Dr. Rossetti reprogrammed my hearing aids recently and gave me a new masking program for my tinnitus. She recommended a “shaping” White noise that I find is working very well for me. It’s always a pleasure to come to this office and I highly recommend Hearing Matters 👍

This is the only other place I’ve been besides my audiologist back home in Chicago and wow! Dr. Rossetti was incredibly warm, calming, gentle, and efficient. She communicated with me through the ear cleaning, and picked up on my cues any time I felt a bit nervous. This was my best experience yet with a cleaning, I can hear properly again, my tinnitus is gone, and my ears don’t ache anymore. Anytime I’m in Fort Lauderdale I will book an appointment here.

Florida Hearing Matters on Saint Lucie West is a great place to go to get help with all of your hearing issues. They work with dealers of hearing aids you can get a free exam; they help with familiarizing you with all of the technology that is now available (not always such an easy task!) ; they help with any hearing aid problems. No pressure. Nice to work with! Try them out!

I found FHM when I was looking for a more competitive price than the one I was offered by the place I used to go for my hearing needs. FHM was very responsive to my questions and offered a far better price. Cost isnt everything when it comes to your hearing but it was enough for me to go for a free consultation. I am very glad I did.. Valerie the audiologist turned out to be a very knowledgeable caring professional. She tested my hearing and fitted me with new hearing aids. Dr. Lanza was thorough, friendly and caring. Place is professional and appears well run. Appears clean and modern. I had two things done. Custom molds for earplugs and hearing test. Dr. Lanza said my hearing was normal and I needed no assistance. She showed a graph of the results and reviewed with me after the test results printed. I did not have to wait at all as my appointment started on time. After each appointment they send a link via email asking for a review on google or Facebook. They are confident that they are serving patients ethically and competently. I agree they are.

I first met Dr Valerie Rosetti at Florida Hearing Matters a few years ago when my Phonak hearing aids needed a repair. Anyone else would have shipped them away for an unbearable 2-3 weeks and charged $$$$$. Not Valerie! She is a professional audiologist as well as knowledgeable on small repairs. She fixed my aid for free!! Since then I have worked with her to adjust my aids and now need a brand new set. Anyone considering hearing aids MUST use an audiologist and I recommend that you use Dr Rosetti. You will not find any better in the area!
