If I could give this company negative stars, I definitely would. They have fraudulently charged me THOUSANDS of dollars in unauthorized charges. Somehow my husband’s credit card was linked to a corporate account. I called and discussed this with Rob ad nauseam about a month ago and he apologized profusely and was told it would not happen again. Well lo & behold, we check our credit card statement again only to find out that more charges have been made. Rob told me there was no way to remove the card entirely and instead notes would be put in the file. I work with many vendors for a living and have never been told that a card cannot be DELETED from a user profile. I do not have time in my day, like every other person, to constantly monitor my cards and accounts to make sure that fraudulent and unauthorized charges are not being made by this vendor. I don’t have the time to place multiple calls and emails to confirm that the vendor isn’t going to continuously charge my account for things I did not order nor authorize. If this continues, I will be seeking legal action against this company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to monitor your accounts for the rest of your life to make sure they aren’t stealing from you.

Over the top prices but helped me out in a same day rental when I ran into a crisis! Wr had purchased 60 seat covers from someone and they onky sent 40! Over the top was the only place that had the additional 20 i needed!So thank you & I would definitely recommend.

Worked with Katie out of Tampa area! We had our wedding at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa. She is a class act. Talked about different materials that could be used. We were on a budget and decided to do our head table in navy and use the hotel white linens for the guest tables. We ordered navy linens for the head table, navy napkins for the guest tables, navy high boy linens with sashes, as well as two navy linens for the memorial table and Table # table, and a navy linen for the cake table. They were beautiful. High quality and everything we wanted. We ended up doing the cheaper option (poly) and it looked beautiful. Katie was amazing throughout the entire process and was an absolute PLEASURE to work with!

I cant say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with Over The Top for our wedding linens. We were planning our Sarasota, FL wedding from New York. They sent us samples and were super helpful over the phone. We always had answers right away, and everyone in their office was kind and professional. They coordinated with our planner and the venue to make sure all the sizing was correct. The linens themselves were SO beautiful and really added to the event. Even the venue staff commented to me about how nice the linens looked!

I used Over The Top Linens for my wedding in Key Largo. The whole process was seamless. I visited their amazing showroom with my fiancé. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hardest part of the process was picking out what we wanted since there was so many options. I planned a wedding for 180 people in South Florida as well as an out-of-towners dinner. I probably used a dozen vendors and probably interviewed 60. Over the Top Linens is in a category of their own. Nataly was my contact there. She cheerfully helped me through the process of selecting linens for both evenings. She literally sent me scores of samples, she created order after order, with different size tables and different linens and tie backs and overlays. When we finalized the order, then the groom changed it all up and again Nataly sprung into action and redid the entire order, sending new samples and redoing the whole look. Never a complaint or an attitude. We then went to the showroom, where the groom had Nataly set up every look we were considering, she pulled scores of options.... happily. Set up the tables so the groom could decide. Their service and attitude are amazing. There linen selection is unreal and trust me has no peer. I researched it thoroughly. I would not do an event without them no matter where in the U.S. I did the event. They are true professionals.
