I have a Northernlights Lugger that was shutting down - Mike was able to identify the issue quickly and walk me through what the problem was so I could prevent it in the future. I also found their Parts Department to have parts on hand that other larger places had to special order. Very helpful in gettin g me back on the water fast. The team there are very knowledgeable and thorough.

I dont typically write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. Main reason is if I can help just one fellow boater not to go through the grief I went through. This company exemplifies the definition of milking the clock.It started with a simple service call. Now given we all know that unexpected issues always pop up in boat repairs, but 2 belt replacements, 2 hoses swap, oil change, fuel filter change, starter change, and an oil bracket fix in a generator, shouldnt take 30 man hours to achieve! In addition, the first tech that visited vessel caused damage to seacock/thru hall fitting (which he denied). Had to go haul out boat to fix that before they finished the job.End result, they did finish job, and after a lot of back and forth we settled on final bill, not to my satisfaction, but just to move on with my life. Ive dealt with many companies servicing the vessel, some good, some bad, but this one takes the cake. My advice, buyer beware! If you decide to use them, get everything in writing, and most important , be there while they are working on your generator so you can record all working hours.

Great generator company, with great employees. They went the extra mile to help me with parts for our 27 year old generator!

They tried to charge me $900 plus for a regular service to an Onan generator, including trying to collect for a part I provided and charging for a job not done. Stay away.

They sold me an expensive part that was supposed to be a genuine Westerbeke part and it was not.

Dropped off a part for service they lost it $300 later... Highly NOT recomemded
