Absolutely, terrible service. Female employee didnt know the inventory and seemed to not like answering questions. Then, I was literally ignored. I will not be spending the money here…

Never again. This business should be out of business. Never delivered my gift to a friend and when I called the guy answering the phone was irrespecutful and unprofessional. At least got my money back but this will never replace the frustration of my friend never received a gift from me.

Don’t waste your money!! Got at call at 11:59am. saying “You’re not avail. Call us back to deliver this arrangement that someone bought for you.” I called by 1:15. Said I would be home by 3. They said “no, YOU CAN PAY US TO DELIVER IT TOMORROW.” No call in the am to let me know or to schedule or to see when I would be home.I said “forget it, Refund whoever bought it for me.” He said “no refunds”. I said I’ll leave a review warning ppl. He hung up on me. So here’s your warning about this place.When you purchase one for a recipient… They don’t call to see if you’re home. If you aren’t they leave and call you telling you it’s gonna cost you money if we want it delivered. SCREEEEEWWW. THAT!!!! I call that a scam!!!

Terrible. so disgusted. Was supposed to be delivered today. Still hadnt been delivered at 5pm and then they sent emaail saying attempt unsuccessful. Completely annoying. Unprofessional. Very Bad. STAY AWAY! BAD BUSINESS

I have no complaints. Received chocolate covered strawberries in the get well soon box. Delivery was great they had no problem finding my apartment in my complex which i was worried about and chocolate strawberries were so fresh and good , presentation awesome 😎

I ordered a Thanksgiving cupcake arrangement for my mom and when it was delivered all the cakes were smashed. My mom told the delivery driver about it and his response was to call the store and left. When I finally got a hold of the store they were trying to convince me to accept store credit. The delivery fee is $15.00 dollars and the store wasn’t even able to transport the cupcakes a few minutes away from their store. Worst part was that nobody cared from the driver to the store owner. At the end I was able to get less than half what I paid for back. I will definitely never order from this store again. It’s clear that no one cares about their products or their customers.

I ordered an edible arrangement for my friend who just had surgery. Its just what the doctor ordered! It was beautiful, fresh and they said it was delicious! This is so much better than flowers!! Will definitely order again!

Requested a refund on my order before it was delivered and they “delivered” it anyway and then charged me full price when I never even received the order ! I sat home all afternoon and know for sure it wasn’t just dropped off at my door even though the lady says they have proof it was lol what a lie ! Your delivery guy must have took a picture & then ate the order himself ! I’ve Been waiting almost 1 month for an “investigation” to be done and my refund returned. Seriously this company makes way too much money to take 1 month to return a small order of 50$...Like seriously.... HIGHLY UNSATISFIED

Reasonable and Delicious

First off, I have ordered from edible arrangements for years with no problems. This particular store has very poor customer service! Stay away!!I placed a Valentines day order on Tuesday, 2/11; to be delivered on Friday (Valentines day) 2/14 during business hours. I recieved my confirmation number along with the order number via email the same day of the order.The day of delivery the store never delivered the order or inform me that there was any problem with the order. I tried calling the store to get the status in which the phone was unanswered. I tried one last time and a female answered.I provided her with the order number and requested the status. She stated, Oh dear, and told me to hold on. For over 20 minutes I was on hold. I hung up and called back multiple times and was forwarded to a recording each time.Therefore I drove 35 minutes to the store while on hold to check the status of my order. I made contact with a female employee behind the counter who was not busy.I explained to her I had been put on hold the entire time and had driven to the store; in order to get the status for my order. Mind you, this was an all day event and the order was supposed to be delivered during business hours. I arrived at the store approximately 4:10pm.The female employee complained they were busy and walked to the back and never returned. A few minutes later who I assumed was a manager Delores came to the front counter from the back room.She had the audacity to ask if I wanted to deliver the order myself. At that point I cancelled the order and vowed to never use this store again. So once again, take my advice and stay away from this store!

Great experience. I got exactly what I wanted. The service was wonderful. My arrangement was the perfect thank you gift. Everyone loved it. You cant go wrong with an Edible Arrangements.

I ordered 5 fruit arrangements delivered to 5 different states and cites. There was no problem and all got delivered on time and with a smile.I called to speak to costumer service because I couldn’t figure out how to make a running tab going from order to order state to state. The male I spoke to was very helpful but what he told me didn’t work on line. I ended up ordering each separately rather then one total amount. So I think maybe making it easier to use when you are making multiple order would be appreciatedThe fruit was fresh and good tasting and the chocolate was rich and creamy. This is what my family reported back to me. I unfortunately didn’t taste any of the fruit. We live too far apart. It also looked good and was well presented but

Horrible service!! ordered some edibles today everything was you need a id fax in your information etc... for a simple pastry. Every singe time I order it’s a issue. Poor customer service.

The worst experience ever. I tried to send my daughter an arrangement at college. The driver tried to give the arrangement to whom ever would sign for it. The manager was worst than the driver. Her attitude was the worse. She wanted to argue more than try to resolve my problem.

The food is lovely the arrangements of beautiful but like everything else the prices are a little high

EXTREMELY Disappointed. I havent seen my girlfriend for the past several months since shes been studying for graduate school. I decided to get her an edible arrangement at this store since she lives fairly close. I gave them the correct information including address, phone number and name. Not only did they not send my confirmation email as they claimed they would, they also gave the arrangement to their next door neighbor and wrote a card with the incorrect message for: Nick, Kathy & Cori. Merry Christmas?NEVER using Edible Arrangements again. Flowers and a plush bear PERSONALLY sent will do.

Worse service ever..!! Did not get my order at all..!! The manager that took order is rude and does not want to take responsibility for messing up my order. For a temperature controlled item, better care should be taken. It was stale, the package was sweaty and it was inconvenient to pick up. Delivery was yesterday and I waited all day only to be called to pick it up and its not fresh. Customer service is a zero
