I wasnt able to even walk in the door as the salesperson stepped out of the store to ask me what I needed. I told them I was looking for a desk.She said they didnt sell used desks... I told her I preferred a new desk.She then said with Covid they were only doing appointments.Sorry to say Covid is the new excuse to keep undesirable people out of your store.I guess I can shop at other places and recommend others do the same.

Exceptional customer service. Went in to try a variety of Steelcase office chairs: they let me borrow one for a few days and offered to let me try other styles if/as needed. Also provided fabric swatches to ensure a match with existing office decor. Highly recommended.

I was thrown off a little when I walked in. Seems to be setup for commercial sale rather than retail. Not many varieties of office chair for a store dedicated to office furniture.
