My experience was very good at the fort lauderdale location on 6204 north federal highway. Nick cleaned and adjusted my hearing aids and gave very useful advise for storage and travel.

Always friendly staff to provide assistance and make sure the client’s equipment is in great working condition. They have taken all the steps to assure COVID-19 protocols are in place. It is reassuring knowing they are maintaining high safety standards with the hand sanitizers, temperature checks and disinfecting furniture and other high touch surfaces between their staggered, scheduled client appointments! The staff at this location was absolutely wonderful! I brought my grandmother in and she was so happy to be able to hear again! Alfonso, Laurel, & Darren truly make us feel at home and welcome. They werent just there to sell hearing aids but to ensure that my grandmother could be a part of the conversation. She is happy and cant stop telling all of her friends! Thank you!

I totally agree with the highest ratings here. I have nothing but praise for the office staff and the hearing device I have. I started about a year ago, They invite you to come back every three months or so for free servicing and conferencing so Ive had a number of super pleasant contracts with all.

I have tried several hearing companies, by far Beltone is the best. Dr. Kurtzer and Laurel are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Beltone to anyone in need of hearing aids.

My wife had to wait a long time for an appointment because of the COVID but once we got in Nick solved her problems in less than 30 minutes. She was happy.

Nick tried helping me on the phone when that didn’t work he set up a curb side Appt much to my satisfaction.
