SO bad! I had Camila do my hat. Not sure if she is owner or not, if she is, feel bad for anyone that comes here. Not sure how it has so many good reviews.. I got a hat done here for my client with only TWO letters and it wasn’t in the middle and came out crooked. I told her, we were not happy with the job, and asked for a refund or for her to fix it and make a new one. She didn’t care to fix it or make the consumer happy. On top of that, both times I went, she was on the phone speaking with a friend.. Very unprofessional. Thankfully, I found another place where they can get the job done right but now my $30 at this place has gone to waste and I have to pay double to get it done right.

I own a small business and I understand certain exceptions around the holidays but I was told they would be open until 4pm. I arrived on my lunch break thinking I can have a simple embroidery done on a beanie for an older lady who often gets cold. It wouldve been the perfect Christmas gift. Instead, I was told they were no longer taking orders at 2:30pm. I work in the mall and see them do great work all the time. It was my first time using their business and I wouldve gladly paid DOUBLE to get this perfect gift. Its unfortunate I could not get this gift during their regular business hours. Had I had known they stopped getting orders I wouldve arrived late to my job to get it done. This has left a bad taste for me and I wish them the best with others.Note* the person there shouldve notified me the cut off was 2p as I was there just as he was opening before the fact. In this case the customer is in the wrong for shopping too late. Note the response and make judgment for yourself.

Look no further! I highly recommend iembroidery. After years of trying to find someone reliable I finally knew the moment I got off the phone with them that these were my to go guys for embroidery. If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this Mall for years, I was always curious of iembroidery and my only regret is not going to them sooner! The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone to use their services! Super fast even through this holiday season and convenient.

Call around to get my work shirts done, all places they were gonna take 1 week and had minimum of 24 shirts, iEMBROIDERY did 9 shirts in matter of 5 hrs, highly recommend this place, all my shirts were done spot on and customer service was great!!

I had a last minute job (polos embroidered) that needed to be done. All other vendors that I called could not complete this turnaround time (24 hours). Not only were the only vendor that did this, but they digitized my logo and embroidered 22 polos in less than 15 hours! THANK YOU!

We call around trying to get quotes and the only place that call us back was iembroidery, they not only got the job done the same day but they were very nice and very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this place.

Couldnt believe a place like this really existed I was able to get all of my garments done at one location the turnaround time was quick and they exceeded my expectations on all levels. The staff are extremely helpful thru out the whole process, great job, will recommend and comeback for more!

I have to say this place is awesome! After calling about 15 embroidery shops to get 3 shirts done with custom logo.. no one could squeeze me in for a small order. I was finally referred to them and was hesitant as they are a kiosk at Coral Ridge Mall. After contacting Andy I am totally swayed. Not only was he polite, fast, efficient, and he responded so quickly and gave me best direction and instructions on how to get this job done. From start to finish (format of logo, setup, approval and create) it took only a few hours and he was so great and the shirts came out even better than I expected and the price was so very reasonable! I would highly highly recommend them..

What an awesome shop. The owner is really nice. I love the personal touch of embroidery. This is the only shop open on the weekends, late hours and the most conveniant schedule. The threading is nice and bright. I loved the first visit and gotten even better results on my second visit. Everything was done in a matter of minutes. Probably the best embroidery place in South Florida. I will always come here for my personal touches on any cloth I have. Plus they sell there own blank clothing too that you can stick just about anything in. 🙂-Chris

Fast friendly service and good quality.

I had 12 Hollister Hoodies to embroider for my sons birthday. I stopped at the mall kiosk location. Normally they dont do the arm there but the man told me he would bring them to his other store that evening and back the next day. WOW. I got the hoodies weeks ahead of time thinking I would have to drop them off somewhere and it would take weeks. The turnaround was less than 24 hours. The wording came out perfect. My son is so happy. I am so happy. I went by other reviews to choose this place and am glad that I did. The hoodies are black so we got white embroidered on. They are super soft so I was nervous they could easily get damaged. Not the case. This is the place to go.

I Had this big project to be done for a new local train in two days, We call several stores and the answer was the same they Couldnt do it on time, the quote us at least 2 weeks. We are really impressed with the quick turn around and professionalism of IEMBROIDERY. From the conception of the logo till the delivery time frame, dont be fooled by the size of the store, I was but they deliver as promised...Thumbs Up, I recommend this Store to anybody who wants quality and Service!!

I have used Embroidery Plus numerous times and have always been happy with the service provided, and the final outcome of the product. I have found that they will go above and beyond in a pinch to get things done were others will not. In fact others suggested I use them since they can do 100000 item to 1, and the best thing is most of the time You get it done on the spot.

Great shop for personalized gift ideas. They sell shirts totes hats and more. Fun colors and designs for a good price. Also have local school logos.

Disappointed that they couldnt embroider some initials on socks. I didnt think it was much different than doing it on a Christmas stocking.

Ive been dealing with Embroidery Plus now for over seven years and love them. Over the years Ive had some less than impressive dealings with T shirt makers who did shaddy work. Often, they simply took the order and outsourced the embroidery to another business that actually made the T shirts. The result was often times unsatisfactory. Andy is great because they do all of their own embroidery in house. The owner, Andy has assembled a great group of talented individuals. Ive seen his crew grow over the years as his business has grown. He keeps a close eye on both the creative and production sides of the business. Ive used them to make T shirts for a car wash I once owned in Ft Lauderdale as well as my current business and my orders have come out spot on every time.
