To far for a person to walk from parking lot when you have trouble walking. They only have one motorized cart for the handicapped. Very limited as to items I was looking for. Specifically, a fly swatter, ice branded drinks. Items that I wanted are very high on the top shelf. Unable to reach from the floor. Im only 52. They need to think of the smaller people and handicapped. Hardly ever shop at Safeway for these reasons.

Ive been shopping at this store for 3 years and spent 10s of thousands of dollars here. Yet every time I come in this establishment I get followed around the store by their security and get falsely stereotyped when Im an upstanding citizen. Ive also witnessed them do it to other people which lead the person screaming at them. This establishment treats the people who pay their bills as second class citizens. Its incredible that I have to explain to my child the reason theyre following us around the store is because they think were going to steal. This is absurd. I am highly considering taking my business elsewhere which is unfortunate because its right by my house. They have no right to treat their PAYING customers this way.

Not only a filthy location but most of the staff is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered. Additionally, more often than not they have a lack of inventory or poor quality inventory. This store should be close.

Above and beyond! After the delivery driver didnt show up to bring me my groceries, Harrison brought them out to me. Amazing service and so kind.

Never had a problem because I do my best not to create them at a store that some employees are doing their best and are being over worked. I also work in Customer Service and have had rude customers not understand WE DO NOT MAKE THE RULES so yelling at us wont make it better. Rude customers actually ruin our day, not to mention this is why most Customer Service jobs are vacant/understaffed. If you have a bad attitude or think the entire world is out to get you.................... STAY HOME!!!!!! To the employees that do their job-TAHNK YOU!! You are appreciated!!

Employees here are mask police like it’s March 2020. They seem genuinely scared of an unmasked mouth and get pleasure telling customers to put a mask on even though the mask mandate is about to be lifted in Fort Collins.Amazon Fresh from here on out.

While they had a line full of people, the did a shift change. The new cashier wasnt even ready to take over. Talking with another employee. Not a good experience. I really like the store in general.

Immediately upon entering an employee asks where my mask is. I tell him I have a medical condition. He backs off. I continue shopping and when I go to checkout there is a group of employees (and the manager) who say they can’t check me out since I don’t have a mask. I proceed to the self check out which took 20+ minutes and errors kept occurring. The same manager wouldn’t come clear the errors sayint “I can’t help you since you don’t have a mask on”.What a weird experience where all the Safeway employees stared at me like I was a criminal for trying to get groceries. I’ll never go back here.

I used to love this store. It was my weekly shopping store. After today and the way my daughter was treated I will drive out of my way to go to any other store for our needs.

The place was great. Clean, food selection would have given them a five star if it wasnt for one rude worker there. I had lost my wallet and funds were l limited so I had to put my grapes back. They looked delicious also. When I found my wallet I went back to get the grapes and the lady made i feel extremely rude comments. Way to go lay, you kept your company from getting 5 stars. The rudest staff especially management. Ignore customers while young workers glance at cellphones multiple times each minute while lines pile up and workers are standing around. No teamwork. Spouce and I were in there around 5:30-6ish pm tonight 4/1/21. Line was so long, so we went to self checkout. Only one cashier and one self checkout cashier that was over helping sack for the only cashier. We had a beer. So ofcourse needed approval. The self check out cashier that wasn’t around, was under age so couldnt approve. But the one cashier had a line a mile long. Only 2 people working?? Why??

It is clean and basically empty of customers. The prices here are outrageous. Went to look at brisket. A flat just the flat was as much as a full brisket from my butcher. Ouch. Maybe look at prices if you want people to shop here.

I just love this store because it has a small store feel to it! Not a small store but the people, product and general layout all say small town grocer. Nice deli and bakery.

Who would shop anywhere else? Safeway has it. Its a real grocery store. The isles are wide the store is well lit. The bread selection is not great. I like these Sarah Lee rolls and they only have Kings Hawaiian and deli rolls. I think they should increase the size of their bakery.

As a grocery store, its great. They have everything you will probably want, and a really good butcher/seafood section. Self checkout is easy and they try to keep checker lines under 3 people (and actually do it). The staff is friendly and have always been willing to help. Also try out their curbside pickup! You just open your trunk and they do the rest!Extra stuff:Ive been coming to this store for over 3 years now, and have shopped here exclusively for my families groceries. A week ago I had what I thought was a negative experience with one of their out of uniform loss prevention people, and I posted a bad review here and a complaint on their corporate website, without really expecting anything sort of follow up.Within a week their stores management was calling trying to resolve the matter, and even went on to look at the cameras of the evening I had the negative experience. Turns out that the guy wasnt loss prevention staff and I had simply misjudged the situation.Its been overall a positive experience, and plan to continue using them as my main grocery store.

This store sells very high quality products at reasonable prices- especially with their rewards card and coupons. I never buy meat anywhere else. The service for curbside pickup is fast and courteous- the best in Fort Collins.

Congrats to Safeway on Harmony Rd for refusing admittance to a customer refusing to wear a face mask. The 2 young people at the door were polite and professional. When the customer persisted they called management and he reiterated masks were mandatory. Going forward, Ill be doing all my grocery shopping here. Thank you!

There is a reason why this store is always empty. If you dont get knocked in the face with the smell of rotten seafood, youll most certainly enjoy the horrible customer service.

Really only good if you are in walking distance. If you have to drive to the store I would recommend driving right past this Safeway! The staff is unfriendly. Lines are long and food is not good. Example tonight I got a Hot combo meal and the chicken was extremely dry the macaroni was hard and inedible and the potato wedges where lukewarm at best. Will not buy the Hot and ready combo meals from the deli anymore!

Great customer service. Good prices. Lots of dairy-free options however a bit pricey. Its not the best place to work. Id rather shop there.

The best safeway in foco

They have good deals on boxed and canned goods. They also have a good bakery and selection of baked goods. Their store layout is easy to walk through and staff are helpful.

This location is rarely crowded, which make shopping much less stressful. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Clean and well organized.

Safeway is a good store with great prices and excellent sale which repeat frequently. I especially like being able to stop in to pick up a couple of hot breakfast burritos when I needed a change. They are NOT made with the common, highly processed, white flour tortillas which are quite bland and unhealthy. I also like that they support Google Pay for payment. This alone, puts them ahead of King Soopers, Walmart, and others in my book. The only reason that I dont give them 5 starts, is that their stores are often too small to carry all the drink choices I want, such as Diet Rite cola and Zevia cola.

I had a gift card so had to shop. Now gift card is empty. Wont shop there again.The reason for my boycott is the way I was treated on a visit. I went to buy gift cards for my staff holiday cards. I had 12 various cards from places like Starbucks, etc. When I went to check out, the guy wouldnt run the transaction till I proved I could pay. I have never been so insulted. Would have walked out but I was short on time.

I was excited to try Safeway’s hot soup because of a recommendation I received from a friend. I stopped by at 6:00 pm and every soup pot was empty (10/6/19) I asked the deli if they had more, answer was “No”, I then shared with the Manager Janis that I heard Safeway’s soup was good but all the hot soup was empty and she simply said “Sorry”! I got the feeling Nobody really cared, that’s fine, I tried and I guess I’ll go back to Whole Foods where they actually care about service and quality and actually have soup at the soup bar! Don’t go to this Safeway, if they can’t get this correct I’d worry about the rest of the deli and it’s quality, that’s for sure!

I wish theyd have more registers open. Its almost always a wait because they have all the self-checkouts but only one register for people with full carts. And paper bags, please. Good store, large selection, professional cashiers. My cashier today was June and she was incredible. Hope she gets a big customer satisfaction bonus. $$. Cheers.

Had what I needed whereas KS did not

I was able to make a quick trip to Safeway to get milk, juice, and salsa. You know--the essentials. I thought the salsa I wanted would be with the chips. Only the Tostitos and other like brand names were there. I had to go to the Mexican food section by the fruit and veggies.

Their bakery is the best!! Beautiful and delicious cakes. Inventive designs and even the cakes on clearance taste so good.

This Safeway is not far from where I live, which makes it an easy go to shopping source. I find their staff friendly, there goods well-stocked, good prices, and some great sales and specials.Its a solid, reliable store.

Was inside Safeway today had a problem at self checkout, while I was trying to check myself out there was a younger woman that came and was buying something as well but didn’t have a face mask on, management came to her told her she could not shop there if she didn’t have a mask on, she already at the checkout about to pay and now there causing a argument with the young woman meanwhile the lines are getting backed up my self checkout machine was not working and all there focus was on is the poor young woman trying to buy something, she got fed up left the store. So they lost business! I was upset because I couldn’t get out of there, other customers were upset because there a big line now that’s not moving. They were out of hand will never shop there again! Poor management bad customer service!

Staff are friendly but they shouldve been more responsible with the fountain drink machine when they had one because they were usually out of ice, cups, straws, and sometimes it was even out of order. My friend Julio that used to work here is very friendly and has helped me get the 44oz cup in the past. Now they got rid of the fountain drink machine because they didnt take care of it as often. I will update my review to 4 or 5 stars if they get a new fountain drink machine and take better care of it.

Solid local grocery store. They have a full deli, produce, pharmacy, floral dept and all.In my experience, prices are a bit higher than other chains, but selection is fine.I work quite nearby and have learned that fresh food and soup in the deli are usually pulled by 7:00 pm, so late dinners are out. The deli and Starbucks both tend to be a little slow, so not always great for a quick lunch or coffee break.Overall it is the largest Safeway in town and offers good selection and services.

Absolutely love the size of this store and the employees are always nice to us when we go in there. Huge meat selections. Bakerys selection is the largest Ive seen anywhere as well. Their bread products are Delicious!

You can get some really great deals (especially if you have the app), but there are never enough employees working the registers. This seems to be common at the Safeways around here.

Always professional my wife and I went there today there were stockers every where I thought they stoct at night made the isle closed in felt uncomfortable they need to stock at night

This is the 3rd year I have catered our biggest event of the year with them and every time, I could not be more satisfied! The deli employees are always incredibly helpful and always go above an beyond to help in any way possible. The food is great, the service is great and I will continue to use them for any of my catering needs in the future!

I cant believe this store is still in business. We have bought expired food here so many times so check the labels carefully. Theyre also constantly out of staples....Came here this morning for coffee filters and they are completely out.

As is normal for this location they were out of most good sale items today. It definitely is nothing new here. They always claim oh were getting a new truck in to restock funny the truck never shows up until the ad is over. In my day they called that false advertising.

Limited selection for groceries. Mostly expensive or organic options. Their gas station doesnt take 100 dollar Bills. Okay store like a higher priced Kroger.

I have always liked Safeway. We found everything we were looking for and nothing was out of stock.

Just a normal grocery store. Reasonably good service, but if you are a high school student, the manager sometimes asks for a receipt because she thinks youre stealing. Otherwise good, everything is pretty easy to find. Except the healthy drinks are a bit hidden, theyre in the back right corner area of the store, so the outside of the very last aisle to the right of the store. The store seems dated, I am visiting from out of state so I had no opportunity to take advantage of its discounted items. Stores should offer sale items for visitors with a simple ID. Newer stores in the area seem to have a better selection, I was passing by and stopped here for the convenience.

Safeway is always a great place to shop thou prices are slightly higher than other stores. It is always a quick in and out experience.

The staff at this Safeway are always friendly. The store is clean and I never have problems finding anything. The have good deals on produce which is super since its a convenient stop on my way home.

A bit on the small side and not that easy to access. Staff is not that helpful and theres nothing special about the prices. Its serviceable but not much more.

Good Safeway. Clean and usually has what Im looking for. Chicken wing bar is a plus. Just wish they had a salad bar.

Decent store. Meat specials are good. Deli has very poor customer service. Pharmacy prices are excellent and service is good.

I dont live in Firestone, but this is one of the better Safeways. Definitely worth a 10 mins detour is your driving home on I-25

Very helpful. Lost trying to find what I needed if I ever needed help o would ask and they would kindly point me in the direction of what I was looking for.

I work in the same shopping center, so Im at this Safeway all the time. The people there are all very nice, but the store itself is way disappointing. The hot deli is rarely fresh, chicken never even warm, and the salads in the deli are overpriced with almost zero gluten-free options as well (they almost all involve pasta). Also, theres almost always an issue with one or multiple self check stations, of which there are only 4 to begin with which is unbearable during busy times of the day. I always wish this store was a King Soopers instead, unfortunately. Safeways offer nothing thats better.

Terrible service. Bought fish from there, it was rotten and the manager barely cared and wanted to give me store credit and acted like I am scamming them for 30$. Manager’s name Garry Ricard; he didn’t even care to apologize and was extremely rude. Terrible treatment never expected this from Safeway. Shop somewhere else for better and safe food and to be treated well.
