The worst experience ever! They gave me an offer and said they do not nickel and dime. Your quote is guaranteed but that was the furthest from the truth. They deducted $25 when they got here and they said it was the dispatcher aka the guy who picks up the car decision to take my car or not. All of this is after I waited an entire week for him to pick my car up. I took off work twice after making an appointment only to get stood up. Just unbelievable. There dispatch for the Missouri City area and this company was a major let down. From start to finish

So all in all it seemed like a fair deal fair place. I called early in the morning to get everything set up they made me an offer for $75 a manager named ERIK personally texted me and was asking about the vehicle and I told him I called around looking for a better price, found a place that would pay me a little more then what US JUNK was offering. He instantly came back with we will give you $110 so I told him I would call and cancel the other place. He then started asking me questions about the vehicle and if it ran or drove ETC. I told him the died so it currently doesn’t start.(Keep in mind he already priced it and said he would come get it.)After telling him this and giving out my personal information the reply’s stopped and I haven’t heard from anyone in over 5hours. Not sure what is going on and if this is how business is conducted where they say one thing and do another I must say very disappointing and bad character trait especially coming from a MANAGER.

The process from beginning to end was so super easy, I was very impressed. I couldnt believe I was getting paid when they were making my life easy. My mechanic mention that I could probably get more for my piece of junk car by driving it to a salvage yard that he knows of, but who has time for that?! I wasnt even sure if my car would make the 20 minute drive without overheating. I called USJunkCars, the rep put me on hold for 60 seconds, came back offered me $125, asked me more information about the car, then gave me a reference number. Not even an hour later, I received a call from a local salvage yard that came, loaded the car on a tow truck and gave me $125 cash. Less than two hours, and I had that headache out of my life and some spending change in my pocket. Needless to say, I am satisfied.

I decided against AAA after a friend of mine informed that she had an issue with transferring paperwork.I called US Junk Cars, and was directed to their customer service department where Nataki took care of all my needs. I had questions in regards to all paperwork that would be done. I was very skeptical about the entire idea of getting my car picked up without knowing 100% it would not be in my name there after. I also did not want the car back on the road.Aside from my inquiries, I did not have a tangible title nor registration and needed to know if that was okay.Nataki reassured me that the tow yard assigned to removing my vehicle is very reputable, gave me some background, her direct line and email, making me feel the utmost comfortable and confident in the integrity of this company.I was put on hold for a moment, and she came back to inform me of an alternate method to proving ownership of the vehicle and said one of her reps would call me back with a quote, and proceed in scheduling my pickup.Less than ten minutes another young lady gave me a call back with a more than fair price for a 14 year old car and within an hour I had a set time and date.I wish I could thank Nataki’s supervisor personally for the vastly comforting service I received. I answered, but no one came.Yesterday I texted asking why car was still here. No response. So today I called, and was told that tow company said car was inaccessible (not true), but no one had given me the courtesy of contacting me. The phone rep attempted to blame the week-long delay on the tow company, and when I told her that THEY were responsible for their contractors, she hung up on me.I do NOT recommend USJunkCars; it has been an awful experience all around.ADDITION: US JunkCars has replied to my review with incorrect information. My car was at the end of my driveway in the front yard, not blocked by other cars. I am a retired woman who has not worked in over a decade. I am home all day. All day. I never asked them to pick up the car after 7:00pm. The call with their rep was not dropped; she hung up. I never received a voicemail from them after they hung up on me when I pointed out that they were responsible for the inaction of their contractors. As I stated the first time--POOR experience all around. The dishonesty of their reply says it all.

I said one moment I have to look it up. He said just call back when you have it.
