Selection is poor. The color selections are bland and limited. The new design and layout is awful. The checkout area is small and just like homegoods. I am glad I found little to purchase so I spent very little money. In the past I always overspent. I enjoy shopping in person but not here. If they want me to shop online I will find better options and prices elsewhere.

This one is remodeled already. Come on people enough online shopping with mostly big A. BB&B is NOT a store i want to see go under..so shop here in person or online. The new concept is clean and uncluttered and the things you really need they still have. Love this store. Helpful employees.

I gave this a 5 ✳️ because while standing in line a customer was going ape on a cashier. The details of what happened I do not know; however, the cashier opened another register and was handling now two customers in such a pro professional way. I was next in line and received a speedy return/ exchange with a pleasant smile and excellent customer service. His quick work cut down on customer wait time & my kitchen draw looks excellent.

Something that is not written in other reviews is the stores return policy. Whenever I returned no questions were asked or expired dates mentioned. The return was quick and easy. I never encountered rude sales people. Maybe rude customers. Floor people are always helpful to locate an item. I enjoy shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. Their prices are a little high but you have to be a bad shopper not to use their 20% off coupon.

I love the selection here. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I found a 6 piece comforter set for $40 and it looks amazing on my bed. I just love this store.

June 11, 2011. This store is great, with great service. Bill, assisted us with a few returns and a few purchases, he was wonderful, very professional and polite. This store is very clean but heard there will be a renovation coming soon. Just hope the store does mot close down. We really enjoy coming to this store, even though it it out of the way for us,

Bed bath & beyond was beyond being rude. For a very overpriced store you would like think the associates of the staff would at least not be inept. No one friendly no one seemed to know what is going on. The checkout was completely deplorable.. You would think you would get more out of a store you just finished spending $270 in. Even the websites messed up you cant even download their coupons. What a disaster far better going to Target or Walmart

Tried to buy a Black and Decker Coffee maker that was listed on sale for $20.99. Took it to the register and it rang up for $35.00, the original price. I told the cashier, who verified the sale price. Then, we waited for 15 minutes for a manager to override the price. I finally gave up and left. Lesson learned, I’ll stick to Amazon or Target.

I just got an ugg blanket and sheet set and some laundry baskets that are fantastic, I love the layout of the store and ease to find stuff. The lady at the front even remembered me.

Staff is usually very rude, but actually the last time I went, someone was helpful… I just assume they are new because the culture is not that of customer service. The store itself is great. They usually carry everything you would expect and their stock is decent.

We where there today looking for a recliner chair cover. We walk over to the department and met Christina. She asked if we needed any help. We told her what we were looking for and she took us over to the section where they had what we were looking for. She was kind, courteous and very helpful. I then told her I was looking for cloth face masks and she walk us all the way over to the other side of the store. I feel she went above and beyond to help us. Stores need more people like her. They didnt have in stock item which I wanted so they ordered for me. All my info including cc address were visible for anyone passing by screen. I just dont understand why its set up that way? Why when I purchased at Pompano store associate just slide the credit card without problems. When I mentioned that to store manager he advised me ordering myself at home. I wont go to Fort Lauderdale store anymore

Surprise, surprise. Received a 20 % off entire purchases in mail. Went I, bought some extra items. Found styptic pencil. Bought 2. Been to CVS, WALGREENS, PUBLIX, WALMART, SALLYS Nobody had. So thanks for Coupon and thanks for being a store where little things matter!

No customer service at check out. Sent me coupons and when I tried to use them the same day I got them per email, they were expired. Another store and brand that will be soon gone.

Had to grab some inexpensive wine glasses. I looked real quick and was going to leave after not seeing any. Sales associate asked if I found what I was looking for and I said no, I am looking for more inexpensive wine glasses. She led me to the glasses that were in my clients budget. Next time I will ask first.

If I could give this less then a one star I would. As a former CSM of BBB, I was completely appalled by the level of service I received from this location. Not only did I get little to no help on my recent shopping experience. When I finally did get assistance, the item that’s going to be shipped to me is the wrong item. When I went to lodge my concerns with the managers, I felt brushed off. I also learned that the customer service division was eliminated a year ago. This was a company that prides itself on service. It was one of the things I respected most about it. Now it has fallen so low. Frankly, not only will I never work for this company again ( they treat their managers like garbage). That’s a different story. I will never shop their after this experience. If the folks up in New Jersey see this, you have made a huge mistake!

This is a great store with a lot of culinary, I.e. kitchen, bath, towels, shampoos, curtains and so much more. It is a wonderland of many household items. I purchased a few much needed items competitively priced. One item was a sturdy grocery cart and a snack stand. Oh yes, I also bought a bathroom rod on clearance. This is a store with much to offer like an old fashion stereo set for records, cassettes and radio! It was so vintage. I will be back for that. You can get silverware and a vacuum, etc. I guess you get my drift...you can call it a one stop shop😀So I will continue to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond as I like to go to a place where I can do everything in one big blast. Thanks. PS....I am now on their mailing list as they changed a few things around for discounts. See you there. I recommend this gem of a store!

I was looking for a Tervis glass and found one I liked. However, this store didnt have any of the handles that make them so much easier to carry.

Small store and limited business hours. I did curbside pick up once. The thing that bothered me is that there are only two designated parking spots for pick up and any and everyone parks there. It kind of defeats the point of curbside pick up. Overall clean store and nice employees.

If you have coupons, then it is a great place to get stuff. Probably one of the cheapest place to buy K-Cups in the area. Always fun to look around the store for things that can make your living space better.

When I visit that one off of Federal Highway all I was poor customer service I asked for item no one wanted to physically show me everybody pointed to where it was and I was retail at one time and you dont point you facilitate the customer to what they want and ask if you can help them if you cant help them get somebody that can help them stop pointing to thing and give good customer service

I go early in the day to avoid crowds, especially on weekends. They have a great selection of kitchen essentials, plus you can get your shampoo and toothpaste if needed. Prices are reasonable especially if you shop their sales and use coupons. Save their coupons as you can use them even if expired. Last visit I saved 25.00 with coupons. It´s also nice to be able to find employees when you have a question. Only complaint I have is the aisles are small especially with items stacked down the middle, but that certainly won´t stop me from shopping there.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a handy store to have close by for when you need to pick up kitchen gear, bed stuff, pillows and more things than I can list. In fact, Im amazed each time I go how many diverse products they can fit in one medium sized box location.If you sign up youll get 20% off coupons that seem to multiply on their own. Good news is they accept expired coupons too.They were incredibly busy today, not a good time to run in for some small things but recommend you visit this store.

Love this store, personnel are super, polite, friendly, extremely helpful. They always have some of those as seen on TV items so you can check them out and not have to buy sight unseen. Their prices are reasonable and you get excellent quality at a fair price not to mention some bargains that seem almost too good to be true, like $30 mens slippers with a final sale price of $6 including tax. Definitely worth the stop
