Very professional service from Nicole. I definitely wasn’t expecting that. Ended up paying much less than I thought. This is why I bought an Audi!

We are long-time residents and well respected hard working business professionals in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. My partners experience with the Ft Lauderdale Audi service department was very disappointing. Her 2016 Audi TT with approximately 7,400 miles required a new turbocharger. We complained on several occasions about the issue during the warranty period and were told they couldn’t find nor duplicate the issue, we believed the service department and continued to drive the car. The problem continued and ultimately the turbocharger was replaced several months outside of the warranty period at a discounted cost to us in the amount of $2,000.00. The problem continued despite the new turbocharger including no power and always in the aggressive driving mode. When we brought it back, we were told by the general manager Mr Randy (last name unknown) the problem was not the turbocharger but it was our cruise control. We later found the problem was not the cruise control but the turbocharger-we believe Randy may have mislead us. We do not make this accusation lightly and without proof. We have proof and written documentation clearly showing something was amiss . We purposefully held off writing this review because we don’t like to cause problems for others but felt an obligation to make others aware of our experience to help avoid it from happening to others. While I hope this was an isolated case, I respectfully ask the Ft Lauderdale Audi dealership to review their policies and procedures to avoid this from happening to others. Based on our experience we would not recommend the Ft Lauderdale Audi dealership.

Terrific experience with Jeff at Audi of Fort Lauderdale. He found my dream car and its a beauty. The Audi A5 coupe is gorgeous, sporty and fun to drive. Its a real head turner. Came in to buy a high end Audi R8 cash out the door. No one came over to introduce themselves and offer any help while I was in there. Every available salesman just stood in the corner watching. I opened the door to view the inside of the car and immediately one salesman yelled “ NO TOUCHING “ and shook his finger at me. Absolutely disrespectful and ruined a 217,000 $ sale. Looks like Miami Audi will be gaining my business now.

I’m very disappointed and shocked how Audi service was when I drop my car off for an oil change. I work very early in the morning so this was my 1st time dropping my car off at this location to get service. I was helped by lady name Aylin, I told her my wipers was turning on sometimes by themselves and could please find out why. She told me it was a sensor in my car that needed to be replaced. I sent her over my warranty information and asked for it to be fixed. Now it’s 4pm in the afternoon and I’m getting off when I arrive to the dealership my car still isn’t ready. I waited and when my car was done I was told the sensor wasn’t not done can I should come back on Monday. I dropped my car off at 7am and at 4:40pm. I was told I only got an oil change. I came to this dealership to spend my money on GREAT service and Got service like I walked in to a Jiffy Lube.

He has helped to get my car back into the condition that is expected of it as well as helping me find the root cause of my concern, I couldnt be happier to have found a knowledgeable and experienced individual to help me maintain the pivotal tool that gets me to and from each day.

This review is about the service department, Found out after paying $180+ an hour for service on my audi that they are only paying the mechanics like $20-30 an hour. This should be illegal. Mechanics are entitled to 1/3 of the labor rate, I will be contacting Audi Corporate to let them know also.

I just moved from Fort Lauderdale to Oregon, and took my car in for service before making the drive. Place is always dead, go in there for car wash nobody says hello. I also have a Mercedes and their customer is top notch. Asked for tires to be cleaned on the wash and the guy said they don’t do that any more it’s extra. But the GM said no it’s complementary. If you love dull personality car reps come here or go to North Miami Audi.

Rarely can you say that a sales team is as good as the services team at a car dealership. But in this instance, I think the sales teams service levels might be higher than the service department at Audi Fort Lauderdale. My 2007 A6 was at her last mile, and even though Audi had an opportunity to take advantage of my situation, they did the exact opposite. Frank, my sales rep, provided me with all the information needed to make a decision. He gave me time to look at other vehicles at other dealerships, and never put pressure on me. When it was down to the wire on decision making, I provided my needs and wish list, and Frank was able to beat my expectations and get me to stay in the Audi family. From that point forward, it was an easy and nearly fun process. From a 2007 A6 to 2019 Q5 in the matter of 12 hours. The Audi brand is represented well at Audi Fort Lauderdale, and they have another very happy customer!

I drove all the way up from Miami to purchase my Q5. I already knew what I wanted and Seth made it as easy as can be to complete the deal. No traditional sales tactics. I went in today inquiring about a A5. I reviewed the sportback and wanted to do a test drive to get a feel for how it drives. The lady asked me when I was looking to purchases/leasing it, I said not sure yet want to do research but probably in the next 2 years or before. I was informed I can’t do a test drive because they don’t want to put the mileage on for someone who wants to buy it. This is the first time I ever heard of this. And she claimed she went to ask the manager if I could test drive and the manager also said no. So I can say they lost a potential customer and I wonder if others have been treated that way as well. On top of that she never gave me her business card and they didn’t have any brochures on the A5. A bad experience and horrible customer service.

Was looking to buy my dream car, the Audi A7, and I couldn’t have been more happy. Mark was excellent and helped me along the whole process. He knows his stuff and was able to answer every question I had. He showed me and explained all the features of the car and was helpful in getting all my paperwork filled out as needed. This past Friday, late afternoon, my sunroof decided to not close. I was not near my regular Audi dealer (coral gables), which when I called was told they couldn’t do anything to my car until Monday and a loaner was not an option at this point. Summer time in south Florida pretty much guarantees a rain shower daily. I was near the Fort Lauderdale Audi and pulled into the service entrance around 4pm hoping for a miracle, which I did get! I was quickly greeted and Aylin came outside to see how she could be of assistance. The sunroof was fixed, got a complementary car wash , and was out of the dealer by 5:30pm. I’ve never experienced such friendliness and efficiency at any Audi dealer, I’ve been leasing with Audi since 2010. Definitely worth the drive for my next service and lease!

I am quite satisfied with your service, but I am not satisfied with this certified used car, because I think there is an accident with this car, many gaps on both sides of the car are different , and the left side of the hood tilts forward about 2cm from the right side. If you touch it with your hand, its obvious. This shouldnt happen on a certified car, because you promised me the car absolutely no accident, but you cant explain why the gap is too big . After you have repaired this car twice, It still slightly pull to the right. I am a full-time student, I wish i can complain to your salesmen because they lied to me, but I dont have much time to deal with this car. Overall, it is not a satisfying experience. I will not recommend your used car to anyone.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership. I called enquiring about a vehicle and stated that I am in the Navy and am trying to purchase their vehicle but I was located in another state. I stated that I have been approved through Navy Federal and I didnt need to financing through them. The salesman basically told me that he didnt believe me. I went on and sent pictures of the check to prove that I did my do diligence. After being told that they were going to follow up with me, they did not! I called back and was given the run around. After a week they finally validated my information and decided to send me an offer. I emailed them several times to confirm the terms of the deal and never received a reply and my calls were ignored. Needless to say I purchased an Audi from Audi of West Palm and was treated with the respect a customer should be granted. I understand that many people arent as prepared as I was to make a purchase but I felt as if this dealership (Fort Lauderdale AUDI) made me out to be a second class citizen. I would never do business with the kind of individuals who I have dealt with at this location nor refer anybody!!!

I am a first time Audi owner, thanks to Bob our salesperson and Jim the finance manager. Bobs knowledge and professionalism made our decision to purchase our car very easy. He was extremely patient and thorough when answering each and every question that we presented him. His honesty is not an attribute of many car salesmen. My husband and I will not hesitate to refer Audi Ft. Lauderdale to family and friends, and especially Bob Gilbert.

Although I did not end up purchasing an Audi at this dealership, the ONLY reason that I did not was because I was in a rush and Fort Lauderdale was not local to me. I had found the exact make/color/interior at a dealsership closer to where I lived, so I went there instead. However, had I been able to, I would have gladly purchased at this dealership. Anthony worked with me on a car that I would have purchased had there not been one at a dealership closer to where I lived. He went above and beyond---and the experience I had with him was 100000% better than with the sales person at the dealership I bought from. In a perfect world, Anthony would have worked where I purchased. So even though I never stepped foot in this dealership, I would definitely recommend it and Anthony in particular! He was extremely understanding of my situation and helped me in a high stress, time sensitive situation. Definitely ask for him if youre looking for a car in the Fort Lauderdale area!

Ive had a horrible customer experience at Audi Fort Lauderdale. I went to go see a car, the next day called and put in offer. Only to have the offer used by the dealership to sell the car to someone else a few hours after I put in my offer.Talked with the managers what happened and they didnt care at all.

Got another A6 , smooth transaction. Very loyal to Audi Fort Lauderdale. They make it easy. Mark E was my salesman. Highly recommend him if you want a great experience!

Earlier this week I received the best customer service I had ever experienced at a car dealership at Audi Fort Lauderdale. I entered the dealership not knowing exactly which model I wanted, but Abbas Masri, my salesperson, could not have been more helpful. He was so knowledgeable and patient while answering all of my questions. He also took to explain the features of each car to ensure that I would pick one that best fit my needs. I can’t wait to go back next week with my final decision, and would definitely recommend this dealership and Abbas if you are in the market for a new car!

We leased our Audi from this dealership and were pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was and how friendly the staff was. Our salesman, Curt Early, was professional, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. He made sure we got the exact model we wanted and educated us on the cars many amazing features. Overall was a great experience and would definitely recommend to others!

Visited this dealership recently to turn in my Audi SUV lease while I was there I purchased an Infiniti G37 the salesmans name was Eric he was outstanding when it came to explaining everything on the car and also with financing I hope he doesnt mind me mentioning that if anyone has trouble getting financed come to this Audi dealer and ask for Eric I never thought that an Audi dealer could be so helpful

I’ve been many cars before. By far Mark Epperson my salesman at Audi was the best to deal with. I trusted him and he made it easy instead of feeling like it was a difficult thing to buy a car! Actually everyone there was easy to deal with. Good people!

This Audi dealership does not deserve to carry the name Audi. What a shame! The service people have very limited knowledge of the cars they are supposed to be servicing. Training anyone? They have no clue what they are doing and they blame the customer. Seriously? One service person tells you one thing, another person tells you another thing (if you get a hold of them in the first place, because they promise to call you but never will). The woman who deals with the loaner cars won’t even say hello or look at you. The service department manager would rather hide in his office than get out and actually solve problems. They keep the car for days and then they tell you to pick it up because they don’t know what’s wrong with it!! Run don’t walk! I would rather drive 100 miles than take my car to this dealership. People say “never say never”, but I’m saying NEVER to this dealership.

I originally did not plan on buying an Audi but looked at the A5 Cabriolet online and wanted to take a test drive. I was able to receive a quick response from the Audi Fort Lauderdale web sales team. Their representative was able to secure a test drive appointment when I requested. When I arrived I met my salesperson who was genuine and easy to get along with (thanks Bob G) and he introduced me to the rest of the team. From there I received nothing but world class customer service and was able to test drive the A5. After driving the A5, I decided to take it up a notch and grab the S5. I took the S5 without driving it. That did not sit well with the team and when I returned the next day to pick up the car they MADE me drive the S5. All I can say is oh wow!!! So now I believe in Audi and I am a very satisfied customer. My future looks good and if all goes well I am coming back Bob but this time for that little shiny car in the front.John

This was my first time having my Audi A4 serviced at this dealership. Larry Eacho was fantastic at making sure everything that needed doing was done. Felt like I was driving new car when I left. It seems like a place where they care that you get the best service.

Had to do an engine rebuild on my Audi A5 2011. These guys took great care of me. If you want a repair done right they are the best.
