Spent a few hours in this store trying to find a new desk chair. Was offered excellent service from Cody. I was between two different ergonomic chairs and he persuaded me to go with the WorkPro Quantum 9000. Its been a week since my purchase and the chair has been incredibly comfortable while still providing great back support. Thank you Office Depot!

I can tell you i know nothing about printers and all that. when i had to get toner, i had no clue what that even was. ethan was very helpful, actually he was super duper helpful! he was very knowledgeable about everything and still super friendly when i asked those questions that everyone should know but don’t. definitely will be back all because ethan was friendly, helpful, and funny!!

Store # 2737Went to the Fort Collins Colo location, needed to get an all-in-one computer, filing cabinets, office chairs and general office supplies. The Computer, chairs and file cabinets all had to be ordered as they were not in stock. Was told by the sales associate all items ordered would be delivered to my office location on Monday March 29th, being that I placed the order on Thursday of the following wee I appreciated the fast delivery time. At the conclusion of the transaction I received a print out of my receipt and a copy of the shipping information/summary. On the first page, the very bottom of the page it stated that order #165436709-001 was estimated to arrive on 03-29-21. That was to include the all in one computer, 3 office chairs and 2 file cabinets. On 03/29/21 the office chairs and file cabinets were delivered, however the deliver driver stated he did not have a computer on his order. I called to the Fort Collins location and was told that the computer is now on back order and would not arrive until April13th. At the time of purchase the computer was in stock, was told a Monday delivery. Not understanding how a computer i bought on Thursday (that was in stock) is now on back order the day of delivery?? When speaking with the manager at the fort Collins location he stated that the best solution would be to wait until the computer comes in. He offered a discount on the computer but I would have to return (make an additional trip) to the store again to receive this credit. The purpose of ordering these items to be delivered was to save time and trips to the store. Having to wait on the computer and the having to go back to the store to receive a discount on something Office Depot over promised and under delivered on is not how you earn or keep business. The slogan for Office Depot is Taking Care of Business, which means following through with what you say your going to do, Taking Care of Business. That was not the case in this situation. The first item listed on the shipment list is the computer, the most important piece of any business being able to take care of business! Communication is Key! Communication is something that is so simple but so under appreciated, if it would have been communicated that this computer was on back order, other arrangements would have been made in preparation for my new employee starting a new position with no computer and Office Depot would have kept one more customer. Now I know that I am a very small percentage of money in the grand scheme of things, but a a small business owner in the community that proudly supports local and not so much big chain word of mouth is huge. My experience and lack of concern to correct the situation has made my taste for doing business with Office Depot very sour. Would I recommend using Office Depot to other business owners......NO! Would you use Office Depot in the future?.......NO!

Office Depot on Harmony and College is the place to go!! Both of our kids each had a list of school supplies to purchase. We got everything we needed in less than 30 min. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Price is hard to beat. We comped the price with Walmart, and Office Depot is unbelievably cheaper!! Ethan at the front register was extremely friendly and funny. A dreaded visit turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

I had exceptional service with finding computer products and other related stuff. With supplies and customer service I find the most luck. It is the printing department that is the trouble that does 3/5 instead of all 5 stars. Its either one person works behind the counter in a long line or the associate is not trained. It takes forever to get the job done because the person is not properly trained. This causes the job not to get done for more than one day. Other places I can get printing done no time flat. The associate should be properly trained and machines should be replaced if they break down over and over.

I’m in the business of customer service and know how important it is to be exceptional. I went into this location to talk to someone about ordering some marketing for an event I have coming up. I stood there waiting for a while, a guy said someone was on their way. He finally walked back to see what was taking so long and I overheard he and another guy talking and saying we don’t have time for her. There was hardly anyone in the store at the time shopping. Extremely disappointing especially since I buy a lot of my office supplies from this store. I can say that I will find somewhere else to do my business.

I came in to do business cards and Caroline who was working in the printing dept was wonderful! She helped me in every way and at the same time multi tasking with other customers to take care of them, and answering the phone. She was so knowledgeable and professional with a great attitude,with me and the other customers! She went out of her way to help everyone and answer any questions. After Office Max on College dropped the ball about a week ago I called the Office Depot on Harmony as I left the store. The people at the Office Depot checked and said yes they did in fact carry that brand printer cartridge that I was after. When I got to the Office Depot on Harmony they took me to the printer cartridge area and yes they did have it in stock. They also had an original printer cartridge for my printer so I got both cartridges. They saved me so much time so I will use Office Depot on Harmony in the future. A OK 5 stars for their service about a week ago!

The sales staff communicate with each other via their ear buds, which kinda makes you feel like theyre stalking you. LOL The lady in the blue shirt needs help with computer peripherals... Blue shirt lady has USB key which Im substituting for the sale item... It was nice I didnt have to keep explaining my story and my son and I though it would be fun to try to sneak around the store and maybe change your shirt to confuse them. If youre there when theyre not too busy, they are VERY attentive! Theyre helpful and knowledgeable too and if you need oversized color prints, theyre the cheapest place Ive found.

I just have to say Jerry at this location is very unprofessional. I called to see if I had done a previous order at this location. After explaining to Jerry what I was looking for and describing the flyer and providing my name. He says ok no problem, let me check for you I then hear a voice say how can I help you Jerry gave the call to another employee without explaining the situation to Dustin I believe his name is.Dustin, tells me sorry Jerry just gave me the phone, how can I help. Really Jerry? Thats how you conduct your business? Staples just won my continuing business.

They were absolutely amazing. I went in with an issue and someone met me right away to help and when he couldnt figure it out someone else came to help us. When we finally figured out the issue and it wasnt their fault it was anotber stores fault they fixed the issue for me right away!!! They went above an beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough for making my experience there wonderful even tho I went it with a big issue!!!!

Ordering online is a horrible experience. I made a recent order that included a 20 count case of bottled water for our office. The cost of the case was $7.99 (nearly triple what the cost is at most grocery stores but they deliver). When I proceeded to check out the amount was nearly $10.00 higher that my subtotal was and I then found out that OD is now tacking on a Bulk Item Convenience Fee of an additional $4.99 per breakroom item. Since I ordered 2 cases of water, this now increased the cost of the cases from $7.99 to $12.98. This is a ridiculous amount to pay for 20 16 ounce bottles of water. Went to Costco and got 2 40 count cases for $2.99 each! Not worth the delivery! Very disappointed!
