I went in today for a new pair of prescription sunglasses and was sincerely impressed. Sandy took so much time with me and was incredibly knowledgeable. While I didn’t have an exam (I brought in my prescription) I had a fabulous experience with Joy who assisted me with picking out glasses. She helped me figure out the best frames for my face shape and was so kind in helping me decide. I am a very indecisive person, but she was incredibly patient and didn’t make me feel rushed. I also loved that she wasn’t “salesy” or trying to sell me on glasses that were more expensive. She was honest in telling me what frames looked best and what features I should go with vs which ones I didn’t need. I 100% recommend purchasing glasses from Target Optical. I felt like I had a one of a kind experience and I will definitely return for future purchases.

Second time they have given me the wrong time for my appointment. Also the optical hours begin at 9am and consistently they open late. Going to find another place closer to my home and consistent with excellent customer service.

Dr. West helped me a great deal in getting an accurate prescription in toric lenses, which can be difficult to fit for some wearers (*still working with certain aspects of my vision; T. Optical has been very accommodating with my needs to schedule/re-schedule according to specific calendar changes). Joy is very positive, helpful and upbeat and ready to lend her knowledge with all things optic-related. Very glad that this office has been so thorough and that both individuals mentioned are so professional, compassionate and helpful with something as vital as my vision. Thank you, T. O.

I am so pleased with the service at the optical department. My daughter attends school in Fort Collins and I am an out of state mom, she lost her eye glasses and was desperate to replace them fast. The Dr who helped her was so patient and helpful, I cant thank her enough. My daughter had an eye exam, contacts for the short term and a pair of new glasses (coming soon) for a great price, in addition to that, I was able to pay over the phone. I cant tell you how much that means to a out of state college mom. Thank you to all Target staff.

Horrible customer service from the second I got there. Employees act like they hate their job and by the visible facial expressions and tone in the employees voices made it seem like they were annoyed customers were there to do business with them. The store manager should be embarrassed that employees like this are representing their store and products. Totally unprofessional and no way to treat your customers. The Ft Collins optical center has lost my business.

I have purchased my last four glasses from them, and have been happy with every purchase. The staff is outstanding. Nice selection and reasonable prices.

I got my initial vision test here about a year ago before I got my glasses through Warby Parker. They were awesome then. I was shopping in Target on a Thursday night and stopped in to see if they would adjust my glasses, which they did. But the staff was rude to me, their attitudes felt unwelcoming as soon as I walked in. Just felt like they didnt want me there. Especially Hannah. Probably wont be going back for my next vision test, I can find another place in Fort Collins or drive to Boulder and go to the Warby Parker store there.

Great office, polite staff, quick appointments, good prices for contacts and eye exams.

Will not be using this company again.
