Pearle Vision was fast, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this eye care center. Very knowledgeable staff and awesome discounts on contacts and eye wear.

Dr. Mihelich is an awesome eye doctor! I have never felt more comfortable and assured that everything was done to ensure the best possible outcome for great vision with my new glasses! Caleb and Cheryl were simply amazing as well, and very instrumental in providing me with the BEST sunglasses Ive ever had and have made every effort to get the couple of issues Ive had with my regular glasses resolved as quickly as possible. All three have provided GREAT customer service and gone above and beyond to make sure Im a satisfied customer! LOVE this place and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Cheryl ( sorry if Im wrong on the spelling, my daughters name is Cheryl) is FLIPPIN AMAZING!!!! Lost my glasses jet skiing on a Saturday around 4:30 (they close at 6) I called she was on it. She searched and found my frame from another store got them ordered. She said it would be a week. God bless her I just picked them up last night. It was 4 days!!!!! I FLIPPIN LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. BEEN MY GO TO PLACE FOR YEARS NOW. NOT GONNA CHANGE AS LONG AS THESE FOLKS ARE HERE. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!

Dr Mihelich was awesome. He took his time and explained everything. Asked if I had questions more then once. I was skeptical on trying contact again because I haven’t had good experiences with them in the past, but really wanted the freedom from glasses. He examined my eyes and suggested what he thought would work for me without any pressure. I decided to try them and can’t believe how good they fit and I can actually see so clear!! This is what I’ve been wanting for years and couldn’t find the right contacts. Thank you Dr Mihelich!! And thank you Cheryl for helping me with two pairs of glasses. Great experience! 10/10

I can only think of one word: fantastic. They bent over backwards to accommodate my immune-compromised wife and make sure that she could be safe and still get the care that we both badly needed. Nothing but kind words to say about all of the staff we interacted with. Super friendly, very helpful, and really just a pleasure to talk with. We cant thank you enough!

Friendly staff and very helpful when deciding on what glasses to choose, never pushy. Ive been going to this location for almost three years, and wont be changing locations anytime soon. Ive been to another Pearle Visions out of state, and wasnt impressed. It is a corporate store which might turn some people away, but with the team they have I trust them to make your experience a good one.

If you need glasses, this is the place to go. It took a very, very long time to get my glasses just right and Caleb, Mark & Cheryl worked so hard to make sure I was able to see out of the lenses I purchased. Thank you all so much. The customer service here is outstanding! They always have great deals too!

I love this place! I have tried to go elsewhere and I just never get the same quality glasses, exam and care. Dr. Mihelich and Cheryl are the best and take very good care of their customers!

I had an appointment here a few weeks ago, as soon as I walked in, everyone was friendly. I loved the doc, he was awesome, took the time to explain everything and was super nice! I called to order some contacts, the lady that answered, didnt introduce herself on the phone, but was nice during the whole conversation until I told her I was going to purchase my contacts online since they were cheaper. As soon as I said that, she hung up on me ok thank you or have a good day. At least some sort of good bye would have been nice. Nope just silence......

The entire group, Cheryl, Caleb, Crystal and Mark are excellent! I love visiting. They are very personable, attentive and are knowledgeable about insurance coverage. I love the diversity.

This eye doctor is unlike any other I’ve been to. When I had an eroded cornea, they were the only ones in town able to see me right away and the doctor was always a phone call or visit away if anything went sour. Dr. M was patient, cared about my vision, and resolved my problem.Sounds like a lot of people are unhappy with the receptionists that have worked here, but know that the doctor is wonderful!

Pretty crappy service. Dont get me wrong, theyre very nice.....but cannot seem to get an address or telephone correction correct so that you dont get your glasses in a timely manner. Also wrong about what they can and cannot perform for you, so that youll spend money then wait months to realize they cannot make for you what they said they could. They mean well, but are clearly not very good at follow up, which is a large part of any interaction with anyone in business. I spent a fortune here, but Ill go to target next time--theyve never screwed up my glasses like Pearle Vision does.

So I have mediocre vision. I dont need glasses, however Im pushing 40 and having some difficulty reading engineering. I was told I was going to get a follow up call Monday. No response yet. Service after the sale sale is far more important than than the sale.

Dr. Mihelich, OD is the best! He is always so helpful and really cares about your vision! The whole staff is extremely helpful! This is my 2nd year going to Dr. M and every year I am so pleased with my desicion.

Many months ago they had a horrible optometrist and terrible staff who were apathetic about their jobs and unpleasant to customers. Apparently they all got fired and replaced with a great optometrist with people who work hard to help you.

It took longer to get set up for my glasses than it did for me to buy a car! I was promised them 10 days after that, and was assured they would call me as soon as they arrived. Not only did it take 16 days, but I had to check up on them from the 11th day to the 16th as they did not make an effort, and when they finally arrived the personnel acted as if nothing was wrong. now the glasses..... A little tight on the ears, but that can be solved with adjustment. However, the glasses with their antiglare coating are significantly worse glare wise than my two year old walmart glasses. Looking down near the bottom of the lenses is blurry and wearing them in general caused me eye pain after about an hour. I will NEVER shop here again.

Im 58 yrs old. Use to go to them all the time.i wished Id of stayed. Got a private doc. Way more expensive. Not happy.going back.

I ordered my glasses from here, and they said it would take 7-10 days for them to come in. That was 19 days ago, and they still havent yet. Ive had to call them, and pester them, and they are still not sure when they will get here.

Customer service is slow! Been here for 30 minutes waiting to pick up my daughters glasses and not even a hello Ill be right with you I will not be wasting my time nor money in this place again.

They close at 3pm on Saturday, not 5. That is silly to only be open until 3.

Would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to go to the Greeley location. Slow, rude, and impersonable.

All I can say is what a joke, if I could give it less stars I would.
