Everything was alright, a bit dirty when I went in but staff was nice

Great place to stop by for great ice cream dont forget the donuts.

There was no one waiting in front of me, but no one at the counter cared about me and kept me waiting. It was the first time in my life that I gave up and left the store door.

Rude staff; closed after 10 pm but it says 24 hours open

Their custom cakes are wonderful and always looks better than the picture.

. The staff is rude and the managers are even worse. They make excuses for their staff for being rude such as, “she is a minor.” It is a lie because the employee was working around 9pm when I came to the drive through. It is illegal for minors to work after 7pm.

The other reviews are spot on - untrained, rude, and not sanitary.

The waffle cones are terrible here. They must cook the dough in the paper bottoms. the waffle cone on top may look crisp but the dough is completely uncooked in the bottom portion of the cone. Disgusting experience with eating the cone , and ruins the entire purpose of a cone if the ice cream is leaking out the bottom of a mash of uncooked cone. 🤢

Terrible customer service by so called team leaders in the store. Went to go pick up a cake ordered online for my daughters birthday and was told that I needed a yellow slip, to which I explained him that it was ordered online. He kept reiterating that without the yellow slip, he can t give me my cake, even after showing him the order confirmation email and the drivers license to match the name, and the cc which the order was paid. There was no mention of needing a print out slip (who requires printed receipts these days!?!) in any of the order process, including the email receipt . Finally had to go back home and printed out the email, which he didnt even look at and gave me my cake. The manager on duty clearly wasnt qualified for the role as he couldnt provide where on their website it says that I need to print out this so called yellow slip. Never again will I visit this store.

Complaint: Ryan is a lazy kid,, why is he even working,, he didnt want to serve my ice cream and when he realize I was getting two pints he personally very slowly and when I got home he did not fill up to the top of the Pint container. He knows after a customer gets home will not return to complaint about it we spend money in your store we don’t need this kid attitude please fix it.

We just went there for customized cakes just few mins ago. So we asked if somebody we can talk to for the cakes. There is this one woman who happened to be the manager said “ YOU NEED TO GIVE AS A SEC FOR WE ARE SO BUSY YOU SEE?!” Is this how you are treating customers. You have 5 people inside who already had their orders! You have 4 people working at that moment. A simple and more respectful way of saying could be “ please give us a moment, we’lll be right there with you..” c’mon i think she can do better than that. You werent taught right manners and how to communicate with customers?! You are even the manager!!! Worst baskin robbins ever due to your poor customer service!

Went there last night to get ice cream the man rings me up for 2 orders of double scoop ice cream which comes up to about 9 dollars..he later tells me that they have no lids for the large cups that fit the double scoops (which he should have mentioned BEFORE I paid but whatever) and lacked common sense to improvise to use a different cup..he hands me two cups of ice cream with no lids and the scoops weren’t even worth my 9 dollars..exactly why I like cold stone better 🚮 I wish I could post the pics of this ice cream he was HORRIBLE

Workers are kind but short of staff. Wait was too long on Saturday 4 pm.
