Nice store, very limited mens rings. Very informative and helpful sales agents but way over priced for any of their limited mens alternative metal rings. In face you can find much better priced and higher quality on Amazon with two day delivery instead of the 10 to 30 day wait at Jareds.

We visited the store the next morning when they opened and they were able to resize my ring within only a few hours. We drop our rings off every 6 months for cleaning, and adjustments if needed in order to continue our warranty. It’s always an issue.This last time they failed to call to let us know they were ready. Then picking up my wife’s diamond ring it was completely crooked. They said it would be another week. And actually said it’s not that bad. As usual no phone call when it was ready. Many visits before they couldn’t locate the rings on the computer and we have been going to the same store for several years.I could go on and on. The manager assured us all our issues would be handled. He just clearly talks a lot. We called and were told it was ready today. And upon arrival told it’s not ready. They said, ‘We had to bring in a specialist to fix it’ But, they didn’t think it was that crooked. Don’t buy here or let them fix anything. They have had this ring over 2 weeks. Only reason we continued going here as because it’s close by. They continue to have a high turnover in staff and managers. I will be contacting the district manager in regards to this store and their service, or lack of.

The quality of the store an client service has gone down extremely. The showcases are dirty and filthy making the jewelry seem the same. I would post pictures but its to embarrassing and the pictures are poor quality . I also received my piece dirty and took it elsewhere for a simple cleaning that took 5 minutes.

I have been a customer at Jared the Galleria for about 4 years. I have had nothing but enjoyable experiences there. No one follows you around when you are looking at jewelry, but the assistant introduces herself/himself and lets you know they are available if you need assistant. It’s almost like visiting friends when I visit the stores. My only beef is that it takes too long to get a new purchase resized. When you buy something new you want to wear it right away so I think a couple days to resize is acceptable, not 5 days.

We ordered a plain gold wedding band, they said they had to order the size but ASSURED us that it would arrive by Friday the latest. We told them we were leaving for the wedding on the following Weds. Called them Saturday and no ring. Again assured us it would be with the delivery on Monday. I called again Monday when I was told the supplier no longer makes plain gold wedding bands. Now I have 1.5 days before we leave to find a wedding band. DO NOT GO HERE

Natalie made my first jewelry inspection check-in a breeze! She greeted me with a smile and was so helpful & prompt. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Id be more than comfortable to stop by here for my May inspection if I cant make it to the store by my house!

Came 2 have wifes ring cleaned Rosie & Victoria were the best, they inspected the ring & found a couple loose diamonds & we had it repaired. They were very professional & very helpful & most of all saved a disaster from happening. (Lost diamonds ). Vacation turned out well thanks 2 them.

Used car salesmen of the Retail Jewelry business. 9 weeks to pick us a watch repair (it was only a battery). They said they called me at week 4. Week 6 I stopped in the store - no one wanted to deal with a watch pick as theres no money in that so I was passed from salesperson to salesperson until the Manager got involved only to tell me the watch wasnt ready. They will call me. Their iPad database/payment system hinders the speed of all transactions. Poor service all round.

Wow went there to buy ear rings for my lady’s B-day found a pair for 300 dollars so I decided not to spend 100 dollars on insurance. Well why did I do that. Me bubble head threaten me that if I didn’t get the insurance and it broke it was nothing he could do for me. Well there was this one thing he had to do. Give me my money back. After 8 year of shopping there nooooo more.✌🏾

Fiancé and I worked with Artie and team to custom design my engagement ring. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted with the design, and their attention to detail I have to say was incredible.

Went to this store to get a 22k necklace fixed (it needed a C ring). I asked if they did jewelry repair and was greeted with a resounding yes, we do as the woman pointed to a huge sign on the wall. After her trying desperately to get me to sign up for a store credit card, and me saying no numerous times, she completely lost interest in helping me in any way. She asked for my drivers license and repeatedly stated she needed to process my necklace. This went on for over 20 minutes. I kept asking how long this was going to take and her pat answer every time was I have to process this... Whatever that meant. This, of course, was all going on while the security guard was standing 3 feet behind me. There were other people in the store but that security guard didnt leave my back the entire 35 minutes I was in there. I was told it would take an hour or so to put the C ring on. I asked if it would be soldered and was told that would not only take longer, but would cost more. I was presented with a book of prices. I had a watch brooch that needed a battery. The bald guy took it and said it would be a while and cost $20. I ended up leaving the store in disgust without any work being done. But they did get to copy my drivers license. What a nasty experience. They can keep their customer service, or lack thereof.

Make sure you get the prices up front. Told the salesperson that I did not want to spend more than $1,000, paid for the ring. 2 months later when the ring was ready, they said I owed an additional $400. $150 in taxes (that could only be charge when I picked up the ring) and $250 because the diamonds on my ring were bigger than the one I picked out in the store. They realized they were giving me a better ring than what they sold me 2 months prior, so they had to make up their mistake somehow. Buyer beware!

Your customer service is simply ridiculous! Dropping off or picking up the jewelry you sold us for simple service takes 45 minutes everytime! Your staff cant accomplish the task of operating the computers or what they are supposed to do! Ridiculous!!

Went with a friend to help her shop for engagement rings. The man that helped us pursued to ask us if we would sign up for a credit card. After having asked us 5 times (no exaggeration) and us politely saying no he walked away and refused to help us look at any rings. By far the most unprofessional shopping experience I have underwent.

They have the best and most friendliest staff there. They helped me pick out a great ring for my soon to be wife.

No one communicates with anyone Ive had she watches in the repair shop since May and theyve been looking for them since last week nobody communicates and Ive been instructed I have to wait until Monday to speak to Alex the find out where my watches are at.... what you advertise on TV about how wonderful Jared is is it complete false advertisement... very disappointed in Jareds

The manager, Ms. Arrigo is unprofessional. She promises one thing and one price the first time and then the prices all of a sudden rise and your orders dont come as promised. She promises to call back but I had to call myself. The store lost a great customer. I dont suggest anybody to come here.

My Fiancé purchased my engagement ring in April and I was elated, however upon further inspection of my ring, we noticed there were scratches so I went in to this same location where he purchased for an exchange. They completed the exchange and I was so happy. We then received an email saying there was a sale so I called and spoke with Arty and explained the recent purchase to see if the sale could be applied which he said yes. I came in and was humiliated and mistreated by the staff after being told there was nothing that could be done even though I called in advance. My Fiancé and I were so upset that we called customer service and the store refused to call us and we kept going back and forth for weeks. Finally, we were told by an agent that we would get back $400 in rewards though it was only available to use for a few weeks which left such a sour taste in our mouths as we felt that we were being forced to buy more items after such an unpleasant experience in such a short amount of time. We regretted the initial purchase and refused to buy more in a rush after such rude service. Finally I went in on 8.3.18 for an inspection and quick cleaning. Granted I had filed a previous complaint on Arty and the lack of professionalism from the staff, I didnt expect it to happen again but it did. I assure you I will never return to this location because Victoria Padilla recognized me and was extremely curt for the lack of a better term. While everyone was greeted by her with a genuine nice to see you again or how are you she completely ignored me. I offered my paperwork for her but she said she already knew who I was which explains her demeanor. Ironically she asked Arty if he was available to help and he quickly said he was busy and then she passed me on to someone else who was actually nice while she went to help another guest. Honestly, if someone files a complaint, I can understand that it would upset the staff but why be even more rude when you see me again? Thats absurd. Why discriminate against us? This is ridiculous and if I hadnt worked at a good jewelry store before, Id be left under the impression that all of these stores have obnoxious staff who choose who theyd like to sell to or who looks like theyre going to spend. I suggest that someone speaks to Victoria as the professional decorum should be spread evenly across all guests, not her preferred clientele. The experiences in this store have been such a nuisance in such a happy time in my life. I only go to this location as I fly in from fort lauderdale and stay close so its convenient but I would rather drive to Pines or Sunrise then to ever give my money to this location again.

This was one of the most uncomfortable places I have been. The desperate sales flunkies are at the front door ready to pounce on you 4 seconds from walking in the door. And then they ask you a couple of questions Not Caring what you are saying you now have 2 flunkies puting a whole bunch of crap on front of you and they are both chirping stuff at you Not to you But At you. Now the worst part of the hole thing is you have also this Rent a Stooge checking me out and made me feel so so uncomfortable. That did it I was DoneNew tag line. He didnt go to jar head and his day was better. He went to Richards.

Great value and excellent service

I went into jared a couple of weeks ago with a diamond ring to trade in and exchange for an engagement right. The employee I spoke with said and put it in writing the store would give me $5000 toward a ring and I would buy a $4500 ring and use the remaining $500 toward rewards for other jewelry. I said I would be back in a couple of days to finalized the offer. She called me two days later and said she provided me misinformation and in order to satisfy the written agreement I would have to purchase a ring for $10000, which was not stated the first time I went in and was not in the written agreement. I called customer service and explained the situation and they told me a resolution specialist would be in touch with me in regards to this matter. The resolution specialist left a message on my phone telling me the employee clearly stated the stores policy when I was in there and they could do nothing to satisfy the written agreement because they can only go off what the employee said even though it was a flat out lie. The specialist said regardless of any agreement written up between the employee and I if they deny it ever happened they have to go based off what the employee says. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS EVER DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I absolutely positively HATE this store! From pushy half of a man ARDY to their lying managers Queenessa – or whatever her name is! I am not sure if it is the base of their clientele that cause their mannerism to be so vile, however I will never return to this store......EVER!!
