Extremely disappointed in this place. Gulfstream Brewery is next door and Wool has always let customers park in their lot at night and then last night i went and they now close their lot to Gulfstream customers. BAD BUSINESS move. Only reason i bought supplies from you was because of a night long ago when i used your lot and discovered you while having a beer next door! So what if theres an empty can in your lot in the morning- pick it up and move on- aint that big of a deal to be NEIGHBORLY! Bad decision to lock good people out. DISAPPOINTED!

The show room is fancy, but the people are not very nice or helpful

Very poor customer service. Went to buy all the pieces that I had previously selected from their showroom and the person at the front desk told that I needed to leave the store since I didn’t had an appointment in a very rude way. Sorry to tell you that you just missed a $22,000 sale. This would had payed for the whole year salary of the lady that told me to leave your store. There are nicer ways of saying things. Bye bye Wool. You are not the only bathroom and plumbing supply company in town.

The place is nice and the staff are excellent

Branch manager named Mike, would not sell me lousy 47 dollars worth of pvc pipe because i work for a competitor. When i asked why they wouldnt sell me material the manager became very pretentious, condescending and would not answer my question.

Wool Kitchen and Bath is always one of the first places I contact with any of my kitchen and bath remodels. The sales team is very professional and knowledgable about a wide array of products. It doesnt feel like an up sell with any product selection rather a tailored buying experience to make sure you receive what you came for.

They are patient and fair with many things. I would use the same guys again.

Very nice place very nice staff

Worked with Wanda on all plumbing fixtures for a complete condo remodel, i.e., kitchen and 2 bath fawcets, kitchen sink, disposer, shower and tub fixtures, etc. She patiently worked through the specs of the design, space and styles to help me choose the best fixtures for my needs. Highly recommended and would do business with them in the future.
