Would and will never do business with them. They have a storefront on federal with advertised hours (yet, don’t follow those hours). When I finally spoke with Damien he told me he’d call me back so I could meet him at the shop. Never called me back. I then went to his 17th Street location and dropped off my art and was told that Damien would get back to me that night or the next day with a quote. Again (and unsurprisingly), nothing. I then called the following week and was transferred to Damien who didn’t pick up. Shockingly he called me back and then told me he would call me back again. Never did. Save your time, go elsewhere.Note- Damien did call me back several days later and offered to do the work complimentary. That is generous and more than fair but I wish they just gave me the attention up front. I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3.

Damien and his crew are absolutely the best for signage! I would rate 6 stars if I could. I needed a graphic installed on my windows at my clinic in a short time period and they were able to meet the deadline and the installers were great, very friendly and quick! The price was very reasonable and affordable.

Had a wall logo done at one of our therapy locations. Damien was able to deliver a great product and installation. The prices, service, and detail can’t be beat. Highly recommend for your business needs.

Damien and his team did a great job on my new LED sign and the custom flags for my store. It was a challenging job with the city but he was committed to getting it completed and the results were incredible. We actually agree to redo the entire sign to make it brighter and he stood behind his signage. Thanks Signarama.

Signarama and its people are awesome! Very creative, easy to work with and unbelievably reasonable in pricing. I used another company (supposed large internet provider) for signs that we were getting ready for a conference. That other company was horrible!. I called Signnarma and they had designed and produced my signs ready for pickup in 3 days.

This franchise is great. Made the files available for a 48 x 96 vinyl banner in the morning, by afternoon it was done and ready to pick up. The artwork was produced spot-on. Attentive, knowledgeable and communicative staff. Top notch service.

Just move to Ft Lauderdale from New York City and decided to open a women’s boutique , consignment store in Ft Lauderdale . When I was ready to do the sign for my store I found Signarama on goggle , met diamen who was from South Africa , and I also from West Africa we imeadiatly cliche from then on they were very professional , helpful because I had no idea what to do.And with their help I have a great sign for my store.thanks guys

These guys here really went above and beyond to make sure I had a killer sign. It really is amazing. I’ve literally never seen anything like it out there. The led’s are beautifully lit and change every color. Every time I look at it blows me away. Most of all is the business itself. Every time I go in their 17th st store i always feel like first of all theirs a great family running it. Everyone is warm and friendly. They give you more for your money than any other sign place I tried. Some companies wanted to have large deposits before they’d even go through some ideas. Then try to lock you in with them when they stink. I had one I fought it out withfor my deposit back when they wouldn’t listen to what I want and told me it’s not possible. Well now I know you stink bc Damion and his team accomplished exactly what I wanted and didn’t bat an eye revision after revision until it was perfect. Oh and did I mention not just on time before schedule delivery time. 👍

I contracted to have channel lettering installed for my business. The price magically increased after putting down a deposit and waiting 2 weeks. No reasonable explanation was given by Ray, the owner, besides that he make a mistake on the original quote. In the end, they farmed the work out to another company, Capitol Signs. Obviously I would have paid less if I cut out the middle man.

Worst customer service. They lose email communications and say you didnt send them confirmations when you have. They lose the artwork. Dont deliver the signs. When you do get them the installation charges are ridiculous $75 to hang a stick on 12 inch door sign??? Insane.When they made a mistake and made the wrong sized sign for my building when I said to match the old one ,instead of fixing it they blamed it on me and refused to remake it and said they never made me the first one. OMG. If you want to be aggravated from the beginning of your order until the end then use this company.

Attempted to get vinyl stickers for my business and the company took over a week to get back to us. After they did get back to us the layout was not what we discussed and since we had already wasted a week, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
