for 1 hour pick up, then got cancelled after an hour or two due to unavailability even though listed as available online. Staff is friendly enough for the extra star but not very knowledgeable when I asked about Staples promos, even when in the Staples weekly ad. The Edgewater Staples is way better, even one hour pick-ups were always ready before the hour.

I came to the printing service area and was severely disappointed with what I found. The woman at the desk was loudly complaining about all the work she would have to do.and when I asked her about printing paper she would not have any of it. I am now writing this review in the Hackensack Staples with much better service and they are printing my request with ease.

Come here if u want rude and unqualified service. called the store to ask if they could print a large poster. said that they could. we show up to the staples and this blonde woman comes in and says “some worker told you the wrong thing! we can’t do that!” upset, as if we were the ones to inconvincence her. no apology, nothing. additionally, several others of my friends apparently went to this place expecting what i was expecting and were treated the same way. this place does not understand responsibility or apologizing for GIVING WRONG INFORMATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.i went in to buy a supply and when charged, an item that was listed as a certain price suddenly became double the price that it was supposed to cost. when questioned, the cashier became annoyed, did not listen to the request for a price check, and just rang it up again. when asked AGAIN to check the price of the item that was likely a 10 feet walk away, the employee (don’t remember his name) gave a very rude response and said something along the lines of “I was going to do it right now! Calm down!” although he did not start doing ANYTHING until we asked him to. he walked over, saw that we were right, and then angrily snatched the paper with the reduced price on it off of the shelf. don’t go here, whatever u do. don’t go for services for sure (as i see from other people’s reviews) and don’t even go for basic supplies, as a.) it has a small selection and b.) they WILL overcharge you because the employees do not care and cannot read.

Prior to today Ive never written a single review about any business because it takes time out of my very packed working schedule. Today I feel OBLIGATED to write this review because this is the second time I fell prey to this stores dishonest business practice.I visited this store to purchase a desktop computer. When I approached the sales associate who I identified by his name tag to be ARVIND. Arvind attempted to forward me to another sales associate who I was not able to identify except I recall he is a black gentleman with exotic hair style (hereinafter referred to as Associate B). Associate B appeared to be very annoyed and refused to provide service. Arvind called through intercom for another sales associate to help but no one answered to his call. Seeing no other option Arvind finally asked me what I need. I pointed to a HP desktop computer, which item was on sale, and indicated I just need to buy it.Arvind checked the inventory and confirmed the item was in stock. Instead of providing me with the item and allow me to pay for it, Arvind went to the back office and returned with a warranty form attempting to persuade me to purchase Staples Warranty program despite the desktop carries its own factory warranty. When I refused to purchase any warranty Arvind immediately announced the item is no longer in stock and he has nothing to sell me.This reminded me of the very same experience I had with this particular store last year. Despite a friend explained to me that Staples will only sell you discounted inventory when you agree to purchase a useless warranty, I still gave them benefit of the doubt and did not want to hold a cynical view.I confronted Arvind and questioned how was he able to determine the inventory has changed immediately after I refused to purchase warranty? The question was unanswered but instead I was directed to the store manager, who maintained that there is no inventory and whatever Arvind told me about there is available inventory 15 minutes ago was a mistake.Clearly I can not force a store to sell me anything but such business practice should disclosed to the public. If anyone visit Staples and they want to sell you a warranty, just tell them to bring the item in front of you otherwise you will not discuss warranty. I hope this helps. Thank you for reading.

First trip to this store was to get a $20 pair of headphones. They were locked in a case. (FWIW, a pair of $80 headphones was not locked up). So I walked around trying to get any employees attention for 15 mins. Finally got a guy to say Ill be right there. Waited 20 mins, he never showed up. It seems these guys really dont need any money. But capitalism only works if businesses are motivated by money.So I went to Best Buy in Paramus. Got my headphones in 5 mins. That was easy! Staff at Best Buy was extremely helpful, courteous, and the store was well-organized and clean.

Their system was slow so they had us pay to rent a computer for 0.30 a min that took 20 min to load my email. I was told if Im not happy then go to FedEx. I buy $200 worth of paper from Staples weekly for my business and I will take her advice and go elsewhere with my business. Had fedex been open I would have gone there for this printing job as well.

Very bad experience, I bought a printer and it came out with problems and the manager did not want to make the return and made my wife bring some cartridges bought again and the service did not work bad and the products were bad.
