Love coming here! I’ve already been here a few times and it is always such Grewal service, beautiful indoor decor and such a comfortable and warm atmosphere! Their cappuccino is, as always, so good!!

The staff at Capital One Cafe have always been friendly and very helpful. I mostly use this Cafe for my banking needs. One day their ATM was not accepting cash and I was told the next closest location in a Target store was also not accepting cash and for my inconvenience while I searched for a location to continue my banking needs the manager provided me with any size any flavor coffee of my desire on the house. Thats the kind of customer service that I expect and they gladly provided it freely and generously.

We are becoming Florida residents and needed to switch our banking from a NY credit union to a FL bank. I liked Capital One because of the interest rates but now I like this bank even more since the wonderful customer service we received from Edward Gomez.Edward was super friendly. He has a great customer service personality. He helped us set up our accounts and make initial money transfers from one of our existing accounts. He explained all of the services available to us. He called tech support on our behalf when we ran into any problems. I can’t say enough good things about Edward and the service he provided to us today! I look forward to banking with CapitalOne in the future.

A bank and a cafe in one. What a novel idea. Capital One cafe has become a community minded location to have meetings, as well as learn about financial literacy. Their menu consists of croissants and sandwiches, as well as a wonderful selection of coffee, both hot and iced as well as frozen. I love coming here!

As a Downtowner, I use FreeBee to popover to Las Olas for a cool ice coffee (try the Fog with whipped ice). This café gives Capital One cardholders 50% off. If you live at Icon or Amaray then you get free coffee drinks with a food purchase. Great service, friendly smiles, great coffee and ATMs.

First time using this cap1 cafe and it was great! Edward helped us with a deposit and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I dont want to bank anywhere else now if its not a cap1 cafe.

The place itself is great, you can’t never go wrong with Peets coffee! The stuff is very cool and for those who got to do some bank transactions and have the time for a coffee it’s just right. Although, they preferible pour the coffee in disposable cups instead of mugs, but you can ask for the mug to avoid the pollution -they only have one size though. The baked goodies are served in plastic plates, that’s why this is a 4 out of 5 review!

Cafe was recently temporarily closed but I still need to deposit cash. I was told there was a 24 hour atm there but I did not see one. Someone please help.

Jose was the BEST. PROFESSIONAL,CURTIOUS. He helped me to FULLY overstand how to use the app and many other services I didnt even know they had. HE helped me handled my payment issue I had with another bank. Overall the place is run properly and is Covid19 safe. Have a blessed holiday.

Oh my. Nothing but amazing. The staff are so friendly. It is great to have this banking-cafe here in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. The set up is cozy. Makes you feel good to be a customer with capital one. Met Edward there on my visit and he made my time there nothing less than extraordinary. Will def go again. Oh and the coffees Pretty good. Note: paper straws are used, so drink fast. 😉

I opened a checking account and I have the best service talking over coffee. I don’t remember a better baking experience. I do not feel it was banking at all. Edward G had great knowledge and answered all my questions, was extremely friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were enjoying the Exotics on Las Olas event today when a nice gentleman asked us if we would like something free from the Capital One booth. Thank you for the free bag and sunglasses! Also, after we were walking away the same gentleman gave us two coupons for coffee. That was a very nice gesture and we both proud to be Capital One customers.

Used ATM in front foyer area in late June (this location was still closed except for front foyer) to pay my credit card bill and deposit money also. Capital One is the best.

Went in for a quick atm deposit and was greeted by the manger Jose and he was awesomely awesome. He made me feel so welcomed and the cafe was nice and cozy. I definitely will be back to enjoy the good tea I had.

Business manager does not answer the phone or reply to text messages as she ask to do....associates can not do anything, just her??? Really?

Spoke to account manager of Capital One “Ann” (who didn’t want to provide her last name) ID # IMV667, she spoke over me and was at one point yelling over me on the phone worst customer service of all time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN COMING HERE. Go to an actual bank this is a scam. As a single mother this was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I hope no one has to go through what I went through. Customer service is about hearing the clients concerns and making it right did not care at all about me or my family.

Wow! This is the best Coffee Cafe ever! They are in partner with Peets Coffee. The staff is friendly, professional, and speedy with advice and info. Their coffee Espresso is the best, and you guys have to try their pastries. I lick my fingers all the time! Dont think that the tables are just for banking customers..it is an actual lounge. Its a Bank and a coffee lounge all in One..Capital One! Whats in your wallet!

Spacious, bright, friendly, uncrowded. Lots of outlets, both AC and USB. Beautiful bathrooms. Limited food menu, but its not a restaurant - its a big co-working space. So long, Starbucks.Peets coffee is half price if youre a Capital One customer, which I am and will always be as long as they continue to provide gorgeous spaces like this.Oh, also - the coolest ATMs ever.You can use the space without a Capital One account, but its worth opening one just to say thanks (and for the half-price lattes).

Walked into Capital One cafe on Las Olas Blvd to get a credit card. Almajan was very courteous and informative. The coffee was great also. The customer service is great and not over bearing like theyre pressuring you to get an account with them. Wi-fi, A/C and coffee = quick break from work. Thanks

The employees were extremely friendly. The manager Jose greeted me at at the door and could not have been nicer. Plus half price coffee how can you go wrong.

The cafe is attractive from the front and on the inside The staff was attentive and helpful The problem is THERE IS NO PLACE TO PARK There is street parking on Las Las ($1.75 an hour whom you can find a space)but for anyone who lives in Ft Lauderdale will tell you...avoid Las Olas in the car. Inside the cafe are several ATM machines. Probally great if you need cash but to deposit checks it is an ordeal. I had cashiers check that the deposit app on my phone would not accept because they were MoneyGrams. I had to deposit them or mail them. I drove 35 minutes to the cafe and another 20 minutes in the car looking for a spot to park Once inside it took 20 minutes to deposit the checks as k e machine broke after 1 deposit and for the rest kf the checks I had to adjust the amount on the ATM screen of the check amount as the scan of each check was incorrectly read by the ATM.Bottom line is if your going for coffee and Danish there are better cafes close by If you are going to bank there be prepared to drive around looking for parking.
