I had Disney shirts made for a large group and each shirt on the back would have that persons nickname of choice. Every person who I spoke to regarding my shirts was awesome! I got the shirts just in time, and everyone at Epcot loved them. We got many compliments on our t-shirts through out the night. The shirts were soft not a stiff material, they werent tight and clingy, and the print held up. I am extremely happy and I think I will continue to use U Design It for all my future t-shirt needs!

We contacted U Design It for 3 identical covers to be Embroidered with Logos. The price and deadline were negotiated over the course of several emails along with submitted photos of the original and multiple digital files of the logo artwork. Upon delivery of the covers, we were told the job would cost more (although you would think, the price should have been determined due to the subject matter we provided them via email). We contested the price and were back to the original quoted price, so we left thinking we were all on the same page. We even delivered the original physical sample of the cover we were duplicating when we dropped the goods off to be embroidered.We were told it would be done in a week (Friday), which was our deadline to supply our customer which U Design It were aware of.Friday, after hours, we were informed via email that the covers were ready for pick up. Monday morning we went to pick the up the pieces, and all 3 logos were disfigured to the point that they seemed a total loss for us. How did this pass as ready for pick up?One Logo was 30 degrees rotated off center, one logo was 15 degrees rotated off center and the third logo was deformed and incomplete. Bare in mind these are supposed to be identical!$3300.00 worth of jet ski Covers destroyed!We were told by the owner of the company it was our fault!?! HOW? How do you blame your customer for product your business is providing?Yes Agreed, our fault for choosing them to embroider our covers!We figured out a way of saving the covers by re-engineering them, cutting away from the original covers main fabric panel and replacing the cutaway with an additional panel disguised as an aesthetic feature. The company re-embroidered these panels. Pre-cut panels that were not yet part of the covers still to be repaired. The only reason we went back to them was because they had been paid in full ahead of time. Their policy, I can only imagine why!As a matter of fact, the 3 new embroidered panels werent exactly brilliant either.This experience has been a real expense for us, which we cannot pass on to our customer, since we are a company of our word. IF there were any limitations or reservations concerning this job we provided them, WHY didnt they say something to us?? We, as a Company, always measure twice and cut once!This is in response to the owner of U design its response to the above post:1) WE are not a start up company.2) Our quality is second to none. And we have never blamed a customer for what he have produced.3) Once again you are shifting blame from yourself. We gave you so much information to work with, and for that matter, there is no evidence the taped X mark over the White pencil circle was crooked as you say. I for one doubt that as a weak excuse. I trust my staff implicitly and I doubt you can say the same. In fact we have looked at a few of your other negative reviews and one could have been written by us, but wasnt. Instead of accepting responsibility you instead blame a staff member. Seems your standard M.O.!4) Its a good thing you didnt charge us again as you screwed up all 3 of what we paid you upfront for. How big of you! You Joker.5) Its easy to get good reviews from Friends, unfortunately, typically bad reviews are from unhappy customers, not friends. Only those who have a legitimate point to make will bother wasting the time to do so. Why would a customer bother going online to review for getting what they expected. Think about it !!6)You never said you could only embroider small pieces of fabric, not once. You didnt even say anything when we dropped off the goods. I wonder how you would deal with a customers request to embroidering a store bought cover (for whatever), a bed spread, bed sheets, beach towels, bags etc....Weak excuse mate!

I highly recommend this place. I just wanted a few T shirts to be printed for our team event, the logo and the design I gave them was not too easy to deal with. But they were able to finish the work in quick time and the outcome was seriously the same I was dreaming about. Everyone at the event was impressed about our design and they had no clue how these guys made it. I rank these guys the highest possible and I’m so glad to work with them. I wish I could hire their designer.

Unfortunately this place seems to have gone downhill. My first experience was Incredible. Second time, was good. Third time was frustrating, and this last time was a waste of time. They make great shirts but I wont be ordering anything from them again. I would rather pay a new digitizing fee to a different company and get better customer service. In short, I was a customer, But wont be any longer.

The team here is so great! They were very calm and professional when I needed to place an order for T shirt and Cap print, even though I screamed on the phone like a crazy manic :)  They assist you with graphic file formatting and try their newest collection to get your things more attractive.. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend ! Sorry for my temper guys. I’m a repeat customer now.

Finally, someone who can print our branding right! Cant recommend highly enough. We have a textured coloring to our branding which until now we havent found a printer able to replicate well. UDI is clutch! I needed 20 t-shirts and gave them less than a week’s notice. They made it happen. They also embroider. They are customer friendly and are very accommodating.I asked questions about purchasing items and adding my logo. All questions answered to my satisfaction, AND the young lady sent me emails with pricing and different ideas. Ive been coming to U Design It for 3 yrs now and their work is great!!!I have a childcare and I needed baby & toddlers sizes and Mike was the ONLY one that had the sizes I needed. The smallest sizes everyone else carries is XS (which is way too big for my little ones). So I was more then thrilled to find someone that had exactly what I wanted. Fast & excellent service. Came in on Halloween day around 2 to order shirts for Halloween night. They had them ready by 5pm when they close. Shirts came out great and I was so happy that it could be done last minute!

Everything started out promising. I ordered 3 shirts in 2 sizes. It was a special order. Print is going around the whole shirt. I needed them done for the following week. They charged me rush fee and paid nearly 400 for 3 shirts. Yes, you read that right. I needed these shirts for an event where I was presenting in front of hundreds of people. I told them how important these shirts for me. I know the same size sirths can be very from manufacturers to manufacturers so I give them my favorite shirt to copy the size that fits me perfectly. I picked them up the day I was flying out. All 3 shirts were smaller by 2 sizes!!! The bigger shirts were barelly fitting my brother who wears 2 sizes smaller shirt than me. I was very very upset. They told me they will redo my shirts but the problem is that I needed those shirts that day. I asked Mike and hook me up with extra shirts. Just picked my shirts up. No extra shirts. And guess what? The shirts are small again!! How? HOW?? I gave you an actual shirt to copy the sizes and custom sew the new one to match. The shirts are 1.5 inch smaller in waist! I even said make the shirts slightly bigger because I would rather have it an inch bigger then smaller.

They do a variety of different things I use them for a my business and they did a great deal for me on all the things I had made everything was done professionally and perfectly I was very pleased with their work

Had an amazing experience with U design it for quite a few times in the last 7 years . Whether if it was Birthday T-Shirts for my daughters birthday party ( had it done 3 different times) , same thing with my Sons birthday , Birthday decorations , banners , printed backpacks which I used as a party favors , Uniform with embroidered name tags for my employees and few more promotional items for my business .The thing is that Mike ( the owner ) is super attentive and experienced and every time I contacted them with an idea for something I need to get done I ended up with a much better result due to Mikes consultion and Tips .All of the above mentioned plus the fact that they located at a super centered and convenient location ( off I-95 and stirlling Rd ) makes U design it my One Stop Shop when it comes to both my personal and business promotional needs !

They are the best! I needed to customize a T-shirts last minute for my six-year-old sons BDay party. The theme was Shaun the Sheep I looked all over the Internet and Amazon and nobody could deliver the Tshirt on time plus this theme is not popular in the USA. I called U Design and Marissa was very helpful we drove to the store picked the picture we wanted from Google images and voilà! 15 minutes later we left with our customized shirts, my son was thrilled and ready for a great celebration party!

I was looking for a T-shirt print shop and i come across udesingit website, I call the office and ask to get quote for 150 shirts for summer camp, The guy at udesignit help me a lot and give me a quick quote over the phone,He told me that they not charging any extra for setup fee, design fee and digitizing fee, The price and service was so great so i decided to place the order, 5 days later i got the shirts and they were amazing!!!

Prepare yourself to get rip off ,All those reviews gotta be fake ,To good to be true ,I went there knowing some of thise reviews were really looking like written by the business owner , but still in my area so i gave it a try .No price list for service , they just go as you ask , so if you act easy they will quote you really high , and would try to convince you that what you had choosen is the top of their products . Offered me some cheap quality 100% polyester for $35 , told me is Dry -fitTechnology , just to give you an example , you get those at Walmart for $12.95It us not worth it for me to keep writting but just quote 3 places , shop around , i do it and it works , around the corner got better quality products and the printing and embroidery for half the price of these gypsys

I called them and I have them made me 25 shirts in less than 4 hr, Im making shirts for my business every 4 weeks, my last printer was not relibale and I didnt had time to find a new company for my custom shirts, until this time that I called my last printer and needed those shirts and he told me he didnt had time, okkk, so I looked up for a new tshirt company and came across U Design It, I called them, they gave me the price, price was good, we worked on the design, they sent me a proff, via email, I told them that its a rush and I need it today, in top 8 hrs, guess what, in 4 hrs Marissa called me and told that I can come and pick up my 25 company shirts, UNBELIEVABLE! !!, shirt came up amazing thanks to the professional team of.
