I was there for a vacation/work trip and was blown away by how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Made me feel right at home. Food was great too, and made with care. I’d highly recommend.

It was a late night exploring and saw this place.. no line no people.. the food was good and came out fast.. customer service could use some work.

Walked in today, no other customers, one of the employees, was sitting and eating. She got up with a disturbed look on her face. Was quick and short and rude. She barely spoke when we inquired about the different menus and different items on the board. We spent $45 and she continued with her behavior. It amazes me that youve gotten any comments that have been positive if her attitude was to stay like this.

I stumbled upon this little shop and I’m glad I did. The coffee was amazing! My wife and I each ordered omelettes for breakfast and they were packed and huge!

Went here for dinner with my husband expecting good food based on the reviews and wanted to go to a nice sit down Italian restaurant. That’s definitely not what it is. There was only one lady working and she was taking orders at the counter and making food. We got mozzarella sticks that she brought out first that were undercooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. The gentleman behind us wanted extra crispy mozzarella sticks and his looked to be even more undercooked than ours were. When she brought out our lasagnas they were in tin containers like you have for a frozen meal at home. The cheese wasn’t melted on the top at all and it wasn’t even hot. The noodles were mush and the sauce was watered down. So gross we couldn’t take more than one bite. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the lady working gave us a refund for our lasagnas. Would definitely not recommend this place

Best Sandwich I have ever had... highly reccomend the Colloseum Sandwich.

Went here two days in a row, firstly I had a panzerotti with chicken and it was fantastic! A huge portion with tons of cheese and sauce, also deep fried to perfection. The second day I took my girlfriend for breakfast, we got a wrap with cooked ham and a croissant with prosciutto it was absolutely great! Highly recommended.

So far Ive had friendlier, more enthusiastic customer service at chain fast food restaurants. No greeting when I walked in to this very quaint and brightly lit mostly sandwich serving shop. At the counter I barely got a what can I get for you let alone a smile. Dont remember a thank you or any other variation of it from the single non-teen age employee. Well see if theres a more positive update as my visit goes on. I certainly hope so. So the parmigiana chicken sandwich is tasty though slightly overcooked. Reasonably priced for the area. I will be back to try the lasagna and some of their delicious looking deserts! For now Ill stick with 3 stars.

Visiting from Denver Colorado and found this amazing restaurant next to our Hotel. Great food. Great place. The owner was very engaging and talkative when we entered.I had the steak and egg Panini along with onion rings and fries, all of which were made to order. Thanks for the different experience! Id recommend trying this reasonably priced restaurant. 👍

Got a roast beef sub, it was amazing and the man at the counter was a legitimate italian. He was very nice. Will come back for sure the next time im in fort Lauderdale.

The location is nice I appreciate the service just wish the ketchup wasn’t so sweet, and the cheesecake taste dry like it’s missing something idk what but yea the lasagna is very salty with wayyyy too much grease and that’s about it otherwise it’s a great place.

Friendly service and tasty sandwiches in a great location. Id like to offer a friendly suggestion. They need to go to a great coffee shop and see how good coffee is made and what it should taste like. We ordered cappuccinos and couldn’t even finish them. Grind your own beans. The machines are very cheap, and it will greatly improve the quality of the coffee. We did enjoy the sandwiches tho!

Some of the best food we’ve ever had on many vacations. Best chicken parm EVER. Great cannolis. We’ve always had great service, it’s a laid back place. People complaining about the service this is not a fancy restaurant where they’ll pull out your chair it’s a beachside cafe where you can come in in a swimsuit and get amazing quality food in a huge serving for half what it should cost.

Was recommended this restaurant by our hotel staff. We walked in and stood there in front of 2 employees and they looked at us and then looked back down to the paperwork they were filling out. Never said a word. We stood there for at least 2 min. Finally decided to just walk out after feeling unwanted. While we started walking out he finally said hi. By that time was too late. Too bad for them. They are the ones that lost the business.

As soon as we walked in the lady here was very rude! She rolled her eyes every time we asked for condiments or had questions! She didn’t wear gloves not one time and I didn’t see her wash her hands. The burger was okay and the fries were so bland! We won’t be back.

Found it online, really excited about a Italian coffee place thats close by and open 24/7.. This is not true, we walked 15 minutes from the hotel and at 730, nope. Then again at 8am thinking it HAS to be open. NOPE... 8am and the coffee place is closed... Employee inside the locked door gives me the eyeroll and Im out...

Do you want your food to be unedible, and terribly made??? Well come right on down, I ordered a chicken Parmesan and when I brought it my hotel room, all the oil and cheese and went through all the bread and bag layers, the bread feels like its been dunked in water and then soft cheese and very hard chicken has been added to it, I considered returning it and asking for my money back but I just wanted to forget about the whole thing, my friend ordered the lasagna and it was about the same quality as the chicken. 1/10 would rather eat raw horse meat

Food was fine, I had a smoked salmon bagel, chicken caesar salad and asked for mango cheescake but only plain was available. Caesar dressing could have been more flavorful (maybe garlic) and mango for the cheesecake would have been nice. I would go back because service was friendly, prompt and food fresh. We visited Kisses in October 2015 and had a 5/5 experience. The owner was friendly and the food was good. We went back last week and it was an entirely different experience. There was only one girl working the register and the line - she seemed unfamiliar with the menu, with where everything was located, and how to make what we ordered. She was frazzled, paralyzingly slow, and definitely needed support staff. It took 45 minutes from the time we placed 4 simple orders to the time we walked out with our food. All the orders were wrong in some way - like a grilled chicken sub instead of a chicken cutlet sub, even after we specified. Too bad because its such a convenient location to the Sonesta and the beach! Well stick with Primanti Brothers in the future.

Fresh meats on display for sandwiches, great customer service and an overall chill vibe. Not to mention that everyhing tastes super great because it is super fresh and made to order.

I had a bacon, onion, spinach and cheese omelet at the Kisses From Italy inside Wyndham Palm Aire Resort. To start, the lady behind the counter was very nice and did not get annoyed when I took my time looking over the menu. The omelet was not good however and I spent the rest of the day with a very upset stomach. When u walk in there is an odor of burnt that I believe attributed to me getting sick. There was bacon on only one end of the omelet, very little cheese and enough spinach to feed 2 people.My husband did order a canoli and said it ok. If you are looking for a meal I dont recommend this place.
