This place is fantastic there are many smoke shops that are simply there to rip you off and sell you cheap product this is not that place. I came to the Smoky news with some issues with one of my vaporizing pens and I was very graciously and professionally assisted by Nick he was able to resolve my issues with great efficiency and the prices were great. The shop is nice with a wide selection of cigars smoking pieces and tobacco, they even have hookah accessories. Highly recommend the Smoky news A+ 5 stars

I do not enjoy leaving a bad review but a friend and I went in and bought a couple vapes one did not work and the second one stopped working less than 24 hours ok no problem but the guy that worked in the store had no product knowledge and got angry with us for getting a refund and switching vapes. He was very unprofessional and idk what he is going through in his life but I will never go back to that store unless the new vape stops working to get a refund

This is a very nice place. It’s ducked up but fully loaded in supplies. I purchased an ithor conceal vape pen. Worked amazing. I did however slammed it and knocked the battery lose but it’s good. It has a warranty which helped.The gentleman there helped me and was super knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed.

Don’t go here...I apparently inconvenienced the “manager” cashier today by asking him to please grab a different pack of Backwoods that were fresher & it was an issue for him. He said he doesn’t care he’s losing business from paying customers & to go elsewhere...that the owner already knows “what he has to deal with.”

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a water pipe, and made it back to my hotel to discover a large crack across it, without have even taken it out of the box with bubble wrap. I called and asked what I should do and I was instructed to come the next day when a manager was there, so I go to give them a call the next day and it says the phones out of service. I call the next day, (today), and explain my situation again. A very nasty employee told me he had no idea what to do and told me to come in on Monday when the manager would be there, but I am leaving tomorrow, (Saturday) and as I explained this to him he proceeded to tell me how he didnt care and it was NOT his problem. I then asked him what his name was, as I would be including it in the review, and he hung up on me. I called back again 10 minutes later and asked for his name again, and he hung up yet again. Then my boyfriend called and asked for directions and asked for his name and FOR A THIRD TIME HUNG UP ON. Worst service and most uneducated employees!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Seeing as to you can get all of the pieces in store for about $10-$90 cheaper online!!!!

I was there last Sunday only to buy some refills and coils for my old vapes, but the guy, Mike, was so helpful and kind that I bought more vapes and Juices. He gave me discount and was very comprehensive all the time. The Juices from the store is very good, I bought the dragon fruit and banana and Im loving it. I recommend everything about this vape shop. Mike will be patient and will help you in anything that you need. Im pretty sure that Im not gonna buy vapes in anywhere else. Is not only 5 stars, its 100 stars.
