I really wanted to like this place but it is not being run well. I would completely avoid here if you can...I went inside to pick up a bouquet but all the fruit was sweating inside the fridge. I asked to be made a fresh one and they rejected to do so. It was for an important event too.And everyone elses orders are made and sitting in the warm store...crazy operations.

Don’t apply for this job unless you wanna be fired after a couple of weeks. The manager in my opinion is disrespectful and unprofessional. the manager never had showed me a schedule of the days i worked so i had to text her for her to let me know what days i worked. while i was working there i noticed that if they drop a fruit they rinse it off and place it back for the people to eat. my experience there was trash and i believe i wasn’t treated well as the others. they were also talking behind my back about how i worked when they could’ve said it to my face. the place itself is musty. She expect you to do a lot without enough training. the manager also does not have manners. if you do apply here, you’re wasting ur time and you will not get hours. c:

I placed order for 11 pick up. Went to pick up at 11:45 & it was not ready. I had to wait for them to still cut fruit. At 12 when they finally came out I asked to speak with owner. Rudely I was told it was not ready because they had to many orders & did not expect to be that busy & due to Covid staff is spaced out. We are dealing with Covid one year later and I’m providing you with business ? Then said you didn’t wait too long only about 15 minutes. I guess she missed the point that it was 1 hour later. Poor excuse & leader of a business.

I sent an arrangement last week to my mother in law who was under the weather, but by the time the delivery got to her, my MIL said the fruit wasnt in great shape and didnt even eat it. You know what its like to be criticized by your MIL when all you wanted was to do something nice? I called the shop, and the owner Ruth followed up with me right way - personally. She sent my MIL a new basket + chocolates. As soon as the new replacement arrangement arrived, my MIL called me say how fresh and cheerful the new arrangement was. And that I made her day. Things can happen and go wrong with perishable deliveries, but I really appreciate it when business owners want to make it right and partner with customers. Will keep this store on my list of trusted vendors when it comes to gifting. Ruth runs her business with integrity.

Edible arrangements should be called deadable arrangements. They took my money, bungled my order, lied about the arrival time, wasted 4 hours of my time, and then said sorry do you want a refund. I would advise anyone who does business with edible arrangements, be prepared for a 5 hour wait on delivery.

My order not ready on pick up time.And I received just chocolate dipping strawberry.My order was 2 box(medium) “Dazzling” chocolate dipping Strawberry.1. More than expensive price but anyone explain about this, or apologized that situation.2. I understand- busy... but I busy, too.I already waited 25~40 minute more than on time.One staff told me.“I will give you service 2 pcs balloon, is it good?”I want to ask “What did you say?”But Time was too delay, and my feel was gone.I don’t want to more spend anything(time, tired taking, money....)I disappoint there staff attitude.If there was a minimum of manners, I just could pass about the difference of the amount , the mistake.

What I love about this Edible Arrangements location is the friendly and efficient customer service.I never have to worry my stuff is not ready and I am always greeted with a smile.They take pride in their work and the fruit is always delicious and looks beautiful!!You guys are the best!!!

The fruit arrangement I purchased was unique and appealing. The service was outstanding. The fruit in our arrangement however was not ripe enough or was not as tasty as it looked. The honeydew and cantaloupe were tough and not very flavorful. The strawberries not covered in chocolate were on the sour side. The grapes were good and the pineapples were okay. We stored the uneaten fruit in a sealed plastic container and threw it in the fridge for a few days. The honeydew and cantaloupe ripened some more and tasted much better. The pineapple, grapes, and strawberries had no change in taste from the first day. All in all, I probably will order an edible arrangement again in the future.

My dear friend had a loss in the family. I treasure this family so much that I wanted to gift something they could enjoy to sit together and remember the good! I arranged for this arrangement to be delivered. The staff went above and beyond with communication. The delivery staff member made sure to call me and make contact so the delivery could go straight to them personally. She was so kind! Thank you Shaquana! I will make a note to only get deliveries from this location.

The best edible arrangement I have ever gotten came from this location. The fruit is always fresh and tastes AMAZING. The store is kept so clean and the staff is wonderful!!! Cant say that enough. Definitely will be going back soon.

I have used this place three times now and have not been disappointed. The customer service is very friendly, patient and helpful. Everybody loved the chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple. Both arrangements were very well received and I will be using them again!

I came in last minute for Bosss day appreciation gifts, and Ruth, the manager of the shop provided me with amazing service, and I have to be honest, Im huge on service more so than the product but she delivered both impeccably! Highly recommend working with her for all businesses for a seamless and professional delivery!
