I Honestly LOVE this place, but the best thing, (apart from the glazed donuts, mmmmmm makes me hungry just thinking about it.) is that its next to Barnes and nobles, a good book store, so you can get a book and read while having a DELICIOUS snack! DEFINITELY a To-Go For People Looking For Good Donuts.

I finally got to try them HOT donuts.....hmmm (delicious)...nothing like them...

They open at 6am. I got there at 622amOrdered 2 dozen donuts for the team I work with at a hospital. Shift starts at 640am.Well, no donuts ready, it would be 20 minutes to start the glaze machine up I was told.So needless to say NO donuts. As I would have been late for a shift and that is not going to happen.Donuts are good, especially Krispy Kreme.Being late to work bad.That is the only reason for the one star.

Very disappointed with service and lack of customer service, you are a late hour doughnut place and you telling me you only have glazed doughnuts and ran out of bags. Then when telling you what I wanted you got the Oder totally wrong at the drive through. Your store and associates need additional training and service skills.

This place is really good and the donuts have always been fresh. They unfortunately and really understaffed. If you walk in to this place expect to be the last priority. I have had to wait a good 15-20 mins while the 2 ladies tended to drive thru people who showed up long after me. If they hired someone to just tend to the carryout people full time this would be a 5 star spot for sure.

Took quite a while for the 2 workers to acknowledge us even though we are the only two in the lobby. Then they took a while to actually help and grab the donuts. Maybe hire a 3rd worker to help out? Im sure the food is still good so 4 star

The wait was ridiculous considering there were only two cars in the drive-thru ahead of us. The employees were arguing with each other and kept getting my hazelnut latte wrong. (Iced, right? No, hot. Large? No, Small!). Ive been to this location before and never had an issue.

I loved my Krispy Kreme in NYC. Second time I’ve been to this location and I was sent away because they had no glazed donuts for the Fathers Day bogo. They offered me nothing as a substitute. Not my 1st issue with this business but it will be my last. Dandee donuts are so much better. Cya!

I found a pie e of a paper towel in my coffee. And we ordered coffees that were extremely strong flavored. Then there was a small selection of doughnuts when we went there and one of the women walked away from me while I was giving them my order.

Customer service is excellent and the insude is very clean.

Dont trust online orders with Krispy Kreme.If they are out of something they will not call you to let you know and just fill the box to whatever is available. You will be stuck with something you probably didnt order nor did you want.

The donuts were delicious, but the employees we interacted with were VERY rude. They were grumpy, short and snappy with their responses, and they got our order wrong. Then, when we told them our order was wrong they told us, no, you said you wanted this. The employees there have less than zero customer service skills. The only thing they put effort into is being rude.

Stopped in for the free doughnut with proof of COVID vaccine. Also got a second doughnut and coffee. The person who served me was friendly, helpful, and professional. The doughnuts were fresh and tasty, as was the coffee. It made for a nice mid-afternoon break.

Poorly ran store. Hot now sign is on 24/7. 1st experience the originals weren’t hot. 2nd they only had 3 types of doughnuts. 3rd the computers were down so they couldn’t take cash or card…

Been to the Krispy Kreme in North Miami love that place the way they make it but this one here in Fort Lauderdale wasnt too good the donuts was sitting on the baking sheet but they were NOT made fresh like they do in North Miami when they want Im not going back again Ill stick to North Miami they make them fresh all the time

Ordered 3 donuts and they didnt want to give me 83 cents change. They didnt say anything:Just closed the window. I waited and asked for my change. Said they were low on change and couldnt give it to me. So, I gave them 17 cents. They still didnt want to give me a dollar. Finally after arguing with them I got my money. They are a bunch of thieves. Place was dirty and donuts were not warm.

I went through their drive-in window earlier today. The young lady who served me was delightful. I believe her name was Euginie (might be the wrong spelling though). I ordered two glazed donuts and a medium coffee. Because I had my dog with me, she gave me an ice cold cup of water to go along with my order. Ill go back. Great donuts and friendly service. Hopefully this young lady will be there so that I can thank her again!

Satan herself started & maintains this Krispy Kreme. The donuts are unbelievable & I cannot go there unsupervised again. Only can use drive through & employees NEVER get the order correct. But it doesnt matter bc all of the donuts are delish however it is irritating to not receive whats ordered. The donuts deserve 5 stars but Im subtracting one star bc the last 3 times theyve messed up my order & another one bc while the glazed were hot & fresh, I didnt feel thr same about the others. I still ate them ofc.

The doughnut attendant Dee Dee was very rude and let my family know how loud we were being while deciding what we were going to buy from the establishment. By letting us know we were hurting her ears by how loud we were. Her exact quote was First of all you all are hurting my ear and second of all what do you want? Its a good thing for the company that there are not many Krispy Kremes in the area that make the doughnuts fresh. If there were I would have left the establishment. I understand people do not like working over the holidays, But our love for the doughnuts outweighed Dee Dees rudeness. So we still purchased the doughnuts. Dee Dee needs some training before she loses other sales for the corporation.

The lady over the intercom couldn’t hear us, she was getting very rude because we kept correcting her. Ordered a dozen of donuts, vanilla ice coffee, & a Frappuccino. We got doughy donuts, black iced coffee (the way it tasted, it shouldn’t even be called coffee), & a coke. The donuts were better 3 hours later after they had sat out.

Horrible Service, the guy who took our order was literally outside talking to some girl, then the other guy inside just walked back and forth without even acknowledging that we were sitting in the car. Finally the guy outside who took our order finally came in and to the window to take the payment no good Afternoon no Hello nothing just your total. Finally after 10-15 minutes out box of doughnuts was shoved in our hands. End of service. WOW!!!! I guess they are really essential, and are really worried about a paycheck. You really want to work and earn a paycheck get a clue and act like you want to work and learn some customer Service.

This location seems to be cutting corners on the donuts. Often times they are smaller than normal and the donut bars are misshapen and always extra small. Theres no excuse because Im sure Krispy Kreme has standardized production methods.

If youve never had hot Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, you need to try them! However, be warned, that their coffee is not nearly as good as their donuts. In fact I would say their coffee is among the worst coffee Ive had anywhere. This location has a very small inside seating area, but there is a little bit more room outside. Its definitely more suited for Grab & go.
