Great selection of items and great customer support. Although you might have to wait around for help, these people know their business and store so you can feel safe.I love going there for the deals.

The store manager Nikki is the best. She made sure to take care of me despite being busy. She was able to help donate some paint and a microwave so we can make our teachers here in Fort Lauderdale a teachers lounge they can enjoy. Our educators deserve a place to feel comfortable while on break. Thanks again, Nikki.

This Home Depot is my neighborhood store. I know where things are and usually find what I am looking for.Doing some house projects. . .and brought just names and colors of paints, they had it!!

Due to the poor customer service at this location and unprofessional staff ill be shopping elsewhere from now on. When asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for a very long time and then hang up.Delivery driver flat out lied about attempting to deliver product. I ordered bamboo flooring. It took forever to deliver and after a month when they did it came piece by piece from different stores with me having to check to see if everything was there. I called many times throughout the course with everyone saying they don’t know what’s going on. It was very stressful Then the supervisor name Joan she said will call back but never call. They gave me a discount but it wasn’t worth it after I had to call off of work days at a time for them to deliver and having to go in to the store. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Great and friendly employees.. They are always willing to help plus everyone is very knowledgeable of the store inventory locations

The arrogance and attitude of the people that work at this store is unbelievable...a customer should never have to pay out of their own pocket or invest 3 1/2 hrs of their time because of the incompetency of an employee. I have never once...let me repeat that, NEVER ONCE have I gone to this store and had a good experience. As a contractor I spend alot of money at lumber and hardware stores and recommend spending your money any place but here.

This Home Depot is always busy. They have good prices and I had no problem finding what I was looking for. The check out lines were long but they were moving at a steady pace. The only downside is trying to find a place to park. It took me 20 minutes to find a space.

Terrible service, none available to help, online shows lot of items in stock but when get there is very empty and find that out with many different items.A machine was left in the middle of the aisle for the whole day and with a cart had to go all way around... Basically they not care for their customers or service.

Several customer service associates standing around who refuse to check out customers while there are only two self checkout stations available on a busy night. Poor management.

Went to the tool rental counter, there were three gentlemen standing there. I asked about carpet cleaning machines. They pointed and said they’re over there. I asked do you have information on the machines? I was then asked what information do I want? pricing, how long you can rent them?The one gentleman said look it up online! The worst customer service!! I work for a school we were going to rent the machines to clean the classroom carpets, I need something to take with me. Lowes is going to be getting business going forward.

Worst Home Depot ever. Horrible customer service. No employees to help you. Be assured they will not look into the whites of your eyes toake sure there is not contact. Everything now chained to the shelves and no one to help you so you can buy anything. I called the store from isle 29 twice. Waited 35 minutes no one showed up Worth driving to Lowes in Tallahassee instead of this store. It would be faster. The only reason they got one star is because I dont think you can do a review with No Stars

Its great to have a home Depot wherever I go. I had to return something and it was an easy process. when I had to show them the receipt and the return credit went right back onto the card that was used for purchase, simple and easy.

Very close to beach , downtown and I-95 very accessible but also always busy so dont expect a quick purchase.

Apparently Home Depot does NOT want customers shopping in their retail stores anymore. The lack of merchandise on the shelves and complete lack of customer service was appalling. I had two associates ignore me so they could catch up with another associate. Not only will I not shop their stores, I will not shop their website either. Worse than Wal-Mart!!!

They have a good but not great variety of products and brands. I find its proximity to my home outweighs the higher prices for similar items on-line. The self-checkout is a real plus: very reliable, flexible.

Ordered Curbside pick up, waited half an hour while countless employees (not on break) noodled around the parking lot looking busy. Finally, went inside where there was no one in line and the girl was just standing there. Honestly just think they were running the clock so no one would have to bring it out because this was around 5pm and curbside doesnt go past 6pm. Needless to say, it was very obnoxious since i had already purchased said items. If I wanted to go inside and shop....I would have done so in the first place. 😑

This is nothing against the staff because they were great. This is for corporate. I reserved a moving truck using the website. I had the reservation at 3pm as I already paid for my movers to help. When I arrived at home Depot, they informed me that the truck was out and was being used.  I told them that I dont understand and asked if they had my reservation?They said that they did but ran out of trucks.I said that the reservation keeps the truck here. Thats why you have the reservation.Home Depot knows how to take the reservation, they just dont know how to hold the reservation. And thats really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Three months since last review belowWhat a horrible experience again. Finding some assistance is next to impossible. Spend more time waiting than one does shopping. 3 requests and 45 minutes later someone finally shows up. And this is during daytime core hours.05/2021:Good luck finding help with what you need. Never anyone around for the department where assistance is needed. On the off chance you are able to locate one, theres another five customers waiting or interrupting.

Line to check out either self checkout or with cashier was ridiculously long. Their CEO makes 14M/year. Obviously they dont mind if the peasants die of old age in waiting line. Ended up walking across the entire width of the building to self ck out in the garden center.

This location is a little distance from my home, but I visit this store because it is more organized than my neighborhood location. Also I think they have better fruit trees here as well.

Want to the store on NE 4 Ave in Ft. Lauderdale. Tried to find firewood. A young man named Angel walked all over the garden department looking. He asked Samuel and Samuel directed us to the gated receiving area. There sat the 58 bags of firewood.Samuel called for someone with the keys. He was told a few minutes later that someone was on the way. Ten minutes later still no key. These two wonderful young men went around the building to get me six bags of firewood. (when its that hard to find it, you get a lot!) They brought it to the cashier for me and then loaded it into my car for me. Thank you to these two wonderful men!

Dont know how to do a worst customer service than here. Bought a few things online, including a Barbecue. Choose to have it assebmled it in store to pick it up.Went the next day (Saturday), they told me to wait, that they would be bringing the Grill to me. After 1 Hour and 15 Mints, I ask again and they told me whoever got the order was new and did not take the grill to be assembled. So, the assemble team will have it ready for Tuesday. Did not happen, I had to pick it up Friday. There goes my anniversary gift 1 week later.Went 2 weeks later to return the Grill cover (defective) and they told me there were non in stuck, I would have tu purchase it online. Started walking in the store, looked online and turns out they have 35 in stock of the same cover I bought.What the hell is going on in this store????I hope I dont have to come to this store ever again.

Two different associates called for someone to help me in electrical aisle 42. Waited a total of 30 minutes as I tried to figure out what I needed to fix light switches at home. Bought what I could figure out on my own and will probably have to come back to return what doesn’t- another 30 minutes of my life

Huge Home Depot. Covered parking and easy access to everything you need.Not that busy in the afternoon. In and out and there was no line at the cashier at 5:30 PM.

I am looking forward to my first Home Depot workshop since I first heard about their classes recently. This is really a great way to bring community back together and making your experience for for your project needs.I was able to rebuild my bed frame to hold my mattress. Terrible HD, OVERCROWDED and no parking and jammed parking lot. Go someplace else! The best thing about this home Depot is the female who helped me at the self-checkout lines to find the items that I needed. She was awesome other than that the store is understaffed and overcrowded both inside and in the parking lot. The line for self checkout was halfway down the store!

Parking was fast and basically right outside the entrance, signs in the store were easy to navigate to what I needed quickly... self check out was fast... I was in and out within 10 minutes tops with a new light stand for my room. Thumbs up.

Always get what you need are Home Depot. Better know where to find it if you are in a hurry though. Great selection, great prices, customer service is great but sometimes hard to find in vastness that is Home Depot

Home Depot is a wonderful place for the do it yourselfer. If you like learning, doing things on your own and take pride in what you do then Home Depot is the place for you.

Compared to other Home Depots this place rocks, especially when it comes to customer service. It is slightly more compact than the other facilities, but often has better inventory than the slightly larger. Parking is a breeze, especially if you use the 2nd floor parking level. The outdoor lawn & garden is excellent - and the customer service is great! Ask for Matthew in outdoor lawn & garden, he is super friendly, knowledgeable & provides AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Straight Up. I HAVENT BEEN TO. A HOME DEPOT IN LITERALLY YEARS.!II I HAVENT BEEN ON ONE , NEVER MIND PARKED NEAR ONE ! think HOME DEPOT is great but I cant tell you what goes on inside! Lifes demands change and what you need changes along with you. Where you may go at 30 may not be where you go at 50 or 60. Your marital status may change and as a result affect.where you shop!.Finances may change. Life is fluid..to assume that people will always stay the same is courting disaster. Change is healthy, it means growth. So my.only advice: Go With The Flow.

Its not very busy, you can get what you need and go right away. Also, the workers are very lively and fun, almost like they love their jobs. Definitely recommend.

Nasty experience! My pool was declared in really good shape abt a month ago but began to get cloudy so we took a sample of water to the store on US1 2 Sundays ago.The young fellow there declared that the test showed the pool needed treating and reccomended among other things, 31 pounds of hard calcium.After applying the calcium, the pool water became VERY filled with foam, so I eased up on the cacium (after putting in just abt 15lbs). The pool is still filling up with foam when the pump is put on after a week.I returned to pinch a penny in May 30 and after testing a sample of my pool water, the person in charge apparently totally unable to explain the foaming phenomenon, advised that I needed to drain abt 6 of water out of the pool, before returning to have the water analysed again even suggesting that I might need to drain andreplace up to 18 of the pool.Clearly a problem was created at the first analysis and the reccomended treatment only exacerbated whatever problem the pool might have had.I never had any problem when the first owner - John- used to be there. Seems to me, my pool was doing so darned well and needed no products from this store and so, a problem had to be created - and was - so that I would be forced to spend money to have it fixed.Corporate greed and dishonesty in a nutshell.

Why is it so unbelievably loud here????Its like being inside a train station. There is something with the acoustics that amplifies the noise.If I worked here, I would contact an attorney and go after home depot for hearing damage immediately.Ive never experienced anything like it. Literally SCREAMING at the clerk who is directly in front of you and trying to help.Similar to having to stop a conversation in NYC when the train approaches.Actually insane.

I came in to get a couple of filters for my home A/C and there was a long line to check out. I was preparing myself for a long wait but an H.D. employee was not messing around directing people to check out. The line moved quickly; in fact, I hardly stood still at all. The employee did an excellent job of making sure that all checkout areas were not empty and he queued people up into shorter lines at each checkout area. It was one of my faster checkout experiences. Well done!

This place is now boycotted. Im disabled in a chair and can barely maneuver around this non wheelchair friendly place. Sent an email with picktures and a complaint that the customer service girl called me a liar. Last ill spend there lowes it is.sucks i lost alot of my mobility due to surgeries and a disease and when i try to do little things around my house i feel unwelcome.

Just imagine how many lives would have been saved if they would have closed these stores like they did to so many. Its a shame . I called it the COVID DEPOT

Bad service a hour wait

Virtually the same as every other Home Depot, however the parking here can get crazy due to location right off a main road and the the bizarre combination of cramped parking garage and street level pickup area. Be careful driving and parking on the lower level.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for in the space they indicated the had 138 units!

Found exactly what I needed at a lower price than its major competitor.

It was pretty good for the most part. Parking was easy. It wasnt too busy on a Saturdy. I found what I was looking for. The line for the keys was exactly the line for the checkout and people were confused. I moved in front of this guy to check out and then he realised he was not in the correct location, but in the key line.

As far as home depots go, this is a good one. Good service and manageable crowd. Parking sucks

Great Home Depot, few things are missing (propane exchange). Can be crowded during peak hours. But they are fast m, on their game, and I highly recommend stopping by for any of your home projects and construction products.

Now this is my kinda place!They have all the drainage ducts for my project. The 1/4 bolts were fully stocked which totally blew my mind and they have the biggest selection of neon mens wear on the planet did all my Christmas shopping here.

I have been standing waiting for my paint for an hour and 35 minutes. I asked politely if I can have a discount because waiting an hour and a half for paint is a little crazy and if they said no it would be fine. There were only 2 people in front of me in line. The lady replied to me so sit down? Where on the floor Home Depot doesn’t have chairs. She is an older white lady with short grey hair. I hope management sees this and addresses her, I spend 2-3 grand a week here. I think her name is cheri or cherl

Big store with everything you need for home projects. The parking area is a bit tight but covered, which is good for temperamental Florida weather.

Grill was prices at $119 but I was charged $139. So..

For some reason I prefer HD vs Loews. Not sure why, maybe the colors ? I know where to find stuff and i get easily in and out. No always easy to find someone to ask questions but if you ask they normally find a way to help you
