Beware their vape batteries. I was sold one battery, it was dead and would not charge. Took it into the shop the next day, and it turns out all of the batteries they had in the display case of similar type were also dead. I looked at the battery contact, and it wasnt clean, which makes me think theyre selling used batteries.The only offering was a replacement with a smaller battery, with the statement, we dont do returns or exchanges.Their glass might look nice, but theyve lost my business.

Purchased vaporizer from Puff Puff Pass. It was defective. Store employees said I had to deal with the owner to return or exchange it. He was never there when they said he would be. I left my number but he didnt call me until after i posed my negative review. He said he would take care of it and make it right so i changed my review to 5 starts. He said he would call me back the next day. That was weeks ago. He disappeared. Back to 1 star.I returned the vaporizer to the manufacture who said they would make it right. Ive purchased a lot from this store. Will never purchase anything from this store again.EDIT after owner response.Like I said, I returned it to the manufacture (at my own expense) and they replaced it. If you misplaced my contact info, you could have replied to my comment since thats a way to contact me rather than waiting weeks for something to happen. Or just let your employees handle these situations or call you immediately to say there is a customer issue that needs to be addressed.

I come here constantly for all my vaping needs and anything else I also get great prices and never sold short. If they do not have something available they will get it or they will find something very similar an equal productivity. Defiantly recommend to everyone in the area!

My friend had a horrible experienced with customer service and purchased a faulty REASTICK that they did not stand behind even though she only owned for 24 hours. They stated they bought from China and would lose money. I guess they don’t buy from manufacturers but black market. Buyer beware!
