My Husband purchased the maintenance plan along with my rings and we love how well they take care of us at our local Galleria Mall Zales. We recommend this company and give 5 STARS for there kind and knowledgeable staff and how they use proper precautions with Covid-19 by providing sanitizer and wearing masks.

5 years ago we went here for our wedding rings we had the best service ever!! Sharon was amazing we went back on Saturday to upgrade and yet again we asked for Sharon! If your looking for amazing customer service and someone who cares with lots of patience ask for Sharon you won’t be disappointed!!!

Customer service and prices of things magically change depending on who is working.Bought something last week that wasnt on sale from one employee who was super pleasant to work with and seemed more interested in making sure we left satisfied rather than making a sale.I didnt get his name but he was an older gentleman with glasses.Came in today to buy 2 more of said item and was told by a different employee the price for 1 was more than double what I had paid the week before.You ever get that feeling that someone is just trying to make a quick buck/sale off of you?...it was exactly that.Unfortunately this experience was enough to make me never want to go back and to urge others to stay away.

My husband has gifted me several items from this chain, but I had the most unfortunate and less than customary service experience when visiting this store. I only went for the convenience of being in the area running other errands but now I know why its always empty: the customer service is HORRIBLE!The manager, Sharon, was unprofessional and judgmental. She seemed to have a problem with me as soon as I walked in the store, and when she saw the multiple items I had in my possession, it appeared to further disappoint her because she claimed she couldnt assist me with my request for the diamond inspections without the bond paperwork.Upon calling corporate to gain a better understanding, they confirmed customers with this guarantee can go to ANY Zales, Kay Jewelers, or Jared to have the jewelry inspected. Of course with the latter two, having the bond information in hand is required.If you want a great customer experience, dont visit this particular location... instead call the store and ask Sharon how you can get in touch with Keith who offers superior customer service. Shell know who sent you and hopefully shell accept the gift of feedback I offered to help her develop better leadership and customer service skills.Sharon, you missed your opportunity to make sale, which is not only a loss for you but also loss for for your companys bottom line... get it together!

I didn’t know Anniversary gifts go in order😂😂 first is earrings, then a necklace, and finally a ring...but if youre ready for the ring ASAP you can skip the others. This has to be the worst staff of any jewelry establishment in So Fla. I walked in on Valentines Day to find my Wife a gift and it took literally 10 mins before any one said, hello, may I help you. Just a horrible experience overall. I suggest you travel to the Broward Mall for a Zales purchase.

Omggggggg PLEASE dont go here to buy jewelry! The staff is constantly changing & no one knows how to do their job efficiently. They gave me the wrong clarity stats on my wedding ring. No one knew how to subtract 20% off when they had a sale, I had to wait for the manger to do hand written calculations. Just a horrible experience. The new manager is nasty and rude as hell. Not only does she look like Cruella deVille, but her attitude matches it. Shes there to destroy and steal your wedding joy. Save yourself the heartache. Not worth it. Youd expect softer approaches from a jewelry store, not here! Its a bunch of single, nasty , old broads who dont care about your wedding. They just want commission. No jewelry experts here. Go to Jareds instead. They care. Im sure Zales will be closed soon because of managers like her, and incompetent staff!
