Its not easy finding people who are comfortable finding time when business is business to explain and give you yes or no answers. They offer a wide selection of graphic services. They can pretty much create any kind of sign, posters, displays, and banners. Not your topical print shop.

Worst follow up and customer service ever! Sebastian needs to hire someone for customer service and stay in the back. Too bad ,because his products are good.

Terrible customer service. Told me that my business cards would be ready in 3 days. It took a week and when I got them the printing was awful! Then it took another 3 weeks! And the printing was worst the second time!!!He claimed it would be ready in 3-4 days and when I call on the third day he tells me it wont be ready till the following week which is no problem. Then I call him the following week and he talks to me like if Im bothering him or wasting his time.I called Original Signman on Wednesday (3 days deadline overdue) just to ask if my business cards would be ready before they close at 6pm so I can beat the traffic and he tells me, Why do you keep calling! I have other clients I need to deal with! I told you I would call you!He never did. He told me he would call me back 3 separate times and never did call me back. Twice on Fridays he promised to call me back and didnt so I had to wait till the following week.Even though I got my deposit back after I told him the printing was bad, which I showed him by the examples inconsistent printing of both sides of printing, he just tells me how much was my deposit, hands me cash, and thats it. Doesnt say one word. Is that customer service that is dedicated to helping small businesses like they claim on their website?They claim on their website that, We are dedicated to making digital color printing accessible to individuals and small businesses that need short-run color printing which is flexible and fast and The Original Signman, LLC stands out for its sustained quality printing, the dedication to its customers, and the reputation of high quality printing it has developed.Well, I saw no dedication to customer service nor high quality printing.I have previously printed business cards at Original Signman and have had great results but this time I felt Original Signman wasted 4 weeks of my time and customer service was terrible. Not to mention all the gas I wasted visiting them.Your better of just searching business card printing in (your area) or Office Depot thats across the street.Thats just business cards, imaging if you have a sign, billboard or catalog you want to print on a tight deadline and they dont come through and have bad customer service? It is a scary thought. Time is too valuable.
